Had a phone message when I got home that they couldn’t push back my appointment time by 15 minutes because my transportation company was going to be late for my pick-up. I was already outside waiting to be picked up. My transportation company wound up being earieler than the new pick-up time and I arrived only 3 minutes late.
They got me in, saw the doctor, called for a return pick-up and noticed the office staff were all standing around. So WHY couldn’t they allow the extra 15 minutes? Once I was in the doctor’s viewing room, I had to wait on him for 10 minutes. So we’re talking about a 5 minute delay and they said no? Hmmmm.

Everything about Intermountain Healthcare is great: excellent facilities, friendly & professional staff. I go to the 745 S Green Valley office. My first visits in 2020 were with NP Sandy Holder; she was sweet, caring & very patient, and truly showed she cared. My most recent visits in 2022 phave been with DO Pooja Rana; she's very nice, listens to me (which is very important to any patient), explains everything really well, and makes me feel appreciated, which is also very important to any patient! They offer virtual visits, which are an awesome & practical alternative when you can't leave the house for any reason. Communication with them is also great: if you can't reach them, you leave a mssg and they'll call you back, and if they can't reach you by phone, they'll contact you by mail. love this place and especially the staff; totally recommend it!!!

The visit was Superb!. Professional from start to finish. Staff was extremely warm, helpful and demonstrated positive interaction. New PCP was very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Attentiveness to details of my former medical and lab reports were discussed to ensure a positive outcome going forward. Upcoming labs were ordered, instructions provided as well as future visit was scheduled. We also talked about a proactive plan to improve my overall health and fitness. Dr. Elron Mighty is a blessing to those who have the benefit of being his patient. I know the word caring is used to excess today but it truly applies to Dr. Mighty. In 82 years I have never had such a truly involved doctor as he is. If he moved 200 miles away we would still drive to see him. As it is we drive 67 miles over a mountain to see him. He is that kind of perfect example of a thoughtful and fine doctor.

If only we could clone him to replace those who pretend to care yet really don't, we would.

Although the answering phones and answering never positive.. every other aspect is top of the line!! They are kind, caring and help you through very difficult times with the kind hearts they are.
