I received my braces here, and the assistant staff has always been friendly. They charge a 4% fee if you were to pay using a credit card and do not offer payment plans. They will not call to confirm or remind you of upcoming appointments.

Edit 5/5/25: They literally open their doors at 8:30 AM, so even if your appointment is at 8:30 and you arrive early, you'll need to wait outside or in your car.

The reason for this review is that I just received my replacement retainer 2 hours ago, but I did not notice that the front teeth on the mold were broken until 5 minutes after I left. I would have said something sooner if I did not have responsibilities to attend to. I was informed that it would help lower the cost if the retainer were to break or if I were to lose it. I wanted a record that the mold was already broken by the time I received it and should not be charged extra should I need my retainer fixed. I included photos with the time stamp, and as you can see that no additional pieces are in the bag I was given since it was broken before it got to me.

Dr. Smith has done orthodontics for 5 of my immediate family members. He is the nicest guy in the world and does a great job! Very happy with his work and found him to be so very reasonable! Scheduling can be tricky, but I think it is worth the wait.

I used to go to Dr. Dave Smith for my retainer and braces for years when I was a teenager. Very professional and nice staff. Friendly atmosphere. They did an amazing job on my teeth and overbite. Always listened and responded to my comments and questions completely. I do recall having some issues with billing, but that was partly my insurance provider's fault. I was satisfied with their service and now I still am satisfied with the results. I definitely recommend them especially for your young kids (very child friendly).

My braces just came off and i am soon in LOVE and happy with my teeth. My experience with this the staff and the doctors was supper amazing. i wanna start by saying that the Front Office is the best, Carmen is soo sweet and has the best customer service, Evelin is soo nice and makes you feel so welcomed...... Saundra, Serena, Cyndi and Denisse were very gentle with me because my teeth are very sensitive and over all my experience with them treating me was super amazing. . Dr. Steven I believe is his name always said good Morning asked how my day was. Dr Smith really cares about his patients and makes sure that your results are phenomenal.. Over all i am super happy and thankful that i chose them to treat my braces.. i truly recommend this office.

This office is unbelievable. I had to relocate and have been trying to obtain my child's dental records from them for over 1 year. They had a warning 3 months before we moved. My daughters brackets have fallen off, her wires broke and cut her mouth all up, she has been absolutely miserable with not 1 dentist or orthodontist that would help her out here because they cannot obtain dental records. This office pulled 7 of my daughters teeth stating they needed to come out. Come to find out that WAS NOT TRUE. THIS PLACE JUST WANTED TO COLLECT ON THE INSURANCE MONEY IT SEEMS. I WILL BE FILING WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BBB. My daughters records should NOT be withheld prohibiting treatment and care.

I guess the MD is good , just the office staff is bad. Most of them hardley know what they are doing ( Front office) You never get a reminder phone call for your appt time and when you call to check the date and time they get an attitude about it .
