Very skeptical about this place @ first since I had a horrible visit with my other assigned Prosthetics Center; untile I met with Nicholas Krueger. This guy was very professional, thorough, approachable, and he had an optimistic aura about himself. The shoes were all displayed and he showed me a magazine with additional shoes. Right away, he helped me navigate through shoes I liked and shoes that I would truly benefit from. He quickly put my mind @ ease. Prosthetics of Excellence is what i truly recommend and it is a must go agency fpr your essential foot care needs...you want be wrong if you come to them.

It has been going on I think 3 years or so that I have been going to P C E & the staff is just so awesome thanks to CECILIA CARMEN & JUNIOR @ the front desk for always welcoming me with a smile when I come thought the front door & to ED the C E O of the hole operation thank you so much for everything & last but definitely not least I would like to give a BIG GIGANTIC SHOUT out to My C P O'sTAYLOR & SANTINO for always taking the time to listen to me & guiding me in the right direction for what the right prosthesis is good for me but also listening to my concerns & needs & collaborating & making sure that the prosthesis fits properly & making adjustments as needed & making sure that i understand what is good for me it took me this many years to Wright this to thank you all but I just wanted to make sure I get it right & do not forget anyone thank you to you all without you I would not be where I am @ today but some days are harder than others it is greatly appreciated

I got excellent care here! The doctor was very thorough in his explaination of using my new equipment and everything worked great! I even had to wait 30 minutes for my paratansit bus and the ladies up front were so nice about letting me wait in the lobby and even offered an ice cold water bottle! They really helped me in my time of need! This place is truly excellent!

Unprofessional
I was drawn to them by their catchy business name yet was turned away multiple times. Refused to honor my requests for the right brace instead pushing another device on me which took its toll on my foot as shown, this place puts money ahead of patients. This office has done nothing but give us the run around. We had to come to an appointment, only to be told to make an appointment with our PCP. After getting a prescription, and having it sent over that day, they tell us almost a week later they still have not submitted the codes to the insurance. Then, when we call back a month later, they mysteriously do not have what is needed. We contact PCP to find out they had sent the information, they have documents with time stamps to confirm, and have not received another request for info from prosthetics. We bring the papers to the prosthetic place today to be told they received it on 5/7 and are only now submitting the codes to the ins almost a week later after, once again, needing to go behind them to ensure things are being done. I cannot stand this place and the people who insist on wasting our time and talking to us like we're uneducated. As if that excuse their lackadaisical behavior. They had us sit around for 10 minutes to confirm our paperwork, only to tell us they already had it almost a week ago. They ask who we spoke to, as if they hadn't previously confirmed they log our calls and know who we speak to when we call in.

I had an appointment at 9 am and they called me a week befor to change it to 1.15 pm. i sign in at 1 pm and all front desk ppl been so mean to me after 2 times when i asked them my appointment is passed 25 min they sent us in

The way Prosthetic Center of Excellence cares about each patient really shows when you talk with them. We recently built a website for them and they way the advocate for their patients is something you don't always get everywhere. Alex is amazing! I had a foster puppy for a few months and her wheelchair was literally falling apart. Alex took the time to work with the rescue (Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas)and I to make sure her wheelchair was in a safe position to use. Very friendly and knows what he's doing. The best was the surprise I had today, the gift of a running blade!!!
Everyone from the front office staff, to the gifted prosthetist that really is an angel on earth for an active amputee, my life just became the best ever thanks to Alex, when he says he will help you...he means it!!!

We toured the facility a couple weeks ago and we really want to say this group goes above and beyond. We were blown away at how much they cared about everything they were doing. About each story behind what they were doing. Alex led us on the tour and he could tell us a story behind each prosthetic he was working in. It was emotional watching how excited he was to be doing something so meaningful. The excitement he had for the work that is bring done at Prosthetic Center of Excellence. We got teary with the stories and he was full of hope and inspiration. The care is like nothing we have experienced. I must say anyone would be in the best hands here. I have to say I was nervous at first didn't know what to expect. But I was lucky enough to have Alex fit my bilateral braces for my hands *I have Carpal Tunnel in both hands. First visit to PCE and the entire staff was great. Leslie greets you at reception with a smile. Angela is professional and friendly, Edwin and Alex are focused on achieving the best solution possible with the compassion and understanding of getting to the bottom of the issue, not just putting a bandaid. Prosthetist Taylor (Sisson), all of the ladies in the front office (Summer, Leslie, and Adriana) and the prosthetist assistant (I forgot his name) are all top notch. I've been their customer for probably about 20 years now, and I've had nothing but excellent customer service and results. Family owned, and a second generation prosthetist, Taylor is top notch. I highly recommend this company, and it is very centrally locating in Las Vegas, right across form UMC.

I ordered a knee brace several months ago from a company here in Las Vegas who turned out to be very unprofessional. I finally decided to cancel the order after sharing this experience with a family member who recommended Prosthetic Center. They are very personable and professional. I have been working with Taylor for my knee brace and have enjoyed my interactions with him. He is highly knowledgable of the products they carry and is very personable and caring regarding my needs. What a great experience. The facility is spacious and clean. The front desk staff were professional and enjoyable to interact with. They returned calls when they said they would and they were very upbeat when I arrived. I got right in to see the tech, Nicholas, who was amazing. He explained everything he was doing throughout the process, took extra time to make sure everything fit correctly and let me know what to expect moving forward. My biggest fear happened to me on the first day of my Vegas vacation- I had an equipment failure on my Prosthestic leg. Being from Michigan, I had no idea what I was going to do. I called the Prosthestic Center of Excellence at 3:45, just over an hour before they closed for the week, asking if they could help me. After getting an Uber from my hotel to the office it was after 4:30 pm, they got me right in and quickly fixed my leg. Not only did they help me out with this on such a short notice but they only asked that I left a review as a payment. I may have lost money at the casinos but I hit the jackpot with this office.
After I was able to walk again, my struggle continued. I was unable to find an Uber to take me back to the hotel on the strip. I believe the prosthesis name was Alex and I wish I could remember the receptionist name- they are excellent people. They both tried finding me a ride and allowed me to wait inside until I was finally able to get a ride back to the hotel.

Prosthetic Center of Excellence exceeded our expectations in all aspects
and we highly recommend this office.
Long story short my son needed a cranial helmet. There are less than a handful of offices in Las Vegas that performs this treatment. I went to one office and my son was getting bruising on his face. I got a second opinion at another office and they said the helmet was not made properly so they made him another one. The first provider said the second provider was not even legally allowed to make his helmet and that the second helmet was also made incorrectly. Both of those providers were feuding and tossing me back and forth with information. I was stuck. My son needed treatment quick. It was the worst feeling ever to have my son stuck between two providers both saying each others treatment was not correct.
I searched far and wide. I even considered getting his treatment out of state. Finally I was given the last referral to Prosthetic Center of Excellence. I called and spoke with ED on the phone. I was already skeptical when I called for the first time considering what I had been through with the first two providers. To my surprise ED (the provider) spoke with me directly on the phone and we had a lengthy conversation about my experience thus far and my concerns and expectations. He was very nice and extremely detailed in the information he gave me. He wanted to see my son.
I took my son to PCE and ED evaluated him. He listened to our needs and concerns with the previous providers. Ed went above and beyond from the very beginning to the very end for my sons treatment. He gathered the information from the previous providers and actually contacted the company that make the helmets to discuss with them directly the issues with the previous helmets and he involved me in that process so that we knew for sure the helmet he creates would exactly right.
Ed explained that with the previous pending treatments on my insurance (which I had to dispute) and the point my son was at most likely insurance wouldn't cover it but we could try at best. At that point I just needed my sons treatment done and I was willing to pay out of pocket with a good provider and exceptional treatment. Ed again and his staff went above and beyond and sent a narrative and additional information to the insurance company and he was successful in getting the insurance to cover his treatment which was a huge weight off our shoulders.
The treatment went awesome. Ed was always very detailed in the treatment process. My son never cried or was scared in their office.
Besides Ed, the front desk and his assistants were always so friendly and very helpful. It was always pleasant coming and going from this office. Communication and appointment making was always easy and smooth.
My sons head shape looks great all thanks to Ed and his amazing staff.
With all this being said, we highly recommend this office for so many reasons.
Thank you Ed and everyone at PCE. We were so lucky to find you and we appreciate all the time and effort you put in to our sons treatment. Results are amazing.

My wife and I had our first visit to Las Vegas for my 50'th birthday, and on my second day there, one of my liners got a hole in it. I foolishly didn't bring a backup, and had it not been for Taylor's great help, my vacation would have been ruined. My experience with Prothetic Center of Excellence was amazing. My first encounter was with the front office personnel. They were friendly and very professional. My popappointment was with Taylor, for my walking boot. He's was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I think he is a and benefit to your company. My next appointment was with Myron for orthotics and diabetic shoes. He was very professional, answered all my questions and helped me pick out my new shoes. I had a great time with him helping me and he was very funny. My next appointment was to receive a new walking boot. The one I already received bladder blew out. I thought I would have to wait for a replacement, but within 15 minutes, Myron returned with a new boot. No waiting. 😁 I am now waiting to receive my brace that Taylor fitted me for last week. He also repaired a problem with the boot, which was causing a callus on the side of my foot. Your staff is just wonderful and I thank them so much for their compassion and assistance. Good job. I want to start off by saying how amazing this place is. They really care about their patients and work very hard to ensure they get the right product to help promote healing and allow for better mobility.
I have a patella femoral disorder and have been in need of a custom brace for sometime now. I went to two other places and was treated horribly. And in the end was without a brace and in constant pain.
At PT I met one of the owners and after explaining how bad my pain was and how I had mostly given up on getting a brace she made sure I was going to get the help I needed. I made an appoinment with Ed her husband and he is amazing. He took the time to really fond out what type of brace would help me, and he took plently of measurments.
When I told him about the other issues I had with being properly fitted he told me not to worry he would personally sew anything that needed tweaking until we got it right.
He ordered the brace and I got a call a few days later that it was in and to come in to be fitted. I went in and he stayed late to make sure that the brace would fit right so I could have it before I went back to work.
He had to tweak the brace a bit but it is great now and he told me if I ever need to adjust it again to not hesitate to call him.
Again these people are a godsend. Trust me if you ever need a brace or an orthothic or prostetic this is where you need to go.
