I joined Dr. Kinel through MDVIP and I have been very pleased. Dr. Kinel not only listens, but he was actually more helpful than many of the "specialists" I have been seeing over the past two years trying to identify an auto-immune disease I am battling. His staff is extremely polite and they are all very responsive, getting me in typically within 24 hours when I had a question or concern. I definitely recommend Dr. Kinel.

Want to see a doctor with no staff other than his wife who’s the secretary, then see him! This doctor is entering into a private concierge practice and charging over $3,000 a year and soliciting his prior patients to join. Additionally this doctor wants to do it all, acting like a specialist in all fields, disconcerting to say the least. Obviously no insurance will be accepted except for third party costs like lab tests, etc. Save your money and research doctors who accept your individual insurance. Want your records, he won’t give you copies personally, but only FAX them to your gaining doctor by their release request, so your personal history isn’t yours to have, how pathetic! Maybe he needs an education in the proper Health Insurance and Portability Laws concerning your rights of accessing health records. In my opinion, GO ELSEWHERE!

Dr Kinel & Agnes is the greatest PCP team I've gone to in 40 years! I've been there for 4 years.They are very knowledgeable, courteous, kind & will accommodate your appointments as needed! I had Dr Kinel as an IM doc at Southern Hills Hospital. I would highly recommend Dr Kinel for an Internal medicine/family physician!! Glad that I started seeing Dr Kinel & his wife Agnes! And they see patients on Saturday!

Very disappointing, considering the great reviews. I just moved here and trying to get an appointment to refill my prescriptions. Every time I call the staff/receptionist acts like they can’t hear me, all because I don’t have insurance. They can hear me just fine until they ask if I have insurance and I tell them no, after that they put on a horrific acting job saying “Hello? I can’t hear you? Hello? And hang up”. It’s kinda comical I’ve tried to call on 3 separate occasions and each time I’ve spoken to 3 different individuals and each one has done the exact same thing.

Dr. Kinel is the kindest and most patient PCP I’ve ever worked with. He seems to actually care about you as a person instead of treating you like a number/dollar sign. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking to get their health in order.

I am 75 and have been treated by many doctors during my lifetime. Four years ago I became a patient of Dr. Kinel and I could not be happier or satisfied. Dr. Kinel is extremely professional, informative and caring...the best PCP I've met. Now my wife goes to Dr. Kinel as well as a neighbor. I cannot recommend Dr. Kinel highly enough.

Dr. Kinel should be ashamed and embarrassed of his conduct. This doctor failed to conduct a procedure I requested, and then when I called to speak with him about it, he spoke to me in the most unprofessional tone I have ever heard from a doctor in my life, and hung up the phone on me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office, and he has lost my business for life.
