My primary care physician recently passed away and I was in need of a new health care provider. I came to P3 Medical Group from a referral from a friend who is a Southern Hills Hospital physician. When I first entered I was greeted with two warm smiles from the front desk, Berniece and Roxy. They helped me navigate through the sign-in process and were very patient with me. The office atmosphere was peaceful and calm unlike most others that seem like you are in a zoo's gorilla enclosure. Next came Ashley, the medical assistant who did all of the intake and took all of my history and inputted all my prescriptions. A nicer young lady you cannot find in a medical office any longer! Very competent and friendly! Finally I was seen by FNP-C Whisley Ng. Because I was a new patient with a long medical history, he took the time to ask all the right questions and ordered follow-ups and renewed all my prescriptions correctly to my pharmacy (all 16 of them). Long story short, if you want a caring team of medical staff and doctors, you will not find a better facility or team to manage all your health concerns. This is how all medical establishments should be run and staffed.

Absolutely the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. I am in healthcare myself and take my grandmother to P3 for “care” however between the miscommunication, the wrong prescriptions, and the amount of times the provider(Mary Nara) has cancelled (4) we have no choice but to choose a different clinic. And don’t get me wrong we have tried another provider here at the same clinic (Whisly Ng) and he seemed helpful-until we didn’t get her blood pressure medication and come to find out it was never written or sent to the pharmacy. My grandmother has ran out of 2 different medications on 4 different occasions due to the prescription not being sent in by the provider. At some point patient CARE has to benefit the patient. If you have ANY other choices to go to, give them a shot because I promise it won’t be as bad as this. I stand here in your clinic office writing this review after asking to speak with a clinic manager (for the 4th time) and yet again…same answer, they’re not available. So here ya go. One star. I wish I could give no stars. We are transferring care today.

UPDATE: today is a week since posting the first review and guess what we still don’t have medication. The medical assistant Mayram Camacho is EXTREEMLY rude and unprofessional. its sad to know that even a bad review and many calls still won’t change anything

Wildly disorganized office. My appointment was cancelled twice. The second time they didn’t even bother to let me know. I tried calling the morning of the appointment to confirm but nobody answered until well after 8:00… I was already half way to the office. They gave the same excuse both times (“family emergency”) and denied they used that excuse the first time. The next available appointment isn’t for months. Don’t waste your time, energy, gas or time off from work on this office.

I saw Mary Nara today & I can say I really like her. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years I used to see Ashley McDowell & I just loved her so much that when she left & went to United Healthcare I cancelled my Aetna & went with United Healthcare. That was the biggest mistake of my life terrible insurance with inadequate doctors until I was finally able to see Ashley but she’s not the same as she was at P3 so on March 31st I cancelled my United Healthcare & went back to Aetna & back to P3. Mary is very personable & very knowledgeable & very everything. I never thought I could find a doctor I liked more the Ashley but I did & her name is Mary Nara. I had a great visit today & she really put my mind at ease about my thyroid ultrasound thank you so much for that. I look forward to a great relationship going forward.

Mary Nara is absolutely amazing! She has been there as I was going through some scary health stuff got me back on track. The whole staff at P3 is amazing even other doctors I’ve had to see when Mary isn’t available. I must say been going 3 years now and I have never received better care after living in Las Vegas for 21 years now and receiving okay medical care.
