Let me be direct: I have a strong Google review presence of my own, and I don't put my name behind anyone who doesn't earn it. I have high standards, I do my homework, and I would never see a physician who wasn't excellent. Dr. Jang Suk Mun is excellent. Period.
I'm fortunate to count several physicians among my close friends — and I'll say this plainly: I learn more from Dr. Mun in one visit than I do from most of them. That's not a knock on anyone; it's a testament to how sharp this man is. He knows his medicine cold.
He's fully fluent in two languages, which is rarer than people realize and invaluable for his patients. Nothing gets lost in communication with him — ever.
He takes his time. He doesn't rush you out the door. He digs until he finds the actual problem, and when the answer isn't obvious, he thinks outside the box and solves it anyway. That kind of resourcefulness is rare in medicine today.
Through all of it, he stays calm, composed, and genuinely caring. I've never seen him rattled. He follows up. He makes sure you're doing well — not just your chart, you.
If you're looking for a physician who is brilliant, thorough, bilingual, and actually cares, stop looking. Dr. Mun is the one. I don't say that lightly, and I don't say it about many.

Dr. Mun was so meant to me when I visited, first time. However, it was wrong perspective with Negative Responses. Dr. Mun has so warmth and opened mind and hearts. I totally trust him as a my primary care physician.
In addition, all of the staffs and associates
are so cute, kind, pretty and handsome!?!. Love you.

오늘 (2025년 6월 16일 오후 3시 30분) 닥터 문 오피스 에 예약했다가갑자기 자동차 문제가 생겨 낮 12시 다되어 취소하고 내일 약속 받을 때 아무 문제도, 조건도 묻지도 않 고 따지지도 않고 너무 너무 순조롭게 기분 좋게 해 주셨습니다. Thanks a lot for the kindness and support well. 닥터 문, 우리 의사 선생님과 스텝분들이 너무 또 고 맙고 사랑 하는 마음 이 솟구쳐 올라 댓글들을 다 읽어보고 내가 처음 만났을때의 첫 인상이 디게 불친절 하고 꺼칠(, meant) 해서 내자에게 에이, 거기 안갈래, 라고 ㅜ말까지 했는데 역시 진짜 아닌 가짜 인상, 첫 인상 때문에 상처받고 잘 알아 보지도 않고 단 칼에 그케 많은사람들이 오해하게 만들고 별하나만 줘서 평점 더럽게 떨어지게 하는 샤샤 라는 분 을 이해합니다. 그러나 단한번의 경험으로 그나마 건강을 책임지고 봐 주실 주치의사선생님을 평가 하거나 오판하면 더 크고 깊은 상처를 애매하고 억울하게 받게 할수 있는데--+. 샤샤, 당신의 실수와 잘못을 어떻게 하실래요??? 나도 ㅁ깜빡 당신보다 더 심하게 불평 불만 올리 고 소문도 내고 싶었 지만 두번 째 세번째 가면 갈수록 보면 볼 수록 더 좋아 지고 사랑하고 병원이 더ㅠ잘되면 좋겠다. 라는 마음으로 변하더라니까요. 왜 그럴까요??? 좋 으니까 그러죠. 주치의 를 잘 만났으니까 그러죠. 혹 이 댓글을 샤샤께서 보신다면 리뷰를 정정하시거나 저와 한번 만나서 대화하시기를 제안합니다. 물론, 쓰디쓴 커피는 제가 대접합니다.

I noticed some negative reviews and felt compelled to submit mine. If you want a smart, competent, knowledgeable doctor, who listens to his patients and provides quality care, this is Dr. Mun. I am over 65 and have been to a lot of doctors in my life. Dr. Mun is phenomenal. I have recommended my entire family make Dr. Mun their primary physician. When you get advice from Dr. Mun, you can count on it being the right advice. That is what I call "peace of mind."
I see some reviews complaining of his staff. My experience has been positive, but I cannot say what happened with someone else.
As for communication, Dr. Mun has an online portal and he is very responsive to communication that way. I guess it is the modern trend for healthcare to go digital. As an older person, I prefer the old way of phone calls. But I can attest that my children text--they don't call. It is the way it is.
To sum it up, Dr. Mun is GREAT. He should be rated 10*!

Dr. MUN is incompetent. He fails to provide discharge paperwork in a timely manner for patients when he’s a hospitalist I would not recommend him under any circumstances.

Dr mun is the BEST dr ever I honestly owe him my life he has literally saved my life more than once and most of his staff are just beyond words they are just as wonderful I will never be able to find words large enough to ever say THANK YOU to dr.mun his family and his wonderful staff it means so much to be more to a dr and his staff than just a simple file I will never be able to say enough wonderful things about all of them again THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

The answering system is ridiculous. No one calls back. My grandma was supposed to receive oxygen over two weeks ago and no one ever followed through. The care is mediocre. He’s constantly asking her why she’s in pain when there’s a long history in her chart of why she would be in pain at 80 years old. He tried putting her on anti depressants because she has a hard time sleeping sometimes. Those are just a couple of issues this place has. Definitely don’t recommend if you care about your time being wasted.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here! Dr. Mun has the worst bedside manner we have ever experienced. He is rude, unknowledgeable, and to top it all of, the facility is dirty! I'm really upset that I recommended Dr. Mun to my parents because they had just moved to the area. Instead of providing medical advice, he belittled my parents and my father's health condition. There are better doctors in the area...learn from our mistake.

Dr. Mun is undeniably the best MD out there and is such a kind and brilliant man who truly cares for his patients. I first heard about Dr. Mun through an old friend who lives in Summerlin. She told me that her knee was miraculously fixed after one knee injection from Dr. Mun, which made her suffer for several years. Since then, I memorized his name and decided to drive 1 hours to meet and consult him about some severe stomach problems I’ve been having for a while. The meeting was definitely worth it at the end. Dr. Mun is the best of the best physicians out there and will give you the correct diagnosis and the best course of action. I give him my whole-hearted 5 Star review and my utmost trust and respect.

I have had really bad Anxiety for 15 years now and finally had enough and trying to see if I have any underlying health issues that could be causing this. I have been getting blood work done and trying to see if any vitamin deficiencies could be causing it. A lot of it I've been paying out of pocket because doctors don't want to help me along with testing. So, buying my own tests and seeing some issues that could be a factor. I am low in Vitamin D and B12.

Dr Mun, is great at talking and good at reading you as a person, but Dr Mun is the same as any other doctor. He prescribed Xanax to me when I told him I am afraid of medications and been avoiding them. I am just sick of the same old doctors not wanting to help and just getting you medication that could make you even worse. I went to the CVS and got the medication, but never tried them. They will sit in my cabinet until they property expire. I am highly sensitive to meds and I never feel good taking them.

Maybe next i'll try a Naturopathic Practitioner.

This one star is for the office staff. I made the appointment and gave insurance info at that time. On my way to the appointment the office called me and said they don’t accept my insurance! That would have been good to know before taking off work, rearranging my schedule and driving almost there! They claim they had been trying to call me but the only message I have from them was to confirm the appointment!

Dr. Mun was very thoughtful and thorough in the course of treatment.
He took his time to listen and explained all the options for treatment. His office staff are very friendly and scheduling an appointment was excellent.
