By far the worst and most unprofessional ER experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the nurse made me feel like I was a burden simply for seeking medical attention. The doctor was equally dismissive and condescending, speaking down to me rather than taking my concerns seriously.

It felt as though the weekend night staff were more interested in belittling patients than providing compassionate care or conducting a thorough medical evaluation.

Nobody should be made to feel embarrassed, unwelcome, or foolish for seeking emergency medical attention, especially when they are already feeling vulnerable or concerned about their health. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Front staff and nurse were great. The doctor not so much. Seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t want to hear what my on going issue was. She spent a whole two minutes in the room. Horrible patient care She is one of the reasons why healthcare in Nevada sucks. The only advise that was worth anything was go see your primary physician. But that’s giving so she still sucks. Don’t recommend going here for treatment.

My mother was recently hospitalized at Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital (Blue Diamond Campus) for five days, and the care she received was absolutely outstanding.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Rodriguez for his kindness and careful medical attention. Her registered nurses—Arlene, Daisy, Rocky, Christina, and Kiandra—were attentive, compassionate, and always there when she needed them. Took my daughter to the ER on 08/29/26 first impression security snoring . But front desk was a male he was very helpful and friendly very efficient . The person who draws the blood was a younger male he was very friendly her nurse was a female she was friendly and informative. The Dr was Alconcel jr Franklin was wonderful. The best experience i have had at an er/ hospital, the nurse, doctors and dietary staff were so genuinely nice and great ant what they do. I had the pleasure of meeting Arlene, she was incredible such a sweet woman and really took the time to make sure i was okay and comfortable. Pico was an evs and he kept my room very clean always asking if i needed anything was very helpful and just incredibly kind. Rocky, was my nurse during the days and she went truly above and beyond making sure i got my medication and had everything I needed if i had to buzz for help it was no longer than maybe 5 seconds she was right there to help. Katrina was very kind and a pleasure to meet and helped me enjoy my stay and was very helpful as well M.M. Was a great woman to have met she was great at her job and is very sweet. Elijah is probably one of the nicest down to earth person i have ever met. Genuinely a cornerstone at his job. The compassion and positivity form him is so great in that atmosphere he is a help in any room he is in truly. Nicole was my dietician and she could not have been more caring and sweet and hard working, she checked on me all of the time helping me get through the day and also helping me stay hydrated and eating when i had not appetite. We shared stories and bonded over prayer. A complete sweetheart and an absolute pleasure to have met. Cindy’s was exceptionally caring and a very nice person who is great at what she does. haleynay was another nurse I had the pleasure of having. She completely took care of me and was always there with anything and everything. Also she had such a great attitude it was a joy to be around her it was really a blessing to meet her she made me feel very comfortable.
I want to say thank you to the whole team i could not appreciate my stay more

This facility was horrible. The nurse staff and doctor thatvwas assigned were rude, short and trulybacted like they could not be bothered to be kind or even attentive. Place us in a room and shut the door, barely followed up and when asked questions the rolling of the eyes, sighs and attitudes were crazy ridiculous. I came in back to back days. The first time I came in was server chest pain.. they did an ekg did a scan of my lungs called me benign. Sent me home with some pain meds and ibuprofen. Today I came back my boob is swollen and red and tender. They felt my chest said put some Neosporin and it will be better. I had to point out to the doctor that my nipple is inflamed. Then he told me I’ll get you on some antibiotics. They don’t truly look for anything. They don’t ask the right questions. Just a quick in and out. And the nurse she’s an older lady with glasses. She is just plain rude. I thought they would take more time with the patient since the facility is a lot smaller. But no they hurry and get people out of their rooms. The nurse looks at me like I’m trying to get something out of it when all I am is concerned for my chest/breast. Now I have to go to my primary doctor to actually get looked at when I thought emergency rooms were supposed to help. I was better off waiting to see my primary. I’ll never come back here again.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was welcoming and accommodating. My wait time was less than 10 minutes and once I was back to the exam room, I saw the doctor, had my blood drawn, had an ultrasound and spoke in detail to the nurse all within the span of 30 minutes. They were attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Do not go here in an emergency if you can help it. They will end up sending you a surprise bill almost a year later. When you try to call someone to understand the bill, you’ll get sent in circles to different call centers or AI assistants. You won’t get help. You won’t be able to ask why you received a surprise bill in the thousands almost a year later, when your financial situation is completely different. They are a franchise that does not actually care about healthcare or the patient. Extremely immoral and the worst side of healthcare.

Abnormal heart activity on heart monitor going red and they dismiss me having everything perfectly fine, the nurse poke me many times unable to draw blood i was sweating hot and cold shaking uncontrollably while another nurse just stand there with a please stop faking attitude and kept asking me questions when i was barely able to talk, my heart felt abnormal for a while and they did not take me seriously,
I was just in another er yesterday they diagnosed me with Abnormal heart rhythm and send me to be hospitalized. I feel the staff were not welcoming to patients and neglecting you, tnis is one of the worst er to visit, i recommend patients to avoid

This is by far the best hospital that I’ve ever visited. The staff is amazing and the hospital is ran in an extremely efficient manner. I would never recommend going anywhere else for your emergency care. From the time I was admitted until I was discharged 4 days later, I was given the greatest care and attention available. My brother was admitted on March 3 rd with dizziness and weakness. His EKG revealed a bi Gemini rhythm which resolved with IV fluids. The cardiologist recommended an overnight stay.
The following day his BP was high, 230. Dr naha Sharma . The patent continued to tell staff about his normal medication schedule, staff contacted Telemedicine Dr who ordered different medications.
Yesterday afternoon, Dr Sharma stated via nurse that BP could be below 200 and patient could go home.
Reading was 198
She then changed her mind and Iv drip was started, stopped and slowed down . Patent explained to nurse that his BP was controlled with his home meds in cooperation with his nephrologist .
Finally Dr gave order to discharge after we questioned up an down ofIV meds
Just want today this made for a very frustrating stay.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! Went in this hospital because of the massive muscle pain, went in and out less than 30minutes. (which is good) this is at 4am! then I was ask to pay $500 upon leaving, and now I got my bill and they charge $5500 for a emergency room visit. after insurance I still have to pay over $1500, mind you the only service i got was sitting on the hospital bed for less than 30 minutes a muscle relaxer pill and a steroid shot on muscle, DONE!
Ridiculous amount of money for a small relief shots you get on your muscles. people there that works on graveyard, seems not caring enough and make you feel like you woke them up from their long nap and make you feel like you were there to get a PAIN medicine when I have a legitimate reason why i have to be in an immediate care, if i knew my bill would be this, i would have suck it up and wait for urgent care to open. this place is ridiculous!

If i could I would give more stars because Andy at the front desk was amazing, he truly showed empathy and compassion for me and my 5 yr old son. We were blessed to have met him. The Dr was great as well, he made my son comfortable and put a fun spin on things while checking him, it was not a scary experience at all for my son and he put my nerves at ease as well. My son was feeling sick and we discovered he had an ear infection it was less than a 10 minute wait to get us to a room to be seen. It took about 15-20 minutes wait for the Dr. To come in and check him out and another 15 minute wait for discharge paperwork. They were fast thorough and so amazing! I highly recommend them!!!

The ER was quick and the stay there was wonderful. I came in with a really bad sore stomach ache.
The Dr. , nurses, tech and phlebotomist were all kind with compassion to my pain. I am a hard stick and they took their time trying to find a vein for my IV line. The Dr. knew I need medicine for the pain right away.
I would definitely recommend going there if you need emergency care. Stayed there for a night and a half.

My mom had a cardiac event on Thursday and was brought to the ER here. From the moment we rushed in until time we were discharged, the nurses, doctors, dieticians and staff could not have been more helpful or wonderful! Arlene and Aline are incredible nurses who kept my mom comfortable during her stay. Arlene went out of her way to make sure my mom understood all the tests and procedures that were being done and helped to alleviate any fears my mom had. This is a five star ER and outpatient hospital setting. Hope we don’t need to go again but it will be our choice if necessary. ☺️

GROSS NEGLIGENCE. We were told this was a soft tissue damage issue. No one examined the toe. He was in extreme pain Just gave us a demonstration on how to use crutches, charged us $500 & said to expect 2 other bills from other doctors. Update: it was fully dislocated. We got a second opinion. Joseph T Lo- you diagnosed my husband with a bone bruise. Your own xray tech diagnosed him with a dislocated toe. But you told him a freaking bruise. Absolutely disgusting how he handled the situation.

Today I met an angel. Her name is nurse Arlene. She is the kindest nurse I’ve ever met in my life. She took excellent care of me and treated me as if I was her family. She is compassionate and it shows that nursing is Definitely her calling. The facility is so clean. I was given warm blankets and the nutrition staff made sure I had all the food and drinks I needed. They go above and beyond at this facility and I was treated as if I was royalty. If you need an ER, please consider coming here. I am forever grateful for the staff here at dignity health.

Went here because something didnt feel right, insurance was charged & then I was hassled for a "1$ good faith payment" even though I was gonna be billed later for this visit. I was told everything is fine. All while being in the most horrific pain of my life. 6 days later Turns out everything isnt fine, my hunch was right & i want to speak to someone about my treatment during the visit. Complaint was addressed with an apology call. Still NEVER returning.

I came in feeling very weak and dizzy and nauseated . Blood pressure was very low when I left my house ( I have my own blood pressure reader ) when they brought me ito my room very quickly . They did a great job . Did many test real quickly I guess to make sure no heart issues . I have diabetes and insipidus and I get these attacks from it from time to time . My muscles in my legs have been Spasming worse than normal . So both inner thighs are in a lot of pain from the spasms .

I am so disappointed that I have to do this because I was just discharged Friday and gave a great review. Since I been home I been worse , very achy , body feeling like every bone hurts ! Any ways I am on Pain management for my back and damaged nerves, it’s on my records they know I do , they haven’t been helping with this ache or pain all over my body I just had pneumonia last week was there 5 days ! We’ll tonight the doctor made me feel as if I was a JUNKIE. He was interrogating me like asking me about my meds and asking who was a doctor he named , I could NOT understand why he was doing this! I never asked for pain script! And I CANT FAKE PNEUMONIA!! They had me there 5 days! So I felt so uncomfortable that after he gave me stronger meds for pain it helped for now but I know I’m going to continue to feel in pain he said it’s because I had two infections. Even with all this he knew I was indeed sick but made me feel like I just wanted pain meds !!! I did not want to go to ER IN THE FIRST PLACE BUT I FEEL SO BAD I BEEN IN PAIN ALL WEEKEND ! I FEEL WORSE THAN WHEN I WAS THERE I HAVE BEEN IN BED UNABLE TO MOVE ALL WEEKEND ‼️ I want to file a complaint because this doctor did nothing but judged me ! People do suffer from pain and need stronger medication they act like it’s a sin ! I had pneumonia for god sake he said I was fighting two infections so why his only concern was my pain management I get from my doctor I see monthly ! One didn’t have to do anything with another ! His name was Lo Joseph and please don’t respond on here with same message you post on here on a review !!! I want a call ! And the fact he looked unhealthy his dam self not sure why patients trust him! He profiled me ! I feel bad for being sick. And left knowing it’s best I lie say I’m ok because I knew he didn’t care so he wasn’t going to really take care of me ! He discharged me with out even my labs being back !!!!! That says it all!!

My wife had a wonderful experience at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital – Blue Diamond Campus. RN Daisy and RN Arlene were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout her stay. Imelda from the kitchen was very kind, thoughtful, and she was able to get my wife’s requested meals. Dr. Reif listened carefully to all her concerns and was very attentive.

Under my husband’s account but I was patient, yolanda cosme I don’t know where to even start ! From the very beginning the amazing treatment, from every single staff member, to my nurses especially Arlene G ( my unpaid therapist) lol i couldn’t had stayed the 5 days with out her , Raquel, Katrina, Dr Ruiz , the techs . Everyone was emphatic, so nice ! They did not miss a beat ! No exaggeration! I never would like to get sick again but if ever do ,this will be the ONLY place I will come too ! Been here twice and both times I had a great experience. Nurses that listened ,nurses that cared , Dr’s that did anything and everything to make sure they would diagnose me properly! I went for pelvic floor therapy after having 2 babies in 2 years. Dr. Joelle was able to help me with any “discomfort” I was having. Not only did she SOLVE my pelvic floor weakness, she also dry needled my back- helping with severe pain I had from multiple epidural placements..
She was easy to talk to, and I looked forward to my weekly appointments. I really think all new (or old) moms should have a pelvic floor specialist, especially Dr. Joelle she truly was the best. Highly recommend🖤

I fell into DKA this weekend while visiting my husband as he has been working out here for the past 3 weeks. I was hesitant to seek care because I knew I was going to have to stay days for care. And I am soooo glad I did! The main people while stuck out to me and provided exceptional care was Dr Robertsen, Dr. Khadimally… the doctors listened to me and spoke in a language I could understand. I left a detailed review about how I was discriminated in my ER visit so badly that I had to go to another ER to receive the life-saving care that I needed for my heart condition. I’m putting this review back up because I was promised that somebody would reach out to me and help me resolve the situation if I took it down, but that time has not come. And a nutshell my heart rate for two months straight had been 130 to 200 bpm with no relief- my heart medication’s weren’t working And I was passing out constantly from Inconsistent blood pressure. The doctor there before even asking my name or what was going on, asked me if I’m using methamphetamines which I find extremely distasteful and disrespectful, I assured him I’ve never done such a thing and proved it through a blood test and a urine test. He then claimed that I was just anxious, despite my clear history of sinus tachycardia, and tricuspid & mitral valve regurgitation. I needed someone to help me stabilized so that I could go home and safely walk around my house without experiencing syncope. They didn’t stabilize me. They gave me a single Ativan and sent me on my way despite me telling them that I don’t need anxiety medication as I’m already prescribed that and it does not do anything to stabilize my symptoms. I later admitted myself to a different hospital, West Henderson Hospital, who took me very seriously & admitted me for four days, tried a few different medications and a few tests and stabilized my heart so well that I can now return to work after almost a year of these symptoms persisting and ruining my life on a daily basis. The doctor at St.Rose gave me personal bias based off of my age and appearance, instead of helping me stabilize the symptoms that I clearly needed help with. This review is going back up until somebody reaches out to me and fixes the issue.

This was the best experience I have ever had in an ER and after I was admitted, the hospital staff. Thank you to all at the ER staff and the hospital staff namely my two RN’s Arlene & Daisy, and Imelda in dietary. Arlene and Daisy would check in on me if my light was on and Imelda would check frequently between meals for drinks or snacks! They were so kind and attentive professionals. I would like to recognize Nurse Arlene at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Emergency Room for her outstanding care of my elderly father who has COPD. She was not only patient, gentle, and compassionate, but also made my dad feel so comfortable that he would insist on calling for her just to see her. She truly helped him feel better during a difficult time. I also want to commend Nurse Imelda, who has always been very caring and friendly each time we see her. Both Arlene and Imelda exemplify the best of nursing, and we are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

I also want to thank Nurse Daisy for taking such wonderful care of my father during his initial visit on graveyard shift. She was so patient with him, even when he was a bit difficult, and she always stayed calm and kind. My dad felt relaxed and comfortable — so much that whenever he gets anxious, he asks for Daisy to help calm him down. We truly appreciate her compassion and the comfort she gave him.

This ER is hands down the best experience I have ever had in my life. Unfortunately I have had to come here a few times for both injuries as well as medical emergencies and every single time it is a 5 star experience. From the front desk staff to the Nurses (specifically Nurse Melissa) to the Dr's. (Specifically Dr. Lo) every single person takes care of me the same. With extreme care and compassion. Dr. Lo never rushes me and explains everything thoroughly then to top it off they are great at making sure the directions as to how to follow up are clear. I came in to the ER around 1am after two separate Dr. visits with no relief. I encountered 4 amazing individuals who heard my chief complaint along with my other concerns based on my symptom. When I mean they just thumped on my back and handed me prescriptions and sent me on the way despite the fact I have radiating pain, can’t eat, can’t stop throwing up…do NOT come here if you are in severe pain or need medical attention. I have to say this is the best hospital experience by far.. Lately, it feels like we’ve all gotten a little too used to rushed, low-quality experiences at most emergency rooms — but this place completely restored our faith in good care. Every single staff member we encountered was incredible.
From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. My boyfriend was seen quickly, and the medical team was so amazing. The veggie lasagna was soooooo good I had it 3 times in a row!! Not sure of the name of the lady who served the meals, but she was the BEST ever!! Lovely black woman with long pony tail! She took FANTASTIC care of me and told me all about the meal choices!! Highly recommend her services!!!! I had her my whole stay and I can't say enough good things about her or the veggie lasagna!!! Please keep it on your menu. I would say to try to have more variety without so many tomato based sauces.. it's hard on my Gerd, so would like to see choice that have different sauces. I came in on May 30th 2025 with abdominal pain after having emergency gallbladder removal which I informed you on May 16th 2025. You accused me for med seeking, you told me I tested positive for drugs when my blood test clearly showed I had nothing in my system. You said you couldn’t find anything after a CT scan. After my surgery my ALT rose by 163 and my AST rose by 269 and you missed it.
Still experiencing pain June 2nd 2025 I went in to San Martin where I was taken in immediately because I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis, Jaundice and liver failure. Once again, another emergency surgery. Thank God, I did not trust YOU as a doctor and I listened to my intuition and my body.
I have been to this facility on Blue Diamond and I have had great care in the past. And my first experience with you, I will never be returning again. You’re probably the cause of all the bad reviews that are listed below..
By the way, this review will also be submitted to dignity healthcare where they can review my records and see how you failed as a doctor.

They were kind, but not helpful whatsoever. 😭RN Woo sent me home with steroids and a shot for pain, but no actual diagnosis- just a “probably”. :/ I hate to leave a bad review but I came here for extreme back pain, to the point where I could barely walk or bend, and the nurse watched me struggle to pick up my water bottle from the ground. After I explained my symptoms to the RN, he said “it’s probably sciatica or could be herniated disc. We’ll get you some pain meds and steroids.” I don’t understand still why I wasn’t taken for a cat scan or an X-Ray to determine if this was the issue. They pretty much charged my insurance, billed me for meds, and sent me home with a shot in the arm and a pat on the back. I’ve never dealt with such kind but oblivious RN’s and practitioners?

I came in at almost 5 in the morning because of an asthma attack and nurse Jenn was so kind, right off the bat she made me feel welcome and safe to relax (she also has the coolest shoes). there was no judgment, no side eyes, just swift medical attention and a few laughs; and then came in Dr. Taylor, a literal angel in human form. I’ve been in and out of hospitals for years, I’ve had asthma my entire life and never have I met a doctor who made me feel like I was being heard, understood and that my health needs were actually being taken seriously by someone who cares, instead of just someone trying to do a job. I have been going to this location for a bit over four years. They are absolutely amazing. They go the extra distance for you. At one point when I was looking for a new primary doctor and I was very sick. They were the only ones I had to go to, and even though it’s not their job to do the work of a primary physician. There job is to make sure I’m OK at that moment till I can get to my doctor. After the fourth visit of the same thing, they started looking into things and help me to the road to recovery I can’t thank you guys enough, as always be safe. One of the worst er visits ever. I showed up puking blood and they made me wait 20 minutes even though there was no one ahead of me. They treated me like a junkie and refused to help until my bloodwork came back, then they stuck the IV into my artery causing excruciating pain, and then had to pull it out and do it again. Everyone was extremely rude and unprofessional, and could not competently do their job. Literally the worst ER in vegas.

Had a pretty generic experience being treated for strep, Doctor John Jobes seemed spacey but the nurses were communicative. I asked twice for a prescription to treat my cold sore outbreak and was met with no resistance or indication whatsoever that it should be an issue. The next day comes and the first issue is the provider, John Jobes sent my 6 Rx to be filled two days after my visit, after it was stressed to me to important it is to maintain a time regimen of my antibiotics that were started on site. Okay, everyone makes mistakes. I finally, after many hours on hold and on the phone with the pharmacy and the doctors office, got that sorted. I then see that my order is ready and everything looks goo- wait! A one day supply of valtrex (cold sore med). MUST be another error. Huh, rough day John Jobes was having. More phone calls for the girl with no voice. I am told that the doctor will be in this evening, and will amend the issue before the nights end. So I wait more. And I finally receive the awaited call - oops, Doctor said he’s not going to change it. I love that nearly every time I visit a doctor, I question whether the passion to help people was lost along the way or just never existed within them in the first place. Anyway, from a disabled, chronically ill young woman with medical malpractice ptsd, THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN JOBES FOR INSTILLING NO DESIRE IN ME TO SEEK MEDICAL HELP CONTINUING FORWARD.

I was admitted from the ER side and stayed for about 5 days. The doctors & nurses are WONDERFUL! They listened to my concerns and addressed them properly. They weren’t overbearing or pushy. They showed compassion. I felt safe under their care. The dietician/lunch lady was MARVELOUS. The food was tasty too. I’ve been in other hospitals and the food was terrible. Cold and flavorless. After not being able to eat for a few days, my meals were delicious… warm and seasoned light & just right. Sucks to be in the hospital but I’m glad it was there. 🩷

I've taken three different friends to this location (usually during early morning hours). The reason I take 20-30 min drives to come to the medical facility is that there has NEVER been any waiting. The staff is extremely attentive and down to earth. The exam rooms are private and they are very accommodating to me as the friend of the patient sitting in the exam room helping the patient through the procedures if needs be (ie: holding a hand and keeping my friend calm as they worked the problem...). Imagery is literally across the hall from the exam rooms I've been in.

I've watched as they treated a serious infection, a caustic substance that got into a friends eye, and deep laceration.

In each instance the stays lasted 3-4 hours and all were allowed to head home. All received prescriptions that were called into local pharmacies for ease of pick up... The Doctors I observed had great senses of humor, very calming demeanors, and the patience to listen to my friend's (generally irrelevant) thoughts or ideas regarding their particular medical issue. The nurses had great attitudes along with ideas on how to better comfort the people I brought to the facility.

This place is AWFUL. i went in with a cut on my forehead from my car door. Not only did they not even clean it before they put a crazy amount of glue on it but they charged me 8k to not do anything but put the glue on... no shots, no stitches, nothing- $8000 not even a Tylenol. Seriously ridiculous and unethical to charge what they do and not do anything for it. All I can say is they were very nice while severely overcharging me and doing nothing I couldnt have done myself

Dr. Sabrina Taylor was wonderful. Warm bedside manners, knew how to treat my medical issue, and gave me a few recommendations as I am a new Las Vegas resident.

From the time I walked in to the time I was seen by the doctor was less than 15 minutes.

Great staff and clean facilities. I highly recommend this place-

Nurses and doctor seem pretty rude. Can't ask them questions about anything without getting attitude. My sister went in with stomach pain and they came to the conclusion that she has low blood levels.... When asked why her stomach hurts, they said they don't know? Asked if she gets any medication for anything and the doctor said he cant give medication for something he doesn't know.. Asked what does he need to be able to know why her stomach hurts and he says its gonna be a multiple days process and to go to a different hospital for answers. Waste of time. Don't go here.

I see my PCP here for yearly medical checkups or if I need a referral to another specialist. Parking is usually adequate unless it's a rainy day. The doctor's offices are located on the 2nd floor. They also hold PT, wellness classes, and exercise classes. I've been going to this location since 2022 and find the dr's nice and the assistants helpful.

This was a peaceful and calming experience especially for having pneumonia it’s hard to keep folks smiling and cheery when they are sick . I would like to personally thank you all by name unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch any . It’s the little things for me that make such a large impact . The kindness and vibe were very relaxing with such good hearted people helping me out . Thank you for your service so many of us are very thankful for your time & dedication

I came here I asked the front staff if they did blood testing and imaging and things if needed. They assured me the doctor would be able to do tests if suspected at the front desk before I checked in stating their are on site services. They said their facility did these tests. After waiting in a room for a few hours for a doctor , I told them that I didn’t see the doctor yet and I wanted to go home and they said I would still be billed. They wouldn’t let me go they said I would still be charged. The doctor came in and said that it’s a virus. She said there may be immune issues and that blood results should be ordered I think it was doctor Sabrina Taylor. She told me that there is something concerning going on and then said they don’t do onsite tests for blood work or X-rays or anything as they don’t have those people on board. The doctor said that they don’t do any imaging services , blood work, or anything else at this emergency room facility. I had no choice but to wait and stay here. I told the doctor about how I came here for blood testing and other things and that I’m unsatisfied and wanna speak to somebody and she said she is the primary member when I wanted to speak to a head about my visit. The doctor was very rude and I was given a card and other number to contact to adresss billing concerns and other things. Do not come here!!!!!! It was a waste of of money and a trip.
