I first began seeing Dr. Gravley somewhere between my late childhood and early teenage years. At the time, there was a lot of disruption in my home, and I was pretty resistant to trusting others. Because of Dr. Gravley’s kindness and consistency, I ended up warming up to her over time. As an adult, I’ve reached out to reinitiate care during different life phases. It’s been incredibly helpful to be able to work with someone who I already have history with, and the care that I have received has always been relatable. I believe that Dr. Gravley is extremely patient, professional, and skilled with uncovering and addressing patient needs. She is intuitive and allows patients to process things at their own pace, providing support as needed. Working with her is always explorative and sincere, and I really appreciate her expertise. Been seeing Dr.Gravley for roughly 5-6 years on and off. She is the only therapist I would choose! Ignore the bad review, they're haters. She's truly a great listener, gives amazing advice, and always feels like you're in a safe place in her office. She's always friendly, although she does sometimes run 10-15 minutes behind, although it's worth the wait! She's been helping me with my anxiety, OCD, Tourette's since 6th grade and I wouldn't choose any other therapist!
Fun fact, her husband was my elementary P.E. coach :) they're both very nice people.
