From the moment I walked into CenterWell Senior Primary Care, I felt like I had stepped into an oasis. First impressions are everything—and CenterWell gets it right.

You are immediately greeted by a caring, professional front-desk team: Val, Danielle, Kimberly, and Yaritza (please forgive me if I missed anyone). They welcome you with warm, genuine smiles, and it’s clear they truly care about the patients they serve. Honestly, every medical office could learn from them when it comes to customer service and compassion. They also speak to one another with respect, which says a lot about the environment they work in.

My doctor, Dr. Marisela Nadeau, is incredibly attentive. After my visit, she personally walked me all the way to door and let Danielle know that my next appointment was already scheduled and that I didn’t need anything else..
However I did need my return ride home
and Danielle handled it seamlessly. There was no long wait at all. CenterWell even provides transportation, which is such a blessing.

There are no long waiting times for appointments—and even after your name is called, you’re not left waiting forever to see your doctor. Everything runs smoothly and respectfully.

If you’re reading this review, I’ll say this: stop reading and make the appointment already 🤗

I had my first appt with Dr Bergren and it was great. Timely, detailed, informative and positive. Sound advise on my health and guidance for the next several months. The staff including Dannielle, Val & Kemberly were all top of their game on next steps, prescriptions, testing and next appointment. Truly made me feel great as I headed out. Much Thanks!!

Danielle was wonderful at the front desk….Very understanding that we did not have my mother’s Medicare ID or Secondary ID….Very patient w both our folks getting checked in….

Lamar Ella the In take nurse was very sweet, friendly and patient w both our folks.

Dr Bergren was wonderful. Very straight forward, up front and understanding of our folks concerns re blood lab and echo cardiogram testing. His approach of encouraging them to be open w re to blood panel was gentle and not at all pushy…..Marilyn really liked Dr Bergren. Robert also, just a little bit more stubborn, being a retired Dr himself..

I myself will work on getting Robert more open to what Dr Bergren is recommending.

My husband's former Primary Care Provider never made him a priority. They marginalized his concerns and made no effort at all to meet his needs as he grew older. We recently sought out this medical practice because of their focus on the needs of seniors. I was absolutely blown away at the stark differences between these two PCP experiences. The front desk staff and Dr. Bergren's medical assistant (Kem, Val and Yari) went out of their way to make my husband and I feel welcome when we walked in the door. After a particularly stressful day one of the ladies even held out a piece of chocolate for me! That's MY kind of customer service ... LOL. Let me not forget to publicly praise Dr. Bergren for his kindness and compassion when he met with my husband and I. His gentle ways were welcome during our visit ... his insight, wisdom and helpfulness have become evident in the days since, as he's continued to work behind the scenes to meet my husband's increasing needs. I simply could not be happier with our new Primary Care Practice. I highly recommend that you check out this fresh and caring approach to senior medical care.

Val always greets me with a smile and was very helpful when I had a bunch of test results that had to be sent to another Doctor. She even gave me Xerox copies of all the test results for another Doctor. She is very good at what she does for the office!

Being a new patient, ppl here are very friendly and helpful. Val and Yari are very friendly people and I enjoyed talking to them, getting all my questions answered. Wow if I could leave 10 ratings I would, I take care of my grandma as a full time student with a full time job there is alot to handle all at once, but with Val’s help she has made my grandma feel comfortable at this clinic, she is so nice and patient with her.

I decided I needed a new primary physician because my primary who is very competent and nice, but if I woke up with a sore throat, he couldn’t see me for several weeks which is unacceptable. My friend had gone to Centerwell and was very pleased so I decided to find out for myself. The staff was very nice and the Doctor was amazing. Dr. Bergren is a delight. He is caring, kind and very thorough. He makes you feel very comfortable and I believe he really cares about his patients. You should be very proud of not only Dr. Bergren but everyone in that office. The people at the desk are so helpful, informative and very friendly. It wa s a wonderful experience and I have recommended Centerwell to several of my friends who also have the same complaint as I do. One thing I want to make perfectly clear, it is not the location that convinced me. It is very close to the community I live in but if this same office with the same staff was across town, I would still be a patient. Be proud, you have done a great job at this location.

Who likes going to the doctor. Not me!
Every time I go I’m greeted by Ms. Garcia her kindness along with her through professional attitude Almost makes the trip joyful. Yes it would be joyful except for the fact it’s “a doctor visit” ugh!
Again whoever hired her knew what they were doing.
It’s a pleasure to come through the doors at the Summerlin location and to feel her genuinely smile as she greets me.

Still 5 stars! I continue to find the staff at CenterWell South Summerlin on W. Tropicana to be friendly, efficient and caring. Luis the manager, Val & Bri at the front desk, Kemberly, and Thomas Bergren DO to name several are memorable. Dr. Bergren was great, helping me navigate my health questions and necessary tests. The lab staff, as well as the rest of the staff, all feel like they care about people and their job. This place is exceptional. I recently stopped by to turn in a sample and they checked my Blood Pressure monitor to make sure it was accurate.

I’m so happy that My Aetna had Center Well in their network . My Doctor Kasey is very caring and spends time listening . The entire front desk is so wonderful and when you need a referral or prescription refill they are right on it . Luis the office manager is super friendly and accommodating . Recent addition to staff, Dr. Thomas Bergren, saw both of us recently. Very close to where we live so convenient. Dr. Bergren is excellent, love having a D.O., and he listens. We needed an order for a blood draw for something not really his to handle but he did the order for us, which was really clutch. I also must mention the staff--front office and medical assistants are amazing!!! We've been to several other docs, as seniors have to do sometimes, and have never, ever found a more caring, polite, kind, and efficient front office anywhere here in Vegas. Highly recommend!!! They also have a doc on call 24/7, and no other place we have been has that feature. Every now & then we have questions that need to be answered sooner than 2 weeks away, which we've experienced in the past with others. If you can, choose this place they are wonderful and it's a clean, nice location too!!!

Unbelievable place great for us like senior citizens the front office Brianna Jasmine Valerie and Gabby all of them there were just amazing the patience that they have for us the attention is just unbelievable a great place to be to being a great place to be seen. This is my first time with Dr Kasey he was very thorough very attentive and very patient I was amazed how quick got me my eye doctor and another specialist thank you so much for all your attentions it's a great place to be seen.

This center does not care about patient benefits. Does not refill Rx for patient need, does not do referral. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told Dr. Curren was no longer working there, but I received a confirmation email for the appointment one day before the appointment.
There is no sense in choosing them as your primary.

My provider, Dr Curran is no longer with Centerwell. I just happen to call them about a referral renewal. Done. Confirmed my appt next month, informed I had to make another appt. 😔 Told that all his appts from former office rescheduled first. Not happy. Scheduled appt two months from now. Why is it that patients are not aware of updating appt schedule? I had been called to reschedule for same reasons just different doctor. 😳
