I had a horrific experience with this office. I was sent a date and time to come in for blood work one week before my appointment with the dr. I arrived at 7:30am on December 26 at 7:15. The door was locked but there was a woman sitting at the front desk. I kept knocking and she kept mouthing “we are closed”. I kept knocking and saying but I have an appointment for bloodwork. When she finally came to the door, she said they were closed. I told her I had gotten daily emails reminding me of the Dec 26 bloodwork appointment, even that very morning. So she said to come back Monday, December 29 and they would fit me in. I went Monday and sat for over an hour waiting and was told to go home as someone couldn’t come in. So I just went to my Dr appointment on Friday, January 2 at 7:15. I was the first patient of the day (after Christmas break. The Dr had just got there, knew nothing as he was just back from x -mad break. So now I had to make a new appointment for lab work January 20 at 8:00 and another Dr appointment on January 28at 8:50. Normally in the years prior I always had blood work already done and have had my yearly Dr appointment on January 2 for the last many years. This time it imploded! The person at the desk acted angry I bothered her on Dec 26. She was so rude!!!!!

So far everything is positive. No waiting in the lobby, front office is very friendly, Dr assistants or nurses are friendly and thorough. Dr W is very nice and listens to your concerns and does what he needs accordingly. Whether its a referral or labs, he is thorough and wants to get answers for you. My last Dr(same company) was all of a sudden gone, and I had just started getting the dr/patient familiarity down, so I was kind of back to square one. But Dr W is getting everything back up to speed. I hope i have found my Dr and am here to stay.

We had a little problem with the camera but the voice was perfectly clear! Dr. Wilkiewicz went through my bloodwork and explained everything in detail so I understood which was good and he asked all the right questions about how I was feeling, if I had anything I wanted to discuss, if I needed any prescriptions, etc… Everything went smoothly and quickly and the staff called later and we scheduled my next appointment. It was just like being there in person. Great appointment!

The only reason it was a three star was because there was a confusion with my appointment. Some where able to see it and some where not so, they had to re-schedule me for another appointment. I loved the new doctor, he explains everything in detail and he is easy to understand. He listens and takes action based on results. He seems like he's very knowledgeable and wants to help. The nurse is all about work, very little small talk. Over all it was an okay experience. Thank you

This establishment uses a dumb answering service even during business hours instead of just after hours so you never get to speak with the actual employees in the office!!! My messages are always misconstrued or plain incorrect! I'm so tired of working with a place that doesn't care about the patients enough to talk to them!! Today was please have my doctor call my insurance & request a patient level authorization for additional quantity on a script. What happens? They call back & say, ok we called in a refill. DID I ASK FOR A REFILL?! NOOOOOOO! I asked for you to call my insurance to req. a patient level auth for addtl quantity or else my husband will get no more of this diabetic medicine for the rest of this calendar year. "Do you know what this is?" The office guy says yes but then asks ME what # he should call and if it's just prior auth. UGH, so you do NOT KNOW what I'm asking. Instead of finding me someone who can help, he just says he will call the same # I called who told me what to tell him to do!!!! Nothing like circles in your healthcare system, right?!
