I've waited too long to write this for fear of a response that truly shouldn't matter to me because at the end of the day it was wrong. Office staff are very respectful and helpful. I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend Dr. Reena John if you are a transgender individual. She did give me a referral to a surgeon after I very clearly stated where I needed to go with little issue. But post-op she made me feel like a scientific sample, not a patient and this made me never return to her. I felt very uncomfortable with the way she looked at me and what she said about my healing chest. I also have persistent knee pain that didn't show anything on xrays, after which she treated me like I was med seeking when I never wanted medication I just wanted to understand what was happening/why they hurt so frequently and if I could get physical therapy for it.

I actually went with a friend to her apt and loved Reena. I made my first apt with her 2-9-26 ,to make her my primary care dr. She gives you her full attention and is so smart and so on point. And zero wait time. And the office makes you feel safe and relaxed.

She took the time to ask detailed questions, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was her combination of professionalism and kindness – she balanced deep medical knowledge with a warm, approachable demeanor that made me feel comfortable and confident in her care.

It’s rare these days to find a doctor who treats you as a whole person rather than just a list of symptoms, but she did exactly that. She looked at my medical history, current concerns, and overall well-being, and made sure I left with a clear plan and peace of mind.

I have been coming to this office for 25 years Dr mira Vakil was an awesome doctor for me but then she had to retire and I was sad but then God is so wonderful that he put a good new doctor there who is also from India, wonderful doctors wonderful clinic, wonderful treatment, wonderful staff up to this day I have really good health because of this family practice. I actually think there is a miraculous Force in that clinic every time I go there I recover my health and God bless this place.

Provider filled the wrong dosage (not a controlled med) and refused to fill at proper dosage when called back. A medication that was a regular medication of mine with no side effects. Very unprofessional. Also, I'm using this account as an alias since there is a risk this business will try to publish my medical history.

My husband had an appointment today and she was really rude and unprofessional!! She grabbed his hurt arm really hard because she didn't believe he was hurt. She had the worst attitude and he definitely will not be going back
