Hands down the best tooth pulling experience and teeth cleaning I’ve ever had I honestly didn’t feel a thing! 😄 Dr. Nguyen was amazing, professional, friendly, extremely gentle, and very sympathetic, constantly checking on me and making sure I was comfortable during the teeth cleaning and extractions. Soly was incredibly helpful with the copay and insurance and made everything easy and stress free. Gabby, the dental assistant who assisted Dr. Nguyen, was also gentle, kind, and very professional.
Thank you all so much for such an awesome experience you truly made what could have been stressful feel comfortable and positive!

My one wisdom tooth started hurting really badly the other day so I called in and asked if I could come in for a last-minute visit. Front desk said yes for a walk-in and welcomed me kindly even though it was close to closing time! The assistants took my xrays promptly, and Dr. Trina Nguyen was thorough with her explanation of the procedure and what to expect.
The whole procedure from numbing and extractions I reckon took no more than 10 minutes! She was incredibly fast yet gentle, and I didn't feel a thing.

Dr Nguyen is definitely one of the best in this area and I would highly recommend seeing her if you have any urgent matters or start feeling any pain. Thank you Dr Nguyen and the office staff for your compassion and for staying back after-hours to accommodate my visit.. my experience in this office has been top notch!

Going to the dentist is not enjoyable. Because I’m leaving out of the area is the ONLY reason I am having to switch Dentist. I hope I find a dentist like Dr Trina who is very detailed in her work and gentle. I had old mercury fillings that I was always afraid to get removed. She did an excellent job. I had 3 crowns done and one was very difficult and she did not give up with the fitting until it was perfect! I highly recommend her! Her office staff is always pleasant and helpful when it came to my insurance benefits. Billing , etc! I highly recommend desert palms!

If I could give this dentist zero stars, I certainly would. My family and I didn’t even get to see a dentist, because our experience with the front desk was so awful. Upon entry, we were told that we did not have dental coverage, despite having coverage for over 20 years. The lady at the front desk then proceeded to call our insurance on speaker phone and give out our information to the alleged insurance with other patients in the waiting area. After the very loud call, she again claimed we had no insurance. While one member of my family pulled up prior evidence of dental coverage, another called our member service number and found that we DO have coverage and the insurance claimed they did not recently receive a call from any dental office. By the time this information was available, the front desk lady yet again called the insurance, this time not on speaker phone (assuming because she was wrong the first time). After this phone call, she yet again came out and was shouting our business and asked us about another patient, which is a HIPPA and FERPA violation. When a member of our family responded in a terse manner, the lady said “oh I’m sorry, you’re a little sensitive today”. At this point my family made the decision to leave and claimed, “We’re good, we’re gonna go somewhere else.” The front desk lady said “That’s fine. Here’s your paperwork. We don’t need information on rude patients” and practically threw the paper work at us. We have no experience with an actual dentist, because simply the customer service of the front desk. This review serves as a warning to the potential patients, to find another dentist. The way we were treated was extremely unprofessional and quite frankly a danger to our information considering the countless HIPPA and FERPA violations, especially considering the information of minors.

I have been a client here for 15 years, and will stay a client for as long as I live in Vegas. The whole team is super nice and friendly, I always come here relaxed and happy to see everyone! Plus Dr. Nguyen is out of this world skilled, patient, and knowledgeable. Everything she did for me (from simple cavity fillings to implants and complicated stuff) was perfect! I recently brought my father here, who is visiting from Europe. He needed two extractions. His comment afterwards was that this was by far the nicest dentist experience of his life. He had no pain, and he is recovering fast. And he is 83! Highly recommended!

Very bad experience, very bad service. They want to keep the money I paid for a dental prosthesis that they don't want to put in. Be careful because it is also very expensive here. It's all extra money they want to take out of your pocket.

Waited 6 weeks for authorization just to be told my sons insurance wouldnt cover his cleaning because he needed an “adult cleaning” and it would be $350 out of pocket. I never heard of such a thing so I went somewhere else and the insurance covered the cleaning. Dont go here unless you like giving away money.

Great dentist and staff. Finance or should I say cashier is terrible. Poor attitude picks and chooses who can make payments. No care at this practice. It’s all about money. My mom paid $3500 for three front teeth. I’m terminally I’ll and my teeth and crumbling like egg shell. She quotes $7000 more to repair others. I’m waiting on a transplant. Not working and Medicaid referred me to THEM!!! They don’t bill anything to them!! It’s pathetic that they are referred by anyone!!

Love Desert Palms Dental. They stepped up when I called with a broken tooth and managed to set me up with an appointment in a couple of days. At my first visit I left with my temporary crown, no root canal needed and a week later had my permanent crown. Cannot say enough good things about this practice. The Dr is amazing, her assistant Jessica is well educated in dental practices and friendly and the front office staff is right on top of appointments and submissions of insurance requests. I highly recommend this practice.

I dont usually leave reviews, but this one needs to be done. I used to come here for years, about 7 or 8 I think. The male dentist is pretty good but at some point I started seeing the female dentist more. Every time I went to see her (for about 2 or 3 years), I ended up having a new problem and to me that didnt make sense since before I started seeing her I had one cavity in my entire life. The last time I saw her she told me I had 4 cavities that needed to be drilled, that didn't make sense so I went to get a second opinion and was told I had no cavities. So I decided to stop going there. My father, however, continued to go. Recently, we found out that he has a procedure done and was told his insurance would cover it. Later, they told him that it was denied and he would have to pay for the full thing. My mom was suspicious so she called their insurance and found out that they had no claims denied in the last year. My parents went to talk to the dentist office about it and the office manager was so rude and didn't want to talk to her. She only wanted to talk to my father and called him Mr but wouldn't address my mother in a polite way.
Needless to say, no one in my family will be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.

I love coming in and seeing Dr Nguyen. Saw her yesterday and it was a great visit. She's a pretty great dentist considering I don't like the dentist one bit. I've had horrible experiences in the past, but since I started coming here my visits have been great. She's very informative and her staff does a great job at keeping you informed when it comes to your insurance. My prior visit to yesterday was one that really got me to stay since I moved a bit far, Dr tried her best to save one of my back teeth but unfortunately I waited to long and it was not able to be saved so she ended up having to pull it. I was a bit disappointed it had to come out. Don't wait to long if you're having pain lesson learned. Since then I've enjoyed coming here, the Dr is again awesome and her staff is helpful and polite.

I don't like dentists in general but Desert Palms Dental is the best ever. The staff are very nice and attentive, I get all the information upfront as to my treatments and a what's covered and not and how much it will cost me and stuff. The dentist is amazing and she cares very much. She takes each step gently and does a superior job. My family recommended her and here i am all these years and nothing has changed.

The first time I visited her had a tooth extraction, now I grew up in a developing country so believe me I know the horrors of tooth extraction. The dentist numbed me (actual numbing) and took the tooth out did not even feel a thing, rather I could have rewind the experience and do it again - it was that good.

I'm sorry that things did not work out for some of you but we win and lose some battles in life and these people are human too stuff happens.

This place was amazing. They seem to really care about you. I was super nervous to the point of crying almost before we started, but they were so gentle (with me being so anxious) and started of very slow and got me comfortable with them. I'm still having allot of treatments done with them, but I know this will be my dentist for life. They have a plan worked out to where my insurance will basically pay for everything, and even timed it to when my insurance starts over in January. Highly recommended!

So my wife visited this dentist and of course they did X-rays the first time, however she visited again six months later and again x-rays! You should only have this done once a year! Not only did the Dentist Dr. Wynn double down on the X-Rays she prescribed a night guard stating " you grind your teeth" my wife decided to get a 2nd opinion and of course was told not only does she not need a 3rd X-Ray but she doesn't need a night Guard.

To test this situation I visited again after already doing so six months ago and guess what! You got it! Ounce down! Not only that but again a night guard was suggested!

I think this office is taking advantage of its patients and billing their insurance companies to gain profits. I don't think they really care about anything other than the royal flush! $$$

I would say Run!
