My husband & I had therapy here for 2 (1/2) months, 3 times a week & each visit weekly was amazing. The staff & therapist/chiropractors are all extremely great at their work and with patient care. Its hard to believe this is an office in LV. I would recommend this place to any injury attorney office & friends/family. We were always treated with respect & consideration & know they treat everyone one the same. Also note that everyone has genuine smiles & always has a warm welcome as soon as you enter their office! Thank you to to all the staff!

My experience at Desert Pines Rehabilitation was nothing less than excellent. Since day one, the staff and doctors have been welcoming, genuine, and professional.

Diane was extremely helpful, cordial, and resourceful from the very beginning of my treatment. She took the time to explain how their office operates and what I could expect throughout the process. Throughout my treatment, Bethzy consistently showed a sense of care. She was always attentive and kind during my visits.

Unfortunately, I cannot recall everyone’s names, but I had the opportunity to interact with almost the entire staff and every person I encountered was professional, respectful, and pleasant. No matter how busy the office was, I always felt welcomed and treated with the same level of attention and care.

I was also seen by Dr. Hortin and Dr. English, and both were exceptional. They each demonstrated a very caring approach to their practice, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain things thoroughly. Their knowledge and professionalism made it very easy to trust their recommendations, and I always felt comfortable speaking openly with them about my treatment.

They also worked seamlessly with my attorney throughout my treatment, keeping the process organized and making sure everything was handled efficiently and promptly. That level of communication and coordination made the entire experience much easier. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this team.

Where do I start? 5 stars does no justice for this amazing and caring group of people, I had an injury to my jaw and my dentist sent me to see Dr Hortin, I thought it was kinda weird to get chiropractic for my jaw, boy was I wrong not only have the girls and Dr Hortin taken the time to get to know me, but it is actually helping me, when I first came I could only open my mouth 24 mm and a little over a month later I can open 34 mm. When I say the atmosphere and everyone there is like family I’m not kidding, my laptop was damaged in a sewage flood at my house, and I couldn’t replace it so Dr Hortin, all the Dr’s and his staff pitched in and got me a laptop, they didn’t have to do that but this truly shows the amazing hearts they all have and I will be forever grateful for them especially that they have helped me get my pain levels down, even 1 point is better then having the pain I had and have. If you TMJ help, or chiropractic care or really anything I am very confident that this team can help. Truly from the bottom of my heart I will never go anywhere else.

I was referred here by my sons injury lawyer and I couldn't be happier! Everyone is so nice and attentive from the front desk, to the assistants and doctors! Really loved the care Dr Gunn gave my son. At his last appointment he made sure he had a good last visit and offered to come back personally if needed. Loved them all!

My attorney put me with this group of individuals who always provided me with 5 star service. I never had to wait more than 30 seconds before being called back for my treatment tbch I legit was so sad when I was getting back to normal because that meant my time here will sadly coming to an end. And though I certainly wouldn't wish a car accident on anyone if you do have an injury from a vehicle accident plz choose this amazing kind and compassionate for all your chiropractor needs.
