Dr. Kazemi graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the George Washington University Hospital. He continued there to complete his advanced interventional cardiology fellowship. He has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is a member of the Nevada State Medical Association and the Clark County Medical Society.
Dr. Kazemi has served as Director of the Mountain View Hospital Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory as well as Chief of Cardiology. Currently he actively participates in the Cardiac Alert Program at Mountain View Hospital and Summerlin Hospital, to provide emergent care for patients experiencing a heart attack.

Dr Kazemi has been my cardiologist for 15 years. He is smart, kind & funny. I’ve had one heart surgery for SVT and a heart Cath. Both went well.
I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be brought from the waiting room. The office staff has always been nice and efficient.

The appoint was last Thursday the 22. Everything went smoothly, even though there was a lot of patients office got us in and out without feeling rushed. Only problem was I have to get a heart monitor fitted and have not received a notice yet. They did tell me it might be 2 weeks.

Fast efficient check in. Short wait time before being called back to see doc. I love Dr. Kasemi because he asks great questions and he touches me. Go figure. They cancelled my appointment but forgot to call me. I have to drive into town 1-1/2 hours into town from Moapa Valley so cancelling wasn’t cool.
They ended up getting me in eventually.
The only thing that bothered me was the front staff tried to say that the person who did it no longer works there. But I only changed the appt last week so I know that wasn’t true.
But I love Dr K. He is great. The staff just needs a little work.

Dr. Navid Kazemi is an excellent cardiologist. He is very caring, concern about your well-being, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and has a great bedside manner. I have been a patient since 2007 and cannot complain about anything. His staff is as superb as he is. Once in awhile you may have to wait longer for an office visit, but keep in mind, he devotes as much time as you need.

I tend to feel that as a patient I would like to see the test results as the the doctors explaining to me the information that they saw in there test. With technology as it is today I think they should show you what they seen and explain that as they go along. Why not show me what it is that you’re seeing. My last test was for my carotid artery’s. I would like to see what my Carotid artery’s look like, not just be told! I’m aware that you have lots of patience and time is of the essence...but this lack of information seems ambiguous!
