Everyone in the office was really pleasant. I especially liked the way the Dr explained things. I totally have questions and she was very personable. There was even a point where some children were in that she's obviously seen before, she recognized them and treated them so well. I definitely liked my experience.

Been coming here since my lasik surgery in 2015. Love Dr Amel! She spends a lot of time with her patients, very thorough and explains everything. I love how if I bring up and issue she really goes into the pathology and medical history of what’s going on!

Been going to Dr. Youssef for over 2 years due to dry eye and repair to my left eye that had damage due to lasik procedure damage! She is wonderful to work with and she has been great addressing my concerns. With the stem cell research they have been doing with eye repair, it has corrected my vision almost to the original state before damage. Her staff is always cheerful and helpful! Love this team! 🥰

Fancy shop, high rent, No matter what they do, they gonna come up and try to sell you the cheapest frame glasses for $649..
i got there was 2 hours wait time even with appointment, after the eye exams made by someone else, not Amel, she came up with a price of $649 for the cheapest option. I said absolutely not, can't afford it and was about to leave. She then took sometimes to write all numbers on a paper, i have a copy of & came down to $302 for glasses, forgetting the $200 OFF from Groupon. I reminded her about the discount, and when she added it saying " just give me a $100". I paid cash She gave me a receipt for it. Total Amount $100 Paid $100 Balance due 0.
2 weeks later I'm back to pick up the glasses she asked me to pay $224 saying $100 was just a down-payment. She came up with a new bill that I've never seen before and said that's the price. She found out the paper where everything is written and the receipt she gave me but still doesn't want to give me the glasses. I have all proofs. I asked her to open the cameras for that day she said she needs Authorization from her boss Amel Youssef in London. I then asked her to just keep the glasses and refund me $100 she said she can't!!! I did call and tried to get my $100 back.. they didn't accept. Dr Amel please send a cheque to my address or zelle me the money.

Easy appointment! The staff were friendly and respectful. Doctor Youssef is amazing and thorough. The eye examination was quick and easy. She's also easy on the eyes, lol 😆. Very personable and made the appointment an amazing experience. Go get your eyes checked by this wonderful lady. Highly recommended!!!

This Dr has got to be a scam from the non existent website to the location on flamingo that is not an office to her virtual eye exam. I took my 18yr son in law and the horrible staff tried to bamboozle and sell, upsell, juice him and straight lie to the boy. There is no possible way they are legitimate

This store had a better selection of glasses than most. I dealt exclusively with Eric who was excellent. We went over my options and he explained the details and differences of my insurance coverage and actually saved me money. He went over and above and picked up my glasses from the lab while I waited in the store because there were some delay issues. He was Awesome. Side note, I added the bling around my lens.

If there is Zero Star that is what I will give this place! Went to their galleria location only because I booked through lens crafters link and I didn’t know that they changed their optometrists in that location. First of all my experience during my visit was horrible because of the way they process my files right from the start. The staff kept calling somebody to help them order my contacts and process my insurance. Then I asked for my contact lenses to be delivered, waiting over a month no contacts! I kept calling the phone and left voicemails but no return call. Finally decided to go personally only to find out that clinic is closing, got a different contact number from lens crafters personel. I was asked to pick up the contact lens at the summerlin location because apparently it was placed for pick up! I went same day but to find out that they ordered monthly lenses! I cannot use monthly I use dailies! I asked for refund and almost 2 weeks later NOTHING! Called and they keep giving me excuses that they have to process it at the galleria location which again is already CLOSED. Now they are saying only the doctor can process the refund. WHAT IS IT REALLY????

I have been coming to Dr Amel for a couple of years now. She is very sweet and have a decent experience until recently. I had an exam a few months the ago and decided to order contacts via 1800 contacts but they had a very hard time with the prescription so I decided to just order through Dr Amels office. I was toldnit would be a few weeks to receive. I ended up calling g after a month and was told one of my lenses was back ordered. I said ok I understand. About a week or two later I received a voice-mail stating my contacts would be ready for pick up on Monday. Went in o. MKNDAY AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT BE FOUND!. I was told the optician was off and they had no idea where they were. I asked if they could call them and they said they did.. I was given a pair of contacts that do not seem like my prescription and told I would be contacted asap and that everyone in the off ice was aware of the situation. I waited a full week and called them for a refund. I was told I needed to speak worst he doctor and given another locations number. I called them and was told that the original location should have just given me the refund. I called the original office again and was told that the doctor has to do the refund and she would not be I.u til RlThursday. Today is Thursday and still no communicationfrom.them. I called my credit card company to dispute. Horriblee, horrible, horrible service and the staff has a . Serios attitude. Will never go back again! All I wanted was to see and not get the run around for a pair of contacts that I prepaid for a mo th I. Advance!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled without my knowledge. I live in another town and drove over 200 miles for my appointment. I had to set up a ride to take me , drive me home and take care of me for the night while I recovered. Once I got to Vegas, I couldn’t contact the Dr. I called and left several messages for her to please return calls. It took her to the end of the second day, after 5 pm to call me back. I was told she was with patients. I’m a patient whose paid in advance and I’m not a priority to her? After repeated calls. So long story short, this company has potential, but because they are trying to work two offices, patients are falling thru the cracks. I could not even get the phone number where my eye surgery was supposed to be done, I had to be transferred by the summerlin office. I asked but it couldn’t be done. I will say I was refunded all my money I paid them, but I still traveled a long distance, paid for gas and food. Lucky I have family so no lodging. But my time from home, time driving, gas puting people out to help and being TOTALLY EXCITED ABOUT GETTING LASIK SO I CAN SEE. I’d say they aren’t ready for making commitments they can’t keep.

Awesome awesome awesome experience. This eyeglass boutique is BEAUTIFUL. Esther and Jordaine were the ladies who were in the front. They were really nice while I waited. Very warm and i felt very welcomed. It was just a nice vibe. Dr. Youssef was with someone so I stepped out and came back and she was so nice!. Very informative as well and easy to talk to. The eye tech, I think his name is Alex was really nice too. I have been getting my eyes checked since about 7 years old from different places over the years, and honestly this is the best experience I have had. I came specifically to get my eyes checked and appreciated that I wasn't pressured to do buy anything but Esther still was able to show me the options that existed with frames. I really liked that! That's one of the many reasons why I will be back to get my frames. I also found out they have a lasik center as well which I will be looking into because I have always wanted to have that done just didnt know where to start. Overall 10/10 experience and will be using them for all things having to do with my eyes. I will be back for sure.

Really nice staff. Helpful. Dr was great. They ordered me now 4 different trial contacts trying to find the right fit and prescription. Always super friendly and dr always says hi when I come in to pick up trials. Only issue I've had were 1 it took a while to get each trial which isn't their fault I have astigmatism and cone shaped eyes lol and 2 trying to get the prescription emailed ( which has changed anyways). I'd refer others to them for sure.

I had no problems scheduling or getting my contact lens exam. However, I am leaving this review because the service since my exam has been very sub par.
I wasn’t given a prescription as I was leaving which is not a big deal. I called and was emailed a script. When I went to order contacts I was told my script was for glasses.
I have since then called maybe 4-6 times and even spoken to the staff who told me they’re emailing me a contact script but I have not gotten one. My messages have not been responded to. The doc was nice enough but the operation is not run well based on my experience.

This is my first online review and I've been thinking long for it. I don't judge people easily until the truth proves, that's my usual believe. If you need a fancy place to shop your glasses, this might be one of your choices. Don't recommend totally if you need professional job done or opinions from this facility. This store seems unattendant whatsoever. Dr only shows up couple days a week and all followups take forever or none. Who believe I spent money and time for contacts almost 2 years, ended nothing for my eyes. She said the lab had been trying and couldn't make the right one. She referred me to other Dr offices for surgery consultations. I decided opt out the surgery at the end and asked credit for a wearing glasses which I didn't want to till her lab can't provide the contacts. Wrote message to Dr and I was told that she will review my profile. Again, it took another whatsoever time to answer. She and her employees never follow my case. After repeated calls during the weeks, the employee told me the manager had reviewed my case and just waited for doctors approval. Another weeks gone, no calls. I wrote message to Dr and asked the the final approval. Ended she said she couldn't comp my contact with glasses. She needs to charge! Believe me, this is totally a "face lift" vs "face off" attitudes. She told me she had several advanced labs to work with and I eventually will get my contacts. That's why I paid all the charges during past 2 years. She mentioned she couldn't charge free for all consultations. First, I didn't request surgent's consultations. She was the one offered after her labs failed. Second, where is her promise to provide my contact when I first visit?! The overall experiences is unacceptable and unpleasant. Not caring, nonprofessionalism, period.

i would rate lower if i could this doc dr Amel youssef charged my insurance for a eye exam i never had wanted me to pay her $100 to have some kinda tube put in my eye ducks so my eyes wouldn't be so dry but i never received and eye exam or according to the guy on the phone Harrison when i said so if i got an eye exam let me come pick up a copy or can u email it so i can take it somewhere to get glasses he said"its not like a normal exam u had what kind of exam was it then cause thats what you charged my insurance " so wth did i get if you charged my insurance for an eye exam then i should have a copy and have new glasses and contacts for that matter i don't have any of it nor can your company produce one so i have to wait 15-25 business days for them to do the research thanks for nothing they must not understand how hard it is not to see

Dr. Amel seen my husband in the summer of 2016 and referred him to ophthalmology. However the one she referred him to was not part of his insurance. We have made several trips to her office and spoken to multiple officer workers. We were always told the Dr. Would get back to us however she never did. We continue to place phone calls and leave messages with no response. My husband even spoke to her once and she said the referral would be done by Monday and it has been over a week now. We would not recommend this Dr. No one in the office follows through with care.
