I have known Dr. Alfreda for nearly 6 years and he has been an amazing physician since my first interaction with him! He has amazing staff; Ashley, Sierra, Mary, LaShonda, Leanna, Trevor, & Eurma! This is a VIP office & that’s exactly how you feel. They respect your time & and make sure you’re medical needs are taken care of! I have been a patient of Dr. Alfreda for 7 years. He is such an important part of my life. As I have gotten older, I not only need good medical care I need someone I can trust.
He is so compassionate and caring. His staff always goes out of there way to accommodate me. Ashley always does so much more than she has to.

My experience with Health4life and Dr. Alfreda has been terrific. They are very accomodating and genuinely care about your wellbeing. When I need something they are very quick to respond. Kathryn and her team are all very nice and helpful. I trust them 100% and am confident knowing that they are always looking out for my best interest and that my health is a top priority to them. The Doctor will see you now…and when I say now, I mean on time, every time…actually early on a couple of occasions.

At HEALTH4LIFE, Dr. Thomas Alfreda, Kathryn, Ashley, Lily and Gabby believe your time really is as valuable as the doctor’s. So it can be done…very interesting.

Full disclosure, Dr. Alfreda did save my life a time or two in the 10 years I have been seeing him, which is kind of a big deal…but still…no waiting. Even better.

At his previous office the wait could be the better part of Kathy Lee and Hoda and a complete surprise makeover; because he treated everyone with the same great care and respect and sometimes the love he gave just took a little longer.

So when he opened his concierge medical clinic, HEALTH4LIFE with the promise of no waiting, same or next day appointments, personal contact with him or his staff and the same quality of care, I was one of the first to sign on.

All promises kept and expectations met. I highly recommend HEALTH4LIFE to anyone who wants the peace of mind that comes with knowing your doctor is only a phone call away…and did I mention no waiting?

There is concierge medicine, and there's first class concierge medicine. Dr. Thomas Alfreda has helped me rehab my body after what could have been a career ending injury. He has helped with excellent costumer service and natural methods vs. pushing an agenda. Kathryn, the Office Manager is amazing. She is there with information, and help at anytime. She definitely makes a person feel at ease, and that she is there to take care of you. Both always greet with a smile, and enthusiasm.
