they are under the name smile dental now. most unprofessional dentist i have ever had to work with. got an extraction, was still bleeding 6 hours later so they tell me to come in and get checked out. the dentist completely dismissed my concerns and said it was totally normal, despite what other dentists that i called told me. then as i was talking to her, she turned around and walked out of the room in the middle of my sentence. i will absolutely never return. they sent me to the emergency room to control the bleeding when its absolutely something they should have been able to handle in office. just save yourself time & grief, don’t ever go here, no matter what name they’re under.

Not sure if the ladies at the front desk really know how to do their job. Completely unorganized. One of the dentist is really weird too. Kept saying he was single and if I had any friends for him. Told him ill ask around to be polite and he said you won't, I know you wont. Mind you I'm 21. He's over 50.

The manager Vicki and Dentist Dr. Mac are very kind until they have you as a patient. Once you are a patient they are very rude and condescending. I have been waiting since November to have my services done. It’s been one thing after another. After multiple calls to Vicki about my concerns she stopped picking up my calls. Once I was there for my very last appointment finally getting ready to go home they were unhappy with me being unhappy. The fit was horrible, the line up was horrible and just the entire situation was not professional. I overheard them saying demeaning remarks that I will be taking up with the better business bureau. Never ever go to these people, they are HORRIBLE!

This office is AMAZING! Today is my birthday. I had a migraine for 2 days. I was miserable. Maria answered my call and said I would have to wait about a week for an appt. I was super bummed and explained the reason for my call. She said she could fit me in today. She sent me a link for the new patient paperwork. I turned it in and arrived for my appt. Check in was a breeze. Less than a 5 minute wait. The dental assistant She-lah found out i was PETRIFIED of the dentist office. So she talked a lot and cracked jokes. She told me why she became a dental assistant. She explained everything to me and put me at ease. The dentist was so hilarious! He also made me feel at ease. Thankfully they were able to address my problem and fix it in office. My head feels so much better. My birthday got a lot better. I also made an appointment for my toddler son! This office was truly a life saver and I am SUPER thankful for the staff being so wonderful.

I Wanna make sure people know that this Dental office has the best staff n the Dentist is wonderful i saw Dr Mack he took such time n patience to explain everything to me . I am 61 yrs old n have been scared of dentist since my youth . I have a rare leukemia n they took time to examine my teeth n make me aware of all thst needs to be done . I recommend them to you for scared adults n for children . My nieces n nephews are the reason i found this dentist cuz they come here all the time . The office ladies are wonderful . I’ve been going to Dentists in Michigan for decades and I have never been treated as nice and kind and professional as I have at Crystal Dentist with the doctor and Maria in the office is absolutely amazing also! I love everyone there!

Prices were better than other places... staff is very nice..... close to my house ,but the bad part is....Even though I had an appointment, and I showed up early. They had one person before me in the waiting room,, one person showed up after me ,that went in before me, They acted like friends or regular clients...Another person showed up after me and , she also acted like this is her second home , all buddy buddy with the receptionist, it's not like the waiting room was jam packed!!!!!....I still had to wait 1hr+ past my appt time to get seen. I paid up front so they got their money , not covered by insurance, but I had to wait that long to get my service.??? I'll just never understand , if a business wants $$$$, why would they over book or not know how to book appointments so people don't have to wait an hour or more???I could understand 15 mins , 30 mins .....Maybe if I didn't pay up front they would have seen me faster? Maybe If I didn't already pay , I could have left and rescheduled for a day they could see me faster? What ever reason it's not right and I will reconsider coming here again.

One of the ladies up front needs to work on her attitude. My first experience there I asked a question because I was left confused during my time there and she responded in a rude manner. Second time making my appointment, and I’m going to assume was the same lady bc of the attitude and voice, I go to ask another question to confirm whether or not they do a service there in which she responded with “um? This is a dentist. We do teeth stuff here.” in yet again in a rude manner to make it seem like I was an idiot. Which btw I found other dentists CAN do the service I was wondering about... won’t be going back.

I love Crystal Dental and there bedside manner is amazing. I'm still relatively young and was so apprehensive about getting a partial but I love it!! I was scarred about allot but everything worked out. Partials are something you need to practice wearing daily because practice makes perfect!! I can eat things I couldnt before and my digestion issues have gone away cuz I can chew my food now. 😆 I'm lucky and blessed another benefit is at this time I was enemployed and on state insurance and my WHOLE partial was civeted fir those that arent finacially ok

Most unprofessional dentist office I’ve experienced. I was told my appointment was set for 4pm and they had to “reschedule” because I was a new patient which would have been fine if that was communicated to me BEFORE I called off work and BEFORE I arrived to my appointment. Rose at the front desk was helpful in trying to get me seen but the rude, lazy receptionist Maria who’s name I will be freezing in a jar, was pushing for the dentist and rose to reschedule me because 5 is just around the corner. Not going to waste my time with a low life who commits to a job they don’t want to perform. (The one star is for rose)

I came to Crystal Dental off of a referral from my son. I had a traumatizing experience previously and heard Dr. Mack tell Miguel "we need to give this patient some TLC"....and boy did they ever! They took their time and made me feel comfortable making some really tough decisions. I put complete trust in Miguel for his guidance...boy am I glad I did!! Their work and follow-up are superior to any dentist I've ever known. The lab work is incredible, the owner even came and took special care. And Maria! This is a great office, I came in on a recommendation. The reception office is ran smoothly and very efficiently. All the girls are so nice and happy to help. They follow up on appointments and are very helpful with any questions.
Miguel is a true gem. He is funny and becomes someone you trust right away. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He runs a tight ship an it shows!
Last but not least Dr. Mack very gentle, has a cool dry humor and just a great dentist!

My daughter is 4 and hadn't been to the dentist yet yeah I know I'm a horrible mother but the staff here was amazing especially Desiree she let my daughter take her own x-rays and showed my daughter everything the doctor would do before he did it she even heard her crying while she wasn't in the room and she came in and brought her the mirror so she could see what he was doing and made her feel very much at ease and I really appreciated it she was amazing so if anybody's trying to decide where to take their kids I would recommend this dentist

I've been coming to Crystal Dental for almost a year now. I cant Thank the whole staff enough for everything. I've received the best care here. Every time I'm in the chair waiting for my turn. The assistant comes back to check on me to make sure I'm doing ok, and to let me know Dr Mack will be with me shortly. And I appreciate them keeping informed and not letting me just sit and wait like other offices. While I was getting my work done. Dr Mack made sure to ask me of I was doing ok and was I in pain? . Hes amazing..some dentist just want to get the job done and you out of the office. The front desk is also wonderful. They informed me of different options I had and make sure I was comfortable with what I needed to get taken care of. They went over everything .every questions I had was answered. I recommend this place for anyone who doesn't like going to the dentist only because I'm one of them people. And I feel very positive about not having to be worried that my needs won't get met. I had such a wonderful experience at Crystal Dental.The whole staff were helpful, experienced, kind and very knowledgeable about my options. Maria in reception is a super star who was helpful explaining all my financial options i have and what my next steps will be after my visit. Miguel (the office supervisor) Did the best (and with no pain) xrays on me I have ever had. He has his own technique which made it much easier and without pain compared to the old cardboard things you  had to bite down on for each xray!!! Finally Dr. Mack was so kind and really made me feel comfortable about what my options are without any pressure. I'm so glad I found them since i have a Dental phobia and i don't like usually going to the Dentist. I feel much better now that I found Dr.Mack and his office.

I had an emergency, no current dentist in town hadn't been to one in 20 plus years. .I made an appointment it would of been 3 days then wait for the referral to Oral surgeon elsewhere and it would be in 3 days.
THEY were able to see me within 30 mins. The ENTIRE STAFF was so welcoming and assured me It would all be ok... see I am terrified of Dentists so I put off a Broken tooth too long. In Excruciating pain, xray done and me in tears, Dr. MACK immediately said we better get you to an Oral Surgeon only because One root of 3 was bent and didn't trust that not breaking in my sinus, or he would have done it right then. Within 10 minutes I had an oral surgeon appt- the office called set it up and i just needed to show up. In the mean time the pain was so bad he blocked me so I would be comfortable until the other appointment 5 hours later...... without hesitation I am coming back and I trust them, there will be no more" I got a dentist appointment anxiety levels maxed out ". Once I had no pain I felt at home and so comfortable with them, we were joking laughing and I can't thank them enough for this.. Their personalites to make sure I was ok before I left was so heart warming to see such GREAT PATIENT CARE. I work in the Health industry - THIS IS HOW PATIENTS SHOULD BE TREATED AND CARED FOR...See you soon ^5

I had yesterday tooth root extraction, everything passed smoothly without any problem and pain.
Is not my first time to do that, but for sure the best experience I ever had with this. I didn’t feel any pain when anesthesia stopped. Thanks to Doctor Who know How to Give Anesthetic.

I absolutely love these people, I was 30 minutes late due to another drs office that was running late, I had to wait there 4 hrs. to be seen then an hour for treatment.The wonderful people at crystal dental took wonderful care of me and stayed there until they had everything done and felt that I was satisfied with the plans. I cannot say enough about how great the staff and Dentist were. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

they are so helpful specially the doctors they care a lot! My daughter went to surgery with the pediadontist months ago and they took good care of her during surgery. I had a surgery with Dr. John yesterday he really shows that he cares. He’s light handed and was very careful that he wont hurt me much and he didn’t except his assistant needs to be a little tender on poking fast and hard on my infected gums with that suction. Well everybody else in that clinic including her are very nice !!!

My family and I moved here from Hawaii. My kids was seeing a great dentist in Maui and I wanted to find a doctor or clinic as close to or greater than back home and thank goodness I found Crystal Dental. I won't go into detail but bottom line is my younger children, my husband and I, along with my older daughter and her family are patients of Crystal Dental. The staff is AWESOME! Maria helps SO MUCH! When it comes to referrals and xrays, I can't explain how great she is! She's such a hard worker and she is on it! I've met Sophia a few times and she's just as great! In a few months my dental work should be done and I'll have a brand new (life changing) smile 😀

Wow!! What an amazing experience! My daughter absolutely doesn't enjoy going to the Dentist at all, and I dread taking her, but we relocated here and she desperately needed a cleaning ASAP, Dr. A is amazing and works so well with Linda you cant help but to interact with them they had a way with keeping my kid calm, and let me tell you she is cranky.
