I've been coming to Vital Infusions for a long time now. I've never had a bad experience. Every employee is incredibly helpful, attentive, patient, and genuine. Scheduling is easy, and I've been a walk-in a couple times too. It is a bit pricey, but worth it every time.

If you're wondering if the shots actually work, the answer is YES. I personally come in for hydration during the summer months, and to patch myself up before and after some hard partying.

Mickey runs a professional and super convenient clinic. I have been using her hydration services for almost 2 years now. Vital Infusions & Performance advertises on its website that it operates with “No memberships. No gimmicks.” Based on this representation, I paid $725 for consultations and laboratory services (which would've been 100% covered by my insurance) with the understanding that these services were part of a consultation-based model and would lead to appropriate treatment, including prescriptions discussed during the appointment.

After the consultation and payment were completed, Michelle "Mickey" Guerrero attempted to enroll me in a monthly membership program that I had not authorized and explicitly declined. When I refused, Mickey stated in writing that she would be “happy to assist” me through consultation-based care, where services such as clinical messaging, prescription management, and treatment adjustments would be billed individually. However, later that same night, I received a message through the patient portal stating that the prescriptions she had indicated she would write were being canceled because I refused to participate in the monthly membership program.

This sequence of events makes it appear that the $725 consultation and lab services were used as leverage to pressure enrollment in a recurring membership program that contradicts the business’s public claim of “No memberships.” I have preserved screenshots of the website advertising and all written communications documenting these representations. Based on these facts, I believe this situation reflects misleading business practices, and I have reported my experience to the Better Business Bureau.

AMAZING experience from scheduling to walking out the door. The environment is welcoming and relaxing and the staff is friendly. I went in for hydration and vitamin infusion several days after surgery and they put together a “cocktail” just for me. I went in feeling like a 2 and came out feeling like a 9!! Well worth the investment!

Saw NP Mickey 3 weeks ago to discuss weight loss & have had the best experience. She is knowledgeable, personable, and very nice. The office is clean and organized. The staff, including nurse lauren, see prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
