When I came to Dr Frank Lee for consultation he told me that my lens after cataract surgery was lose. I was leaving with it for a few years and it was OK. But little bit a double vision. He said that he can fix it when I came to him for consultation. And I agreed. So, instead one operation he performed 2 operations in one month and ruined my vision completely. Please be very careful with him. He is a very bad doctor.
