Dr. Igid and his team - including Tiffany and Julia are the most amazing people! They are so dedicated and diligent, and they truly care about their patients and my mom and I could not have asked for better. We love Dr. Igid and his team!

I never thought of hospital to be so comfortable. Everyone in this hospital is treated the same. I was not the easiest patient coming in but they brought me back to life when I was going to give up. There's so many people I want to thank first off I want to thank Gloria the CSN, RN Lindsey, RN Nicole spoke to me as a person not as a patient of this hospital although she was very busy she always talks sports with me and made me feel like I'm somebody here. basically I forgot that I was in the hospital. I'm getting misty eyed just writing this review because I know how great this place is 💪🏼🤙🏼🌊
I can go on and on. I don't want nobody to have cancer but if they do this is the place is going to take care of them.
I know I missed a lot of people to thank but I will do my best to speak very highly of this beautiful hospital

Dr. Curtis is very professional, one can see his expertise by just the way he explains everything to me and my husband, I admire his patience, thank you for making us feel welcome and at ease.

Dr Curtis is amazing. He’s kind, soft spoken yet very to the point. He explains everything and leaves you room for questions if needed. He never rushes you out of the office, he’s always patient. He’s always makes me feel better about my situation no matter what. His assistant Dr Bestie is awesome as well. Everybody at the front desk is very helpful. They make checking in a breeze.

What a place to leave a bad taste, first getting parking is a nightmare, second the place is a damn maze , there are several places with the same name but different locations, the wait is eternal, the cleaning and maintenance of the place is very poor, the girls at the front desk on the phone and play with their hair, but have no idea what they are working on, the one who gave me the 10 pages of questionnaire gave them to me wrong and repeated, the one who charged me the co-pay told me that the receipt was somewhere around there and that she would give it to me later, the craziest thing was that when they passed me to see the doctor I had to answer all the same questions on the questionnaire that I had already written for half an hour in the waiting room, I feel sorry for the people who have to come to this place frequently ..I give it three stars because the truth is that Dr. Vicuna saved the day...knowledge and professionalism.

On April 2023 my oncologist requested radiation consult. It took 2 months to get the appointment (June), and I was looking forward to it. My Radiation MD was nice and knowledgeable and requested I be seen at their Summerlin (Cyberknife) location. It took another 30 days for that appointment and when I showed up the front desk staff said they didn't show an appointment for me. It took a few minutes (20mins) for them to acknowledge they made a mistake. They did schedule me but forgot to put me on their schedule. They asked if they could reschedule but I was not willing to wait another 30 days so I opted to wait. After waiting 5 hours I was seen. The MD apologized for the delay 😕 and we discussed treatment plans for bone & liver and next course of action. I was referred to imaging of my liver (MRI & PET completed July). However, my insurance denied Tx for the bone and I never heard anything back from the team (I had to call and follow up, and of course I got the usual finger pointing). Nevertheless, I was disgusted by the lack of follow up that I scheduled an appointment (August) with the Radiology MD that recommended Cyberknife. Are you keeping up with my timeline? Yes!!!! 4 months after my primary oncologist recommended radiation therapy I am still nowhere near getting any treatment for my bones or liver (neglect of care? I think so!).
I meet with my initial Radiation MD (8/25) and was immediately scheduled for treatment (Sept) for my bones, but he questioned "what about the liver?" I told him I haven't heard from them. He put in another referral to Cyberknife. I received a call from Cyberknife advising me that they need imaging. I was furious because I have a high co-pay for imaging and they did absolutely nothing with the ones they received back in July. The representative stated she would speak to the MD. Never heard back from anyone at Cyberknife, but during my bone radiation session my Dr told me the liver was approved (9/25/23). Later that week I received a call from Cyberknife telling me my insurance approved liver treatment and a new MRI was needed, but needed authorization from my insurance. On 10/6 I spoke with a representative from CCCN main office in Henderson (after I contacted my insurance, which informed me my MRI was approved) to share my dissatisfaction with my care. The Rep was very helpful and stated she will leave another message for Cyberknife to schedule an appointment. I completed the MRI on 10/9 and have not heard from anyone. The lack of follow up is terrible. Yes. You might think 🤔: "it's only been a few days that you completed the MRI". True, but I've been waiting for treatment since April.
I am so frustrated with the process and wanted to share my experience thus far. I am done waiting on the people that are paid to provide proper care for my health. You have to be your own advocate because no one truly cares about your health except YOU!!
Dr. Thummala, Dr. Sanapoli
Dr. Curtis are very competent doctors, but their organisational infrastructure is in desperate need of an overhaul.

Horrible. Called to set up an appointment for my mom a few times and left voice mails after not getting a call back. Never got back to me even though I try calling every day to set something up. They are either understaffed or do not care about their patients. If you see this I hope you finally call back your patients.
Update: They finally called me back! Wow, I feel somewhat important now.. not really. Had a call from the front desk, she was nice but really lacking in terms of being able to request medical records -- although I talked to our previous provider and said they had sent everything. What a headache. Not just that, but they wasted my time with the insurance. If you look up their website it says: "Other than the exceptions listed in the next column, CCCN will accept any Medicare Advantage plan as long as they follow Medicare guidelines and their members have in and out of network benefits." TELL PEOPLE STRAIGHT UP THAT IS FALSE! They do not accept SelectHealth Advantage Plan... so unorganized and a waste of time. Please don't ever come here if you're waiting on your mother to get cancer treatment, she might just pass away by the time you get scheduled.

I called as a new patient to set up an appointment with a radiation oncologist. I encountered a lady named Debbie. This person should not be in the medical field as she has a cold personality. She was cold, impatient and borderline angry. I called her back to tell her about how she made me feel. She feigned an apology and at the end rusher me off the phone. If this is the first impression of this facility I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I am beyond upset with this place. My mother has been waiting for over two weeks for an appointment. We’ve called several times, went in person and yet nobody can schedule an appointment. We have no other options but to seek help elsewhere. Horrible service.

Barbara Caldwell was a bright spot in my cancer journey. I was lucky enough to see her for genetic counseling and she was just lovely! She was full of information, and so very kind. Truly, she put my anxious mind at ease, which is a blessing when you have a cancer diagnosis.

I have been going here for about 6 months now. I am amazed at the level of excellent customer service from the front desk to the financial office to the medical staff. They see you after your worst and scary diagnosis and treat you kindly with respect. My appointments are on time and the staff is always in a good mood and ready to help you with what you need. The infusion room staff is wonderful. They are very professional, caring and able to answer your questions. My doctor (Dr. Thummala) takes time and explains everything and answers all my questions. I never feel like I am being rushed out. All in all, this is a great facility.

If I could give this office zero stars I would but you have to give at least a star to leave a review. My mom tried making an appointment due to being referred by her doctor. My mom has no insurance nor was she born in the US, she was going to be a cash pay patient but in order to be a cash pay patient they require for you to have a valid US passport, ID with the star on it or some type of US Residential Identification. Say that to me in every language if you want but that only means they are RACIST and DISCRIMINATE the people who aren’t US born. That is unacceptable in every way!!! Don’t go here!!!!! My mom is now going else where but just imagine all the sick patients they’ve turned down for this reason unbelievable.

My wife, Hong Le, wants to thank Dr. Curtis and his staff for their friendly and efficient work during her treatment. Samantha and Margaret both went above and beyond the call of duty to turn her nervousness in to a feeling of strength. Thank you to everyone at Cyberknife!
