Alex Delgado is a superb physical therapist - very experienced, knowledgeable, truly committed and professional. During my sessions at CTC, I also worked closely with Ellen. She’s great. Traci is an exceptional PT. She’s understanding and encouraging. I had a lot of trust issues with other PTs but Traci really helped me to trust my knees again. I also got another injury during my time and she addressed that injury also. I really liked the entire staff, they were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Traci to anyone who needs help.

7 weeks ago, i had both rotatory cuffs in bad shape...just hurt to lift my arms...3 times a week at pt and i'm back to playing golf...thanks to alex and his staff.

Alex and staff are the best. A few years ago every doctor I saw said I’d need neck surgery. Alex help me become pain free and avoid surgery. Recently, I went back to him after hurting my shoulder. I had very limited mobility. He has gotten my range of motion back so I can have an active life again.

I had to do physical therapy for the fist time after a foot surgery and my doctor suggested this office. From the first appointment to the last Henry and the other staff were fantastic. If I ever need physical therapy again I will be returning here. I could not be more pleased with the care I received.

What a great office filled with wonderful caring people! The entire staff is fantastic. I struggled with back and hip pain for a couple of years. Finally, it got so bad I made an appointment with Alex based on the recommendations of multiple friends. Now I wish I hadn’t waited so long to go to him!

Love the way he always explains so patiently why he wants me to do each exercise so I can see the relationship between the activity and the result. It really makes you appreciate how he builds on each exercise to get you to where you need to be. And it definitely helps you focus on doing the exercises correctly.

Even though the work was tough, I came to look forward to each PT session. I was actually a bit sad to “graduate” because I will miss the warm welcome and encouragement. But I do NOT miss the pain, and that’s really what it’s all about. Thanks, Alex!

Dare I say the best PT experience in the game? Some people categorize me as a “difficult client” even though I have always considered myself a treasure and true specimen of what a gentleman should be; however, I digress. Quickly I learned that not only does the team at Comprehensive PT posses both the determination to genuinely help not only her clients, but the stamina to produce results and see things through. Their teams professionalism reflected their commitment and their guidance was helpful and exuberant: more importantly, it was creative and intelligent.

Alex, Ellen, and Traci have a keen intellect coupled with an avaricious curiosity. I cannot recall a single subject/idea, however odd, that did not pique their interest, and the team not provide me with an answer. Alex, Ellen, and Traci would soak up a topic and return a response laden with previous experience, and/or researched information, ready to drop knowledge on me.

What impresses me the most about the comprehensive PT team is that, despite their superior skills, they never once attacked or denigrated my opinions/personality. Their character is a positive one, replete with a pervasive bonhomie. The team mixed respect with good humor and a pleasant mystique so well that they made me gain so much knowledge in our time working together.

I whole heartedly endorse Comprehensive PT as being the best in the game with second to none service from everyone on the team. Thank you Alex, Ellen, and Traci for helping me recovery from my plight.

I was totally blown away by the exceptional treatment I received from Traci and her assistants. They are both professional and compassionate, and go far beyond any previous experience I've ever had. My back pain was complicated by my having had six rods inserted in my spine, and Traci not only relieved my pain, but showed me how to do exercises in future when needed. I recommend CTC 100%.

I wish I read the review by BC about Mary Schumacher Stine. My experience was very similar: she invalidated my experiences and diagnosis, was condescending, and didn’t even ask me how I was doing when she “greeted” me. The appointment felt like an interrogation and I could feel the judgment wafting off of her via her tone and line of questioning. I would suggest: 1)some cultural competency/implicit bias training, taking the IAT, and doing some deep reflecting 2)initial therapy appointments should feel conversational and not clinical/like an interrogation 3)listen to your clients before labeling and judging them THE FIRST TIME you’ve ever met them 4) read the book “The Body Keeps the Score” by an actual MD who studied trauma and PTSD. In short, Ms. Schumacher Stine needs to check herself.

Mary Schumacher should not even have a license. I have never met a worse therapist, and probably never will. I left this appointment in the worst possible mood and will never return. I hope others are spared the misery of being seen by her and her malpractice.

FYI -If you are in need of an Amazing-Intelligent- Kind Physical Therapist - I know just the PT for you. His name is Henry Banzon. He serves up his Wonderful Therapy at Comprehensive Therapy Center on Jeffrey's Street in Henderson. I went into see Henry on May 22nd in extreme pain and a walker because of two herniated disc in my lower back. The pain went down my left leg and I felt like I might be crippled because of it. Wanting to avoid surgery if at all possible - I was willing to give PT a chance. Thank Goodness I did !!! Four weeks later - I am walking without a walker- and I am able to sleep at night without pain pills. I feel like a new person. The exercises I have learned from Henry will need to be done daily for the rest of my life-but- so happy to do them because of the Great Results I have experienced. I am a 78 yr. old female - I thought I might be too old to be helped with PT. Thank You - Henry- for proving me wrong !! If this review can help one person who needs the help I did-and- and I can lead them to Henry- then my time writing this review has been well worth it !! Sincerely - Phyllis Bell

I was a patient of Henry Banzon over at the Jeffreys St location from Nov 2019 to Jan 2020. I received excellent care as he provided the physical therapy after my right knee replacement. I had my left knee replaced in 2017 but used a different therapy center. What a difference! My left knee has always been stiff and painful, but my right knee is better than new! I never realized how important the therapist is in how the knee will heal. I asked my doctor for an Rx for Henry to work on my left knee and in just a few weeks it is vastly improved - no more pain or swelling in the joint! Henry and the entire staff are very caring and compassionate professionals and I highly recommend them.

Patricia Delgado the behavioral therapist is a fake and a phony. Took our daughter here to work out some issues she is having for the past year. When biological dad showed up unexpectedly to an appointment she changed and turned against the mom as well did the daughter. She tells you what she thinks you want to hear and then changes. She set up the mom with a false sense of security about the relationship between her daughter and her. Patricia also did this exact same thing with the oldest daughter 3 years prior. I dont believe Patricia knows the first thing about parenting and has played a major role in causing our family grief with her advise. DO NOT BRING YOUR KID HERE SHE WILL DESTROY THEM AND YOUR RELATIONSHIP.

After seeing a spine doctor, 2 other PT's, a chiropractor, and a sports massage therapist, a friend recommended Alex Delgado. She told me that if anyone could help, that Alex could. Within 2 sessions I noticed remarkable improvements! He released me less than 2 months later with absolutely NO PAIN!
