I can’t say enough good things about this practitioner. Her passion, enthusiasm, knowledge and experience are exceptional. I just finished my first primary care appointment and it was best experience in a medical office I’ve ever had. She listens, she cares, she works with you and we accomplished so much in such little time. Exams completed, referrals sent, meds refilled. If you’re looking for a new primary, she’s amazing. I had my first visit this morning and I’m so impressed! NP Valerie was super sweet, listened to my concerns, and did everything from vitals to the blood draw by herself. My prescriptions were immediately called in as well. It’s rare to find a medical provider that you don’t have to fight with to get the care you want. I’m so glad I found her!

Let me start by saying AMAZING!!! As a frustrated 63 year old couple we didn’t know doctors like this still existed. Our goal this year was to find a competent doctor as ours went to crap. As many people in this valley know no responses to texts phone calls pharmacy anything and all patients have same complaint. Upon walking into this office from reception to leaving felt like a family member was seeing us. She truly does listen and care and her energy and excitement to start this journey clearly comes through her personality and desire to fix you. i don’t leave many reviews, but when i do, it’s because the provider of services is exceptional. Valerie is MORE than exceptional, she goes above and beyond what ANY primary care provider has ever done in my life. without going into too much detail, i had given up on treatment. i had seen 6 specialists (neurologist, radiologist (possible Kyphoplasty) orthopedics) and was basically told “just be happy you are alive and not paralyzed”. Val ordered comprehensive bloodwork and came up with a plan to help me LIVE. i had given up on life. Val made it possible for me to enjoy life again.

Finally! A health care professional that really cares about her patients. Val Hart has given super-excellent care to me, my husband and my children. My husband is a75-year-old and has had a heart condition for several years. Last year he developed pneumonia but thanks to Val Hart's wonderful care he recovered without hospitalization. My husband has also had diabetes for 25 years. For the last several months he has had trouble controlling his blood sugar. His specialists basically told him, "You are a 75-year-old type 2 diabetic that has had diabetes for 25 years so there is nothing more to be done." When he started going to Val Hart as his Primary Care Professional she carefully and thoroughly examined his meds and how he was taking them. She discovered that he was taking one of his meds incorrectly. She gave him information that he needed to start taking the medication correctly. His A1C dropped from 7.0 to 6.1 in two weeks. He has also had much better results regulating his blood glucose levels since receiving her directions.

I don’t even know where to begin, because writing this review means putting into words how someone literally saved my life—more than once. what I’m about to tell you in a review is 100% the truth and facts and I can back and prove every bit of it

Two years ago, I was a 4XL, wearing a 58-inch waist, and living with a letter from my former primary care provider stating I was at imminent risk of a massive heart attack. I had been placed on excessive blood pressure medications and then abruptly taken off them—something anyone with medical knowledge knows is extremely dangerous.

I have been seeing this nurse practitioner for several years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
