Great place. This time when we went, the PA was wonderful. I have to say, better than the doctor that we first seen. Abigail was Amazing! Kind, caring, very considerate and helpful. Hopefully the long term will be better as my husband has Parkinsons. Very grateful to my doctor who recommended highly.

Kind and professional staff from Front Office, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy to the neurologists! I am amazed at the level and speed of care that they provide me! I have NEVER gone to any specialist (especially neurologists) that I have been treated so well!

I waited one year for my first appointment. I had a brain scan and the follow up was 2 months later. It was recommended that I do another scan. Follow up was 2 months later. Another scan a week ago and I’m told I have to wait until the end of February 2025 for my results . I’m sure not one employee of the Cleveland clinic would accept that for themselves . It is outrageous to make a person who is looking at altzheimers to wait that long. Had I known that the follow up with patients was this poor I would never have gone to the “world famous “ Cleveland clinic for help. I’m afraid I too fell for the propaganda and B.S. distributed by this medical community.
