I went there to get results for pain in my ribs and spine and never got to talk with my doctor. I was handed my results by the social worker. And told when they got further results I would hear from them. That is unprofessional and unheard of. It takes me 2 hours by bus if not longer to get there and that's all, I walk away still in oain. Nobody asked if I wanted anything for the pain. Who are these doctors? That's terrible doctoring. So then I get a call from them making an appt before I made further apps they wanted. Unfortunately I crashed on my bike and injured my ribs badly and they made it a virtual appt. All test were done at the hospital now she will see why I was in pain then and even Moreno now.

I had a great virtual visit with my provider, Arsine. She read the information I provided, asked me additional details, checked my history and LISTENED. She prescribed ALL of the medications I needed, I got them within 2 hours. I am so very pleased with thus method! I have a 2 and 3 year old and didn't have to go anywhere! So very convenient and helpful!
