We were members of Parker Medical for over 2 years and attracted to the practice with the promises made of small patient-to-doctor ratios, having a doctor who truly cared, and having a small town doctor relationship . At first, that seemed true. My first year there, I was assigned to a new doctor -- Dr. Tisdale -- who was absolutely incredible. He would remember every detail from each appointment and showed genuine interest in our health. He would reach out to other doctors and review research on my health conditions outside of appointments He truly went above and beyond. He ended up diagnosing two medical conditions that had plagued me for years with problematic symptoms but other doctors could not identify the cause -- not even Mayo clinic! He also found a life-changing treatment through research and collaboration with an out-of-state doctor. Unfortunately, he left the clinic after one year and we were assigned to Dr. Parker. In my first appointment with Dr. Parker, he made numerous comments to belittle the previous doctor (who had worked for him!) while inflating his own level of knowledge. Dr. Parker claimed that he had done extensive research on one my rare conditions (brittle monogenic diabetes) during his residency and that I should stop seeing an endocrinologist and transfer that care to him (I have this in an email too). Unfortunately, I did and regretted it. Only later, it was obvious that he had no idea what he was doing. I had previously suffered a grand mal seizure in a hospital when they administered a common diabetes medication so the hospital advised I never take it again. Dr. Parker kept trying to push this medication on me at EVERY appointment despite knowing this. Later on, I looked at published research and found ZERO research publications under his name. He rarely remembered any details about me from one appointment to the next. When I had a low blood sugar seizure (it had been a long time since ever having one), he said that he thought I had epilepsy because he had epilepsy as a child and the seizure symptoms sounded similar. He told me to stop driving and get a neurologist brain scan to confirm his diagnosis. This would seriously affect my job and my life and he treated it flippantly. He had his staff call me every day pestering me to do it. He said it was impossible to misdiagnose epilepsy, so then I sent him a research article about how common researchers state that it is to misdiagnose epilepsy. I told him that I need better diabetes care so I am not hypoglycemic, not an additional (mis)diagnosis. I refused the brain scan. He wrote back thanking me for putting that in writing so he could protect his medical license. He had no concern about my personal well-being -- only his license -- and he had zero idea of how to treat monogenic diabetes despite claiming he was an expert. I was in a nasty car accident and he told me over the phone that he thought I may have a broken rib and a mild concussion, yet no one ever called to insist I come in for an appointment in-person or to check on me or my husband. But they called me constantly to harass me about a brain scan that I did not want or need. They did not bring on another doctor for nearly a year -- so he was keeping TWICE as many patients as we were promised as far as doctor-to-patient ratios. When he did bring on a new doctor, he never briefed the new doctor on my patient history as promised. The new doctor stated that he had never heard of monogenic diabetes before and did not feel comfortable treating it. Eventually, Dr. Parker contacted the researcher who wrote the article I sent him about epilepsy. That researcher stated that he did NOT think I had epilepsy. Dr. Parker told me that when he eventually apologized to me for harassing me about the brain scan. That was at my last appointment before leaving the practice. I think he could tell that was coming. I went from thrilled to disappointed once the doctor who had empathy and knowledge left. It feels like the clinic is simply a business to Dr. Parker.

Finding a doctor who truly listens has become something of a rarity, which is why I feel compelled to share my experience. From the very first appointment, what struck me most was his kindness — not the performative, bedside-manner kind, but a genuine warmth that immediately put me at ease during what had been a worrying time.
He was extraordinarily thorough. Every question was answered, every concern addressed, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. He took the time to explain things clearly, checked in along the way, and made sure I actually understood what was happening. His patience — particularly when I had follow-up questions — was remarkable.
What also speaks volumes about his character is the way he is with children. He has extensive pediatric experience, and it shows. Young children, who so often find a visit to the doctor frightening, are immediately put at ease in his presence. He has a natural, gentle way with them that is genuinely touching to witness — the kind of patience and warmth that cannot be taught.
I’ve had doctors who were brilliant but cold, and doctors who were warm but vague. He is neither. He is both deeply knowledgeable and deeply kind, and that combination is rarer than it should be. I left every appointment feeling genuinely cared for, not just treated. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Parker and his entire team.
He’s not just a doctor, he’s a true partner in my health. The biggest difference is his approach: it’s proactive, not reactive. He actually takes the time to understand you, your lifestyle, and your long-term health, instead of just addressing issues when they come up.
I’m 44 years old and in the best health of my life, and a big part of that is having someone like Dr. Parker in my corner.
A perfect example- I was traveling this past week and ended up with food poisoning. I called him, and within 2 hours I had a prescription ready for me. I was feeling 90% better within hours. That level of responsiveness and care is something you just don’t find in traditional healthcare.
His staff is just as impressive: incredibly helpful, professional, and they actually know me by name when I come in for visits, which says everything about the level of service they provide.
If you’re looking for a doctor who truly cares, is proactive about your health, and is always there when you need him, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Parker's team more highly.

Tried using their service for better access to quality medical care and treatment. Charge $300 a month for access in addition to insurance and after using them for 3 months I had to cancel. They talk a big game during their initial interview with you and talk about all these great treatments they have, but once they sign you up they have nothing new to offer. I was told to "buy an apple watch" to monitor my sleep and "keep a log of when I forget names and things I cannot remember" when I was concerned about my memory. Had prescriptions setup and already in place before them I did not want changed, and the first thing they did was cancel them and try to go through their "preferred" vendor.
I have been going to the same Dr. for 10 years and changed to Parker Medical to try something new, even for the added cost. They were worse than my Dr. before. If you are looking for superior medical care, go somewhere else. Parker Medical is no different than any other office except they charge you the added $300 a month. Office staff was exceptional and was the only positive thing about the entire practice. Stay Away!
I will add I did not get Dr. Parker for my care, I got another Dr. When I asked about getting another Dr. for my care, I was told he was not accepting any new clients and the Dr. I got was the only one available as of now. Maybe that explains the different rates on here, but my experience was one of the worst in my medical care and am 48. There are many concierge medical places in Las Vegas, so my recommendation is to find one who actually cares about their patients and can offer true care.

While I didn't choose to go this direction, the lady seemed very nice when I called. The one thing I didn't see on the website or in these reviews is that it is $300 per month. Out of my range, but for those with the money I'm sure they're great.

As a medical "Zebra", words alone cannot express my gratitude for having the enitire Team at Parker Medical behind me with my on going journey in life. I do know that I would be in a far worse place without the support provided. The Doctors and Staff have always treated me with respect and dignity, and not just as another number. That is something very special in this world now days, when often the individual is lost in the crowd...and even worse...dismissively treated. With Team Parker Medical, I am forever grateful and live each day with less fear.

I joined Parker Medical Concierge about 14 months ago, initially hoping to find a practice where I could consistently see the same doctor and handle routine prescription refills without hassle. After years of frustration with PMO clinics, I was cautiously optimistic about experiencing better medical care—and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised.
From my very first visit, the entire team at Parker Medical Concierge has been warm, attentive, and professional. Dr. Parker is the most thorough and compassionate physician I have ever encountered. He truly listens, taking the time to understand not only my immediate concerns but my overall health history. He meticulously reviewed all my past medical records and even collaborated with my specialist to provide seamless, comprehensive care. Dr. Parker has a gift for creating a nonjudgmental environment where it feels safe and easy to discuss any issue or concern.
The service from his staff is equally exceptional. Their responsiveness is unmatched—I’ve messaged on the app as early as 7:50 a.m. and received a call back by 8:05 a.m., sometimes directly from Dr. Parker himself. I’ve had six or seven in-office visits and two phone consultations, and every single appointment has started on time and never felt rushed.
While my insurance does not cover most of the concierge care services, Dr Parker’s billing has always been transparent, fair, and appropriate. Yes, an office visit costs more than a PMO urgent care visit, but the level of service and care provided is truly VIP at a price that feels accessible to anyone valuing exceptional healthcare. I would not expect to buy a fine bottle of champagne for the price of a can of beer—Dr. Parker is the champagne of medical care in Las Vegas.
Today, I had a minor medical issue, and the outstanding way Dr. Parker and his staff took care of me reminded me that it was time to write this review. If you’re looking for healthcare where you’re genuinely valued and supported, Parker Medical Concierge is the gold standard.

Dr. Parker is the most empathetic physician I have dealt with in my 70 years of life. Not only is he extraordinarily competent, but he CARES about his patients as human beings. I am so grateful I found him, and am excited about working with him as my primary physician as we collaborate to improve my health.

I've waited almost a year to write this review. I was a patient of Dr. Parker for almost 5 years. I trusted him. I thought he was a good provider. That all changed. Dr. Parker was treating me for several years with bio identical hormone replacement. He was implanting pellets every 4 months. In September 2023 I went to his office for my routine pellet implants. At that visit he asked if I wanted to increase my testosterone dose. I said no because we had increased the dose the previous appointment and I did not want anymore testosterone in my system. For what ever reason I do not know, he decided to implant me with a male level of testosterone. A 200 mg pellet. In December he ordered a blood draw. My testosterone was very elevated. He told me it was ok and we would wait an extra month before my next pellet implantation. I go to the office in January and have my pellets implanted. I believe during this time my testosterone levels got dangerously high. I still did not know at this time that he was implanting me with male testosterone pellet. I called his office about a UTI and was unhappy with the way I was treated by the front desk. I asked the person on the phone what the cancellation policy was for my membership. I was immediately kicked out of the practice. No real reason except that I asked about my membership. Since I was kicked out of the practice I received my medical records. That's when I discovered that I had been given a male level testosterone. Since I had access to the company who he used for pellets I reached out to the company about my lab results. Per the medical doctor for the company he used for implantation of the pellets I was instructed to immediately go give blood because my hematocrit was dangerously high. I could have had a clot that would cause a stroke, heart attack, or pulmonary embolus. I was also told that it would take six months before my testosterone levels were back at baseline. I also know that the implantation kits that are used for testosterone 200 mg can only be implanted using the male size kit. He fully knew he was implanting a male level pellet. He also discontinued my estradiol without informing me. The only reason I found out that he was mistreating me was because I was no longer a patient and reviewed my medical records. To say that I am very disappointed in my level of care is an understatement. I did have my records reviewed by an attorney. The only reason I did not have a malpractice case was due to no long term injury. If I had stroke then I would have been able to sue. I'm thankful I did not have any permanent injuries.

We loved Dr Parker and then he and his husband treated us HORRIBLY!!! They kicked our kids off the plan. And how they did it was TERRIBLE!! He was our pediatrician and we followed him to his concierge business. Then he did us totally wrong. For more than two years, I have had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Parker, a primary care concierge doctor, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Despite the initial hesitation about the cost, I can confidently say that Dr. Parker's personalized care and his amazing staff have made every moment of this journey worthwhile.
From the very beginning, Dr. Parker's expertise and attention to detail have impressed me. Over the course of our two-year patient-doctor relationship, he has consistently shown genuine concern for my well-being and taken the time to understand my unique health needs. His dedication to providing comprehensive and individualized care has been evident during every appointment, making me feel valued and cared for.
Being a patient of a concierge practice has undoubtedly elevated my healthcare experience. The convenience and accessibility that Dr. Parker's smaller patient panel affords have been invaluable. Whether it's scheduling appointments or seeking medical advice, his responsiveness and availability have been reassuring, especially during times when health concerns arise.
While the cost of Dr. Parker's services might have initially raised eyebrows, I can confidently attest that his expertise and personalized approach are well worth it. Investing in my health and well-being through his care has been one of the best decisions I've made.
Throughout my time as his patient, I have also come to appreciate the exceptional staff that supports Dr. Parker's practice. From the warm greetings at the front desk to the professional and caring demeanor of the medical assistants, their commitment to making every visit pleasant and stress-free is commendable.
In conclusion, my two-year journey with Dr. Parker has been marked by exceptional care, personalized attention, and a wonderful staff that collectively creates an outstanding healthcare experience. If you are seeking a primary care concierge doctor who will prioritize your health and well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Parker. Though the cost may seem daunting at first, the level of care and support you will receive is undoubtedly worth every penny, as I have experienced firsthand.

I recently chose Dr. Parker as my primary care physician. He came highly recommended, but I had no idea how fabulous he was! I recently retired and wanted a full and totally inclusive physical to establish my health status, and a medical program to keep me healthy well into the future. I’m so pleased with the end results so far!!!!
Yesterday, I was in Southerland Hospital completing one of my last procedures, and got a personal call from Dr. Parker. He was reaching out to me to make sure all was going well; if I had any questions, and asked that I reach out to him after discharge if I needed…..😊
I rated him 10 stars, I WOULD GIVE HIM 100 IF I COULD!

Parker medical is the only concierge care center in Las Vegas who will actually CARE for you!
Dr. Parker saved my life. I moved to Vegas from the Midwest with serious issues a few years ago and discovered that normal care truly is unavailable in Vegas. I was shocked at near 3rd world medicine until I met Dr. Parker by chance.
Dr. Parker spent an unbelievable amount of time listening to my problems at every vist. Dr. Parker actually heard me speaking which is almost unknown in Vegas. He is the most kind, generous with his time and humble doctor I've ever met.
Dr. Parker handled all my problems, (yes, alot) methodically including contacting a surgeon in another State to ensure I got the best-best care.
The man is a superhero! Not enough space here to tell you how much I appreciate everything Dr. Parker has done for me. I am alive because of Dr. Parker. Most compassionate doctor I've ever met.
Other docters I've seen before I meant Dr. Parker would send me for a scan or other diagnostics and it would a month to get scheduled and even longer to finally get results. Dr. Parker possesses magic or something because he can get me in for diagnostics and have results same day in some of my cases. Unheard of in Las Vegas!
Parker medical is a unicorn in medical care in Las Vegas. I cannot recommend Parker Medical enough. Dr. Parker's team are the kindest most dedicated compassionate folks in a doctor's office in Vegas. I've never had to wait in there beautiful waiting room which smells terrific for some reason. I only got this glancing picture because I never get to sit in it. They are an efficient team from Jill who checked me in to Christin, Cecilia & Sandy who do more then just make sure my medications are always filled or schedule all my my outside tests with remarkable speed. They know my name!!!! They are a blessing. It's worth every penny. I only wish I met them sooner.
Thank you to the folks at Parker medical for saving my life.

First, some reviews should be considered weightier than others. I've been with Dr. Georg for over a decade. He is a dedicated and compassionate professional with many years of experience.
He reviews all of you lab work and explains everything in everyday language and asks several times if you have any questions; I have had several questions over the years and he has addressed then succinctly and clearly, alleviating all of my concerns, he does not waiste your time but has a genuine concern for his patients and it is felt deeply.
His staff is professional but busy, some might find that off putting; I know because I've watched other patients with little concern for his staff try to rush then along. His staff are all friendly, focused, dedicated professionals and obviously hand picked by Dr. George or his manager, who must share similar values).
I know this is lengthy but I've read some of the negative reviews and want to set the record straight. I wonder if the people who write negative comments command such excellence from themselves.
Trust me Dr. George was not my first Dr., I'm 58 and he is my third Internal Medicine Doctor, my second in Las Vegas. Trust Dr. George and his staff, they are not perfect but they are always trying to serve his patients and have vibrantly served me. I really like this gentlemen 5 STARS!!!
