I had an appointment at 2pm. Got there 10min early. There was no receptionist. He was over 30min late with a line of 10 or so patients waiting on him outside the building. When finally he arrived I went inside he didn’t have paper work ready, he wasn’t wearing a mask and neither were half of his patients. Totally unprofessional, unorganized and putting people at risk to get sick.

I like to say Dr. Simpson not only always has my back he has my neck too. I have full confidence in his expertise in the Chiropractic field. I also like that he and his staff make me feel that my well-being is important to them. I have never been turned down or made to wait when I needed care.
