Set an appointment for a month and a half out. They texted me a reminder, and had a reminder through MyChart. I went to the appointment and got "oh we left you a voicemail notifying you that we double-booked your time slot." They did send me a voicemail but it was 50-minutes before my appointment after waiting a month and a half.............?

I had to go to Intermountain Urgent Care on Jan. 30th because I had a cough and was seen by Ike Ekekwe, NP who ask what my symptoms were and checked my lungs and said he could hear whizzing which I didnt hear because of Sinusitis. He suggested a breathing treatment which helped me cough up phlegm and asked if I had a nebulizer at home which I do and said to use it twice a day and prescribed 2 prescriptions for cough (COPD). Thank you Ike Ekekwe, NP listening to my concerns.

Terrible experience with Dr. Julio Giron and this doctors office. I have been waiting over a week and blowing up the phone to refill my medication and I donβt even get a call back. You canβt call and talk to anyone at this office. Instead you get forwarded to Intermountain call center and wait for a call back that never comes. You are only a number to them. If you are looking for a primary physician who is caring and competent, look elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with this practice. For the last year and a half i have had the most difficult time getting refills on my medication. They say call the pharmacy but then they don't accept the way the pharmacy sends the request. Then I try to use the app that was working for a while. Now they have a new app and I'm back in the same situation where I cannot get my meds refilled. 9 days I've been waiting and still have not gotten a refill. Or a response from the doctor. 2 request to the pharmacy, 2 request by phone to their office and 2 request by by text through their app and still no response from anybody.
I have gone to this place for 20yrs. They have all my records but what has happened in the last 2 yrs? Very Disappointed...

My experience at Intermountain Health was horrible. Julio Giron(PA) provided terrible customer service. He did not introduce himself after entering the room. Usually providers read over patients charts before entering the patient room. Unfortunately Julio Giron did not take the time to review my chart and he did not possess a laptop to take notes during my visit. The entire visit with this Physician Assistant was unprofessional and non-caring. For the sake of the patients, if you're not interested in being a Physician Assistant please choose another profession to work in. I will never choose Intermountain Health for my healthcare services and I will let all of my professional colleagues know not to choose Intermountain Health for their care. Until this organization take patients reviews regarding their experience with certain providers seriously, things will only get worse. Do all of the patients a favor and correct what is wrong. After all it is the patients that are keeping the doors open with their health insurance.

Very personable. When scheduling my next appointment, we all celebrated with a little boy who was celebrating his 4th birthday this day. He was in waiting room with his mom & he just lit up the room with his personality & the excitement of his birthday. The front office staff & I played right along with him during his special day!

My husband and I both had appointments with Dr Atif.The front staff were friendly and there was hardly any wait after Check in. We usually go to the Craig office in North Las Vegas since we live right by there. However this time we drove a 1/2 hr away because Dr. Atif moved to the Henderson office and we followed him there because he is a very good Doctor. I wanted to add my husband went to another facility that gave him COVID medication without checking kidney function first and he was also complaining of back pain. His stomach was super distended and we just thought it was constipation.
Then we came to your facility three days later. Your PA (canβt remember her name) probably saved his life. She said I want you to go to the ER for a CT scan of your stomach just to be on the safe side.
It turned out he was having urinary retention and they drained 6 liters of urine from him and transferred him to ICU with hyponatremia.
They said his kidneys were functioning at 12% and with the right treatment one day later 100%. Now we just need to get catheter out and he should come home tomorrow which is 3 days after we visited your facility.
I am forever grateful you told us to go to the ER rather than prescribe something for constipation which some practitioners may have done.
By the way, my husband was always 100% healthy prior to this.

Went to this clinic since the 80βs quit in 2018 due to its inefficiency Completely different now. They have already notified me that my referral has been approved in less than 24 hours. VERY disappointed at Dr Clark in visit yesterday! I went in to complain of swollen feet & it started a year ago when he put me on HBP pills to lower it for Gallbladder Surgery. He looked at the pills & said yes they make your feet swell & instead of switching out pillsβ¦he ADDS a Diuretic! Iβve suffered an entire year with swollen feet & itβs because of these darn pills & all he can recommend is compression Sox. Well, how about putting me on HBP that donβt cause your feet to swell?! And I resent being hounded to take a Colonoscopy & Mammogram when thereβs nothing wrong thereβ¦only to meet his Bossβ quota.

Came in as a new patient to establish a PCP. The front desk ladies and my nurse were very kind and professional, they took me back early for my appointment. I was asked many questions that I already answered and filled out in my forms, but I donβt think they even looked at them? Not sure what the point is of filling all of that in prior to arriving if they are just going to make you repeat it all in person. Not a big deal though. Whatβs most disappointing is that when my doctor comes to see me, he doesnβt introduce himself, doesnβt shake my hand, doesnβt look me in the eye. I felt like he had disdain for me because of my medical history and experience with functional medicine doctors. I did not feel like he respected me at all. He even cut me off while trying to relay something from my other doctor that I feel is super important and should be taken seriously. He was very dismissive with me and anything I brought up. It was like he had already made up his mind about me and what kind of patient I am. Very disappointing and sadly this is why I have stuck with functional medicine instead all these years. I will probably just shut up and take it though because I need someone to help me manage my simple prescriptions and check annual labs, and they seem more than qualified to do that. Just sad that a doctor can have that kind of attitude but not surprising.

Also was moved by the compassion of one of the staff members at the front desk... She gave an elderly man her protein shake (after making sure he could have it) when he was not doing great. She didn't have to do that...
Then to the appointment with PA Ms. Wong... She was awesome. I've been to many offices where doctors and staff just throw prescriptions out without knowing the patient. Ms. Wong very obviously CARES for her patients and wants to make sure plans for treatment are carefully vetted. I feel a lot safer with this office than my previoius care provider.
It's very refreshing to see the kindness and genuine care that is put forth by the staff at this office. I've only been a couple of times, but both times I observed these awesome things. Fingers crossed that this is the norm through the months and years ahead! GREAT JOB TO THE TEAM, your efforts are certainly noticed!!

If your provider leaves you have to go back through the practice as a new patient. You physically have to go in to re-establish, can't even do telehealth. Within 6 months, two of my providers left so they seem to have a high turnover rate. All I needed was a refill on a psych medication. The only way to get it was to go in for a NEW PATIENT appointment. They didn't even inform me my provider left the second time so when I called for a refill, this was a complete shock. You can't just stop a psych med suddenly, they put me in a very unsafe situation. Would not recommend this practice.

The staff there is great. Iβve been there twice in the last week. Once for my daughter and then myself. They get you in and out as quickly as possible especially being both holiday weekends. They listen to your issues and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you

Everyone was smooth from scheduling and appointment. Doctor was very nice taking time to explain everything and answer all our questions.
BUT we got their with our very sick daughter and the TV was blasting with the most overwhelming and loudest kids show on. Every character was just telling it was aggressive. We asked if it could please be turned off or down and the answer was: we don't push the buttons of the TVπ³π«£π¨

Open wound on my arm superbly treated by Dr. Perlot and Lety. They were both professional and friendly assuring me I was being well taken care of. In and out in less than an hour with a promise I would return for them to follow up and change my dressing.
