Always a joy to call or visit as a patient. In spite of only needing to visit once a year they alway remember me. Yes I have an appointment, but they still remember me (in a positive way LOL).

They are super professional. Always have my records ready to go. On top of working with the insurance companies on my behalf.

So many doctors offices are cold and impersonal. They make you feel like cattle and unimportant. Not Lone Mountain. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Never longer than 5 minutes for my appointment.

They also don’t make me fill out tons of forms every time I have an appointment where I write down the same information every single appointment like other doctors offices. So I’m in and out super fast. I’m never there longer than 25 minutes total.

They return phone calls FAST! And they answer the phone when the office is open. These should not be exceptional behavior but in today’s medical world it is. It should be the baseline expectation for doctors offices, but unfortunately most doctors offices are very hard to reach a live person who can actually help you.

Please don’t change a thing! Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you!

They got us in last minute to help with an emergency and did an amazing job! Dr. England is so nice and totally put us at ease, he is the best! We love this office!

I have never been treated so bad in my life.
Had a hearing test needed hearing aids and the said sorry your insurance won't pay and my insurance tried to call and they ghosted me and my insurance. Then called my insurance and said that I called to many times and did want to help me. They are just bad
