Everyone here is so kind and wonderful. They were all very respectful. When I got there I was greeted with warm smiles and hellos. Since I’ve had such an excellent experience with the Altier Dental practice, I am compelled to share my thoughts with you. The dentist, Dr Pouyan Shahrohh and his staff couldn’t be more pleasant or accommodating- but that in itself is not why I am highly recommending this practice. Dr. Shahrohh did extended work on me with a bridge and crowns. He also does implants - he does it all. I have never had such excellent dental work done where start to finish, this man’s quality is bar none. I experienced no pain and all his work left me (my mouth) feeling totally natural when his work was completed!! His gentle and experienced handling of all the work he accomplished was amazing.
I first went to Dr. Shahrohh because I had an infected tooth and my doctor, and no one in his multi dentist practice could work me in for quite a while. I was in horrible pain and went to google for references on another doctor. That’s how I lucked out on Dr. Shahrohh. Even though they had no openings, they were good enough to work me in immediately because of the pain I was in. That’s what I mean in EXCELLENCE. His thoughtful office staff, (attitude towards clients starts at the doctor!) and his extreme quality of workmanship have me singing the praises of ALTIER DENTAL (conveniently located in a beautiful office on Rampart) and I hope you also will allow yourself to become a client of excellence!! I just moved to Vegas and needed to find a new dentist. I scheduled a check up and a cleaning with Dental Atelier The experience was great and they were able to find some issues that my previous dentist couldn’t find. They promptly scheduled me in for a tooth implant which went flawless. The team is very professional, and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Dr. Shahrokn performed a full assessment and designed a plan that will preserve my teeth while managing cost. I’ve had a few opinions and his plan was by far the best. My first visit and the dentist took his time, we even had small talk which I appreciate for a first appointment in building our new patient/Dr relationship. Update November 25th, 2024:

First off I hate shots and am extremely terrified. I literally didn’t feel a single needle with any visit on any of the shots I received from Dr. Shahrokh. Outside of shot he has made me feel so comfortable and is so attentive to my problems any time I have come in. He listens so well and will go above and beyond to make sure I am no longer in pain and ensures that my teeth are being taken care of. I didn’t have insurance for so long and my teeth have all gone bad. He has helped me to make sure that everything got taken care of without breaking my pockets every single time. Not to mention his staff being so pleasant and kind and knowledgeable, especially Amy. Thank you Dr. for everything!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

I haven't had a headache since my 2nd visit! I've been to doctors, dentists, and neurologists, since I was 9 and knocked out my front teeth. Dr. Shahrokh took one look and told me my teeth don't touch in the back. My whole bite was off. He told me to come back the next day, he would work on the solution that night. The next day he explained what he was doing and how he was fixing the problem I left that day with the ability to chew food with my back teeth and my smile wasn't crooked any more! Amy, his assistant is amazing and not only assists Dr. Shahrokh but handles all the insurance headaches to make it possible to see these incredible professionals. This practice is the most amazing. I have such anxiety when having to go to dentist. The staff was so understanding & made me so comfortable.Dr.Shahrokh is even more amazing. I have every confidence in this doctor and highly recommend this practice.

I recently had to see Dr. Shahrokh as an urgent appointment due to toothache. I was put on schedule for the next morning and Dr. Shahrokh performed emergency tooth extraction. As usual everyone in the office were extremely kind and worked me in without any problem. They make me feel important and are always accommodating. I can't thank you enough. Dr. Shahrokh is amazing!!!

I recently needed an immediate tooth extraction and implant done. Dental Atelier was able to take me the next morning. The staff was extremely friendly and the office is very nice and surgically clean. I am very impresssed with Dr. Shahrokh and his practice. Got an appointment as soon as I could. The office was great! Really informed me about what work I need done. I came with my baby, I was conserned because he would cry a lot when I’m not around but luckily Ernesto was there to put on some cocomelon and watch him. Best experience yet they are almost like family! Recommend this office 100%!

Where do I star.

I read most of the comments and they were all 5 stars, so of course I was excited and skeptical to try them. I was given an appointment that fit my schedule, which is unusual here for me in Las Vegas. When I arrived I was welcomed with such a pleasant reception by Ernesto, he is amazing. Then on to the back with Skye another pleasant reception, what a sense of calm they provide. The Dentist came in and answered all my questions WOW!! The young lady I can't think of her namw but im guessing she is the Billing Specialiat, she is so accomodating and goes over every detail. Im so excited i found this place

Very Gentle and Generous Employees. Even in a moment where I’ve been terrified from past experiences from the dentist , without me telling them that , they found a very nostalgic way to make me feel comfortable and more than relaxed the entire process. Was an urgent situation that they helped me resolve in a matter of 1-3 hours (which is very time efficient ) . Continued to ask if I needed any assistance or help with anything . A little different than a normal office to find but they even call you and walk you through those steps as well to ensure you get what you need and where you need it in a respectful manner . 10/10 highly reccomend.

Started my treatment with Dr. Shahrokh. It is going to take time, but Dr. Shahrokh is the best dentist I had in a very long time. He listens and does everything to make it better. Amy, the office manager, is wonderful and really goes out of her way to help. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Shahrokh was also very personable, patient and spent a lot of time talking and listening to me about my concerns and answering my questions. He also explained and recommended a treatment for me. My family and I are new to Las Vegas so we didn’t have a new dentist until yesterday 12/17/23. I had an emergency dental need and they were the only folks open on Saturday when I got there they had just closed, but they were able to called the Dr. back and they were able to help me with my emergency. Had a veneer that popped off and they recommended a crown as the replacement! BEST decision ever! The staff is AMAZING from the front to the dental assistants to the dentist!
