The receptionist is so sweet she makes me smile when I get there. The chiropracter is helping me a lot. I have a lot of back and neck problems. He is fantastic.

Was desperate to get in to see a chiropractor. I called multiple places closer to home and they either charged an arm and a leg or they didn't have any availability. I was fit in and staff and doctor were professional and caring. Didn't just crack my back and send me on my merry way. Doctor addressed both the bones and the muscles a little. Also listened to my concerns and preferences. Office was clean. I walked out feeling better than before I walked in and felt a little more relief as the day went on and muscles around the adjustment relaxed.

I really appreciate Dr. Johnson and his staff. I am 71 and still walking and with his help I have avoided shoulder, hip and back surgery.) Today I am able to bend and do sit ups. Thank you Dr. Johnson:)

I was referred to this place, as soon as I got there I was greeted with confussion and a hispanic lady with black hair started getting hostile for no reason. I just went to fill out forms and set up an appointment as a new patient but after recieving that type of treatment from that employee I decides to go elsewhere. Some employees forget that they are just employees and that they are the face of the company, and the way the act determines if customer want to move forward to meet the doctor. Employees know your place and dont ruin it for the owner to earn money to pay you.

Dr. Hallgren is a good man. Very good at what he does. Makes you feel welcomed, appreciated and cared for. The ladies in the front office are great. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to be kind, inviting and helpful. This has been my best experience at any Doctor’s office...ever.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went to this chiropractor after I was in a car accident.

For a total of THREE VISITS MY BILL WAS $1,300 (three days of appointments 15 minutes or less). They are out to screw car accident victims for their money. They have you sign a lump of paperwork to do so without disclosing their fees.

During the three appointments nothing was explained about what was being done to help me recover from my injury. All I was told was I needed to come in every day of the week. No! Imagine if I continued at this chiropractor for the duration of my recovery, the bill could have easily been $5,000-$10,000!

I started seeing a new chiropractor who has helped me get back to a life without pain. And the new chiropractor’s prices are much more reasonable, their office is more clean, modern and they explain your injury and what they’re doing to help you.

STAY AWAY. If I could have given this review no stars I would have.

This review is a year overdue. I severely injured my back to the point it was uncomfortable to sleep, stand, sit or twist to wipe my backside. In the span of a week I'd had two massages trying to alleviate the pain. After the first massage I visited a chiroptactor on Tenaya who had me waiting for one hour and only spent 5 minutes with me gathering injury information. After another hour I was brought into a room where the doc and I talked for two minutes before he looked at the clock and told me to make an appointment for Tuesday. It was Thursday. I asked if he was going to take an x-ray and he told me no but to come back to discuss a pain management plan. They can kiss my you know what. The next day which was Friday I received another massage then walked over to a chiropractor chain and asked the receptionist if they do x-rays. She told me they didnt and that they just manage pain. She then gave me a list of chiropractors that does x-rays. It was just after 5pm when I began calling the places on the list. I called three places. The first two would have charged me close to $300 for x-rays and correction. Plus they were further than I was willing to drive due to my severe pain. The last place I called was Decatur and Craig Chiropractic. I explained my problem and she told me it would cost less than $100 for both x-ray and correction but that they were closing in 20 minutes. I made it there in 19 minutes. In less than 45 minutes I had an x-ray and correction and was headed home. The doc gave me instructions for the following days. The next day I was able to wipe my backside again. The day after that I was able to sleep comfortably. I still have return for monthly adjustments and the cost is only $35 and I'm in and out in 15 minutes. I love the staff and the doc is terrific and swift. He is the only doc I will ever see about my back.

Be careful what you sign..... I had went to this place because it was a referral from my primary doctor after I was I'm a car accident. These people knew I wanted to bill through my insurance. They told me to sign an attorney lien and that's how they would get my co-pays which should've been 25$. Months later I'm footing the bill of 3000 because they didn't and won't bill my insurance. Very very sketchy people. Would highly recommend you pay your copays and no lien. They're out to make money from your accident and loss of time and money.
