The laser tech services are absolutely wonderful. Sessions are very quick, (relatively) painless, and have great results. I was already seeing the effects after only two sessions. The laser tech (I cannot remember her name unfortunately) is very kind, patient, and gentle, and has no problem at all taking it at your pace. Naomi is wonderfully helpful in scheduling and ensuring that you have the proper services you need.

I go here for my primary physician, and found out that they have an on site dermatologist run and operated laser hair removal service. Had my first appointment a few days ago and they were great!

The staff is amazingly friendly, the dermatologist did a great job of explaining things, and was super sure to set expectations so I'd know what to expect. I highly recommend this place, and will be seeing them again soon!

I hate writing this review but this place is not worth coming. When they first opens up it was great but now, it’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone when you call even though all the times that I go it’s empty so there’s no reason for them not to answer. I could understand if it happened for one day for a few hours, but I have called over 6 days on different times of day and never got an answer. When I finally did get an answer, I was not able to get an appointment for over a month. I got blood work done and I got my results and I need an issues fixed asap, so I once again have been trying to call to schedule something out but no answer. I go on to their website to check if I can make an appointment online and you can, but it’s May 15th and they don’t have anything open until August 3rd. My issue needs urgent treatment and my conditions will get worst if I don’t get treatment. This place was cool when it first open up but now it’s horrible healthcare.

As someone who is a strong advocate for sexual and reproductive health and who works in the Southern Nevada service community myself, I truly value quality, compassionate care. Emily is an incredible provider and advocate.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with this organization has been much more mixed. While there are genuinely caring and exceptional staff members here, there have also been repeated experiences that felt dismissive, avoidant, subtly hostile, ignored, and at times overly controlling or rooted in unnecessary power dynamics. As a patient, you should not constantly have to question whether you should stay quiet, speak up, or simply leave.

The high turnover in staff has also made going here difficult and quite frankly speaks to the lack ethical treatment here. After two years receiving services here, I am honestly considering going elsewhere. I do not want to discredit the entire agency because there are people here doing meaningful work, but if you know, you know.

Just had my first primary check up with doctor Emily Brow and must say I feel like I'm in great hands. Besides the fact that she was very personable and friendly. She was extremely helpful wit all my needs. This place is excellent and a great resource for anyone. Was helped with all my needs including getting back on prescriptions I needed. Can't recommend this place enough.

I went for laser hair removal treatment. The cost was affordable and the staff was inviting and friendly. Naomi was extremely pleasant and very attentive to my needs. Jill was great with the laser treatment. Didn't feel a thing my first couple visits. The ladies where professional and very attentive to needs and concerns. I am a regular now, hitting my appointments on time and regularly..
Thank you for a great experience.

I have been coming to this doctor's office and receiving care weekly for about 2 years now, and I love this place. The staff are very friendly and truly caring, and they've created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere within their workplace. I would highly recommend checking out this office, especially if you are in the lgbtq+ community. :)

Incredible facility with wonderful staff that is very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had lots and lots of questions, and they were very patient and thorough with their answers. The front desk even remembered us after the first or second visit. They have made us feel safe and valid. Highly recommend.

Have had nothing but great communication with this place. Never had an issue with getting a hold of or getting a call back. Don’t get what these reviews are about lol. Never had a reason to be upset about anything. It’s a safe haven and I recommend it to the lgbtqia2s+ community and beyond.

I was so excited to finally find a doctor that listened to my concerns last year; sadly, I recently ran out of my medications because the office does not return calls to the pharmacy or myself, and if they do they don’t leave a voicemail.

I went to the Center because I needed a primary care Dr that was close to me and because I could never get an appt with my previous Dr. I went to the center twice and was really happy with the way things were going. But now I've been trying to get ahold of them for a month, no answer no call backs , the DR sent me for tests, the referral she gave me for a mammogram that was supposed to be immediate was no good. She forgot to call in my prescriptions some of which my life depends on and antibiotics. I've been out of my thyroid pills for a month and my heart meds as well, needless to say I'm not doing to good. I've given up on Drs Ive had a mass in my breast since July I have been trying to get it handled but clearly it's not important to them, I just don't have the energy to deal with this anymore. It doesn't do much good to try and get better when the Drs won't help. I give up. She didn't even bother to tell me they have a pharmacy on site.
The entire business of medical care has gone completely to the dogs

This review is long overdue. This clinic provides excellent care across the board with HIV, and HRT services, behavioral health, and primary care. But what truly sets it apart is the team.

They act like a little family, always laughing, bickering like siblings, and genuine camaraderie that makes the space feel welcoming and human. It turns what’s usually a dreaded doctor’s visit into a much more comfortable and genuinely enjoyable experience.

The in house pharmacy is fast and incredibly convenient. I’ve been in healthcare for a long time, and I could only hope to be part of a team this efficient and compassionate.

I hope leadership knows how much of a difference this team makes.

I'm really disappointed in this clinic the lack of communication is something that needs to be looked into. Example i missed my appointment for labs and i AM STILL out of testosterone. I called got a new appointment for labs and was told my doctor put in a new order for them and everything should be good. I call the pharmacy and they no nothing of the sort. I call the front desk again and they tell me "yeah its because you missed your labs"in a very condescending tone you have to make a new one...like we didnt just have this conversation. I hang up frustrated. When i come in to the pharmacy the staff is always kind but the over the phone service is terrible...I get a notification that my script was sent to walmart which i can no longer get to which is why we set up the new appointmentin the first place. I call and leave voicemails and nobody ever answers the phone it goes straight to a automated message from August. I then finally get a call back just for them to tell me you have to make an appointment for labs. The appointment for labs is already made for December i cant fill those labs until 2 weeks prior to my visit...I hung up because im beyond frustrated. This whole mishapcould have been avoided if they just would have had it delivered to my address...I have called and the doctors are ignoring my calls. This isnt the first issue ive but it will be the last...Go elsewhere!!!!!!!! And im still without meds.
The pharmacists are always so nice and willing to go above and beyond.

This place and Emily have really let us down!! Unfortunately, due to knowing it's LGBTQ+ friendly, my teenager insists on going here. The first time he was repeatedly misgendered (when mentioning this in a call I was told that this unequivocally wouldn't happen!), then the 2nd visit I made clear to Emily and the assistant made excuses about a misunderstanding. I thought it would get much better but I had asked for a referral for an MRI due to an injury, I checked hadn't gotten it and was just told to get an X-ray. I called and spoke to an Assistant, making it very clear that we had already gotten 2 x-rays after his injury so I really needed an MRI referral. She said she would tell Emily and get the referral sent; subsequently I was sent an email saying that I needed to wait for an MRI referral until after he got an x-ray! :( Clearly they have terrible communication, then when I got him in to a new appointment with Emily she said that shouldn't have happened and that she would refer him to Desert Radiology for the MRI. By this time it was several MONTHS since his injury! Yet we had to wait a couple more months to get fit into Desert Radiology schedule. When we FINALLY got to the appointment this morning, they said they had cancelled it because Emily and the office DIDN'T respond to several faxes and calls for referral information. Now it has been 6 MONTHS since his injury and we have NO appointments and NO MRI appointment, nor referral! If you want to have a horrible experience, by all means go to this office.

Let me schedule an invalid time.
Claims they called me about it, but there is no evidence they even tried.
Drove 30 minutes just to be told to come back in a month.

It's the best place ever. Doctors and all staff alike are true and genuine. And to me they all actually seem to care about who they are seeing at that particular moment. If they needed to know what their purpose is on this earth, they found it right where they are at.

I hate to write this but I have to be honest and informative especially to my LGBTQ+ community. I followed NP Emily Browand from another “LGBTQ+ friendly” practice bc she left that office. I really thought I had an amazing medical team. I am a transgender woman that struggles with disphoria, I’m also very serious about getting my SRS surgery. Why did I have to ask over and over again to try to get my medical team to help me find a doctor that does the procedure. I had asked for well over a year and half. I’ve never had a mammogram done and I have a family history of breast cancer, this new practice I found OMG amazing staff from the front desk, the NP , to the doctor who is also now my psychologist that is also a member of the WPATH . Amazing practice that I highly recommend. They have done more for me in the two visits then the two year I was with my last medical team. I won’t say don’t go here but I recommend that you look for what suits you best. My experience won’t be the same for everyone but if you search I highly recommend DR. Visceral and NP Ramos especially for the LGBTQ+ community. Good luck and I pray this review has helped you in any sort of way

I’m a first time patient, to start I haven’t had any type of primary care doctor in the past 6 years due to an incredibly bad experience when I first moved to Las Vegas. Recently I’ve been on the look to get established with a new primary care doctor. I decided to research any LGBTQ+ friendly centers and ‘lo and behold The Center Wellness clinic came up. Walking in this place and talking to everyone every step of the way was seriously something special. Every single person I talked to genuinely cared about you and was happy to help you.

Even the kind lady who did my labs was an absolute freaking hoot and holler! (I didn’t even mind getting labs done.)

My doctor was Dr. Thomas McNeil. I was nervous going into this appointment but soon after we first started talking I knew that I was in a safe place. He was attentive, handled every hurdle I had, and even predicted some things I needed to take care of. His personality is out of this world and he truly does an incredible job of making you feel like you matter.

They even have an in-house pharmacy that ROCKS! They took care of me from A-Z and even facilitated a training on how to do my shots myself. I was terrified but was quickly shown there’s nothing to be afraid of.

I’m so happy I made this decision and I’m happy this team is here to take care of me. This is my new primary care as long as I live here in Las Vegas.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you all do for the LGBTQ+ community here. We’ve needed something like this for a long time and I’m happy it’s incredible people like y’all helping make the difference. 🫶🏼

I have been to the clinic twice to see Dr. Grossman. He's wonderful. Since moving to Las Vegas four years ago, I had a hard time searching for an LGBTQ+ doctor. I was so happy when I found The Center, but more so when Dr. Grossman became my primary doctor. He was patience, thorough, and professional. He answered all of my concerns. There was one medication he recommended that I was hesitant to take. We talked about it. He showed me how to take it in small dosages and increase them to get to the right dosage that meets my needs. The anti-anxiety medication has helped me to deal with taking care of my elderly parents. There are several other medications that I now need to take. I am so grateful to have Dr. Grossman as my doctor, whom I can trust and count on. In addition, the office is clean and secure, and the staff were all nice and caring. Thank you so much.

This clinic has provided me with the most caring, supportive healthcare that I could ask for. I am so, so, so grateful they exist. Everyone here is kind, empathetic, but most importantly, very good at their work. They truly care about your health and will make all the connections necessary to ensure you’re supported.

Every time I call, they're kind and empathetic. The facility is clean and well-kempt, and the people at the counter remember you and build a rapport with you, even over the phone.

You will never find the perfect doctors, mostly cause we're bogged down by a healthcare system that prioritizes money over health or customer needs, but you can at least find people who care. These people do.

That caring takes a toll on a soul, and I feel it's important to recognize and appreciate the dedication to patient care I've found at The Center Wellness Center.
