This place always disappoints. The lack of accountability is ridiculous. The talk to patients experience just to be dismissed by them, and to not put a bad google review.The no appointment for MRI,xray ultrasound system is stupid, if the front desk help cant keep track of and order of who comes after who. and you walked in ask specifically how many people are before you. But all of the sudden 2 hours later the 2 before you go in and another 3. And all I got is uhhh I dont think so. She has no clue and does not keep track of the list of people.

Most of the services at this facility are very good, and I appreciate the care provided. However, the lab waiting process could be improved.
Many patients have to wait a very long time for lab work, and most of them are fasting. Instead of calling patients by name, it would be more efficient to give each patient a number when they check in. Patients could then be called by number, which would help them estimate how much longer they need to wait. This would also allow them to use the restroom without worrying about missing their turn.
Another concern is that some patients arrive at 8:00 a.m. after fasting overnight but end up waiting two or more additional hours before their blood is drawn. This can result in patients fasting for 10 hours or longer, which may affect certain lab results and causes unnecessary discomfort.
I hope the clinic will consider improving the check-in and waiting process to make the experience more efficient and comfortable for patients.

I came in for my chiropractor appointment and seen a former coworker, Brenda Lomeli is an asset to the Health Center, she is always upbeat and personable, you could be having a bad day and she will make sure and lift your spirits and make you smile, thank you for hiring her.

On a side note for the Health Center, you need to have the CPL portion open at 7am to 5pm and at least do half days on Saturdays for your members that work day shift 6 days a week that makes it harder to get to a location that is open within such a limited time frame, and this is for all locations for the Health Centers specifically.

I can not say enough great things about the CULINARY health center and I am 57 years old man, I have lived in eight different cities and I have several Health Issues and so I’ve had many doctors in each of those locations and Now I’m retired in a 55+ APARTMENT community in Las Vegas and I see five doctors, including specialists (Which are mostly tele visit) Once or twice every year or every 2 to 3 years.

I first want to give a great review to Dr. Bigelow and her team. I feel so comfortable with her as my doctor and looking out for all aspects of my care in the short and long-term. She is incredibly kind, professional listens leave space to ask questions and she’s very knowledgeable as well

Since our family has only one car, I’m able to do many of my visits with Dr. Bigelow as a tele visit for example, if I need blood work and have a discussion about it, she will do a Tele visit

The CULINARY health center has so many Important complimentary services and Literally every person I’ve interacted with is always incredibly kind.and professional so I don’t get the current average review rating For the CULINARY Health Center, Durango being where it is right now December 29 2025

This is a very nice facility and it’s good there are no co pays. Unfortunately the providers are terrible especially Dr. Binita. Also it is nearly impossible to get an appointment without waiting 2 weeks. Providers also falsify information on your chart.
