My primary doctor recommended me to see Dr. Cortes because I had blood clots in my leg. From the moment I entered Dr. Cortes' office I was treated with the upmost professionalism. This feeling was extended when I saw Dr. Cortes. Her professional mannerism was second to none. She took the time to explain to me everything and I didn't feel rushed. It is extremely rare in today's time that you can actually speak to your doctor without an appointment. However, today I had a question regarding my condition. I was shocked and impressed when I called Dr Cortes and I was able to actually speak to her. She addressed all of my concerns and did not rush me off of the telephone. In closing, I have nothing but praise for Dr Cortes.
