During our ‘Meet & greet,’ she couldn’t stop talking about her 24 years in the business and kept mentioning everyone she knows and their experiences. Not once did she ask about my symptoms. I had to tell her that I didn’t want to waster any more of either of our time. I will not be paying extra money to listen to someone rave about themselves. I thought I was here to address MY health concerns. I wouldn’t waste your time if you want someone who will actually listen and care about your situation. Holly seemed to care more about me than Laura ever had the intention to. She is incredibly into herself and in my past experience, any doctor that talks themselves up usually doesn’t deliver. Very closed minded and think their answer is the only answer. She is more talk than help.

Dr. Laura Addis has been an absolute godsend for my family. She’s the kind of doctor who treats you like one of her own—always going the extra mile, listening closely, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she’s consistently patient, kind, and thorough. It’s clear how much she truly cares.

Whether we’ve been dealing with routine care or more complicated issues, Dr. Addis never stops advocating for us. She walks with you through every high and low, and that level of dedication is something you just don’t see often.

I also have to mention how wonderful Priscilla is—she’s an incredible support to Dr. Addis and to patients. Her communication is always clear and timely, and she genuinely cares about helping however she can. Together, they make an exceptional team. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more—they’re rare gems in healthcare.

Very judgmental and down right rude! Would never go to her again. She even spoke about another patient, who was my roommate! Very unprofessional ! Now let's talk about wait time! Hope you have no other plans you will be there for hours waiting on the Dr.

Dr. Addis is pleasant and personable and appears to be genuinely interested in my health and well being. She did a new patient workup on me and ordered several routine tests. I am pleased to call her my new primary doctor in Henderson. The staff at Village Medical have also treated me well and I also appreciate the convenient location and short wait times.

Staff is friendly and nice, doctor was SUPER late waited for 45 minutes and then she wanted to give me her resume on how good she is an I should read her reviews. I spent 10 minutes with her and I was done! Don't go to a doctor in a strip mall.

After my first appointment with Dr. Addis three weeks later, the office receptionist called me and said the Dr. Addis will not be seeing anymore. Well I'm not too upset because I found Dr. Addis very judgemental and cold. It would have been nice if she herself called me but again I found very cold and uncaring.
