This medical office in my opinion is perhaps the best facility in all Las Vegas/Henderson.

I say that because over 20 years I have been to many medical offices and experienced poor and/or average care . This office is unique in that it has everything there in the building (3 stories). The doctor I have in my opinion is the best doctor I have ever had spanning my 50 years of adult life.

Dr. Rodriguez has been my wife's Primary Cordiologist for the past 4 or 5 years. When I was referred to a cardiologist, immediately, I asked for Dr. Rodriguez. Unfortunately, SWM does not have many cardiologists. The doctor was booked and I needed a clearance for a kidney transplant. I was assigned a different doctor, whom I saw once. But as soon as I had the opportunity to switch to Dr. Rodriguez, I immediately took the appointment even if I had to wait a long time. She is gentle, and calm;
she listens to her patients and lets us know when the issues are beyond what she is able to do for us. I like her honesty, and willingness to get us the best treatment. (Sometimes, it depends on isurace approval) in spite surance, they go far and eyond for our health. I really hope they stay for a long time.

Went to the wrong Southwest clinic could have been late for my appointment if they made me go to the other Southwest clinic for my ultrasound for my kidneys but the receptionist he went back there and talked to the doctor and they saw me so I could keep my appointment and that was a big reliever and a lot of stress off me because I have kidney disease 😊 my only regret is that I can't remember the receptionist name or the doctor 😕

Bad experience on 01/20/2026 in the triage before we see the doctor. I went with my son 11 years old and my husband that do not speak English. The employee was not kind. My son was sick and I was in the room by the side with pain in my back. I heard the employee being rude with my son because he “ doesn’t know to translate “ to his father. She even didn’t know what is G6PD deficiency. I had to talk from the another room out loud to explain.

Dr. Aderangi is by far the best doctor for my needs. He has excelled in any treatments I need for my rashes and lymphedema. I needed to get specialized equipment called pneumatic compression ankle pumps to manage my lymphedema and Dr. Aderangi has helped me to reach out to my insurance to get approved for this equipment. I also want to thank Southwest Medical for providing my chart application it is simply fantastic and amazing to be able to get help as soon as possible when reaching out to a doctor or medical staff. I've been going to Southwest Medical for about five years now and it's been a positive experience. The facility is in close proximity to St. Rose Dominican Hospital, where I've had to go on an emergency basis a few times, and the facility also has Quest and diagnostic facilities in the same building. It doesn't get any easier than this to get an x-ray or blood work.

The office people are nice and I have a really good primary doctor. The referrals I've gotten from this facility have been to competent people as well. If you're looking for coordinated health care, this is the place.

I called to request blood work, and they told me they would contact a doctor for approval and call me back to let me know if my request was approved. Over a week passed and no one ever called me back. I had to call again, re-explain everything from the start, and at the end of the call the girl said, “Please hold for a survey,” then hung up on me.
Is this really the kind of service you offer your patients? Other doctors’ offices actually value their patients and treat them with urgency and respect. I’m very upset with the lack of communication and urgency regarding my situation, which is time sensitive.

Crazy how I talk to one person and they don’t have any appointments for any Monday for months. I called back a few minutes later, spoke to a nice lady and was scheduled for a Monday. 🤔 operator’s bias has affected multiple appointments with this facility which is a shame because the doctors seem to do well. After searching to find a DO I called in to make an appointment. It's the worst system. You can't call in to the office. You have to listen to everything in the recorded call tree. I selected to get a call back. When I was called back I couldn't connect, pressing 1 wasn't working and the call was disconnected. I called back and went through the recording again. It's a call center. I asked if I'd ever get through to the office and was told it wasn't possible. I tried to call 4 times with one success.One call requested I enter the phone number of the patient.. I'm not so... That's what will happen every time??
Unfortunately I didn't even get an appointment.
I'm sure the providers are good but I guess I won't get to find out.
I understand, unfortunately a lot of providers are switching to call centers but my experience today was the worst. Using a call enter to direct calls does not make the practice look important. Using a call center gives the impression of an impersonal and lazy office.
I won't mention the provider I was hoping to see because it's not a bad rating due to his care but poor judgement on how to handle people.

I absolutely hate going to see OBGYN’s because I usually feel like they don’t care and just want me in and out of the office! Dr. Gonzales had a real conversation with me and made me feel like I was human. She answered all my concerns and listened to everything I had to say. Arrived 815 am, line was to the front of elevators. Stood in line for 40 min to give info at desk. At one point no employee was at the front desk. I am writing this review to highlight one of the most effective medical professionals I have met in decades;

Gale Rattigan, Nurse Practitioner

She always responds very quickly if I have any issues and I have a complicated medical history that requires a lot of attention to detail. This year has been particularly challenging with many chronic conditions converging together. I was feeling deeply depressed when I contracted Covid. NP Rattigan was a tremendous source of inspiration. She educated me on our treatment options (my medical history puts me at greater risk) and really gave me confidence that I am dealing with a caring expert (in the best hands possible). She even fixed a mistake by the urgent care (the PA told me to take a medication for 3 months yet only ordered 7.5 days worth). NP Rattigan looked at the order, identified the error, and sent in a correct order (while the urgent care said “no the order is correct”). She gives me referrals to professionals based on my complicated history, listens to and answers any questions quickly, and efficiently solves medical problems. I have gone from being pessimistic about my future to seeing a bright clear path towards much better days and health. It is so beautiful! Thank you!

I have been to this location many times for Urgent Care and testing, receiving excellent care and follow up, however when I got my Mammogram a few weeks back it went from a 5 star to that person getting a 1 Star ⭐ hence the total of 4 stars. It was extremely painful bringing tears to my eyes and the tech was rude. When I told her she was hurting me she just smiled and said it has to be that way with our new machine. I will never go back again and others should heed my warning. I've had about 20 mammograms in my life and this was the worst experience ever.

I had a first fantastic visit here. I needed a GP, and after visiting urgent care downstairs, they suggested coming here. I’m glad I did. I printed all the initial paperwork at home, and walked in with it. Just a few signatures and that was all. I had a great experience with the Dr, and all the staff were very nice to me as well. Now I have a great GP, and it’s right around the corner from my home. Love it.

My first visit and when I arrived I was told that the mammogram machine was broken and no techs were there. "Someone was supposed to call you" My appointment was at 3:45pm so they had all day to call/text/email! They couldn't care less about you or your time. I was scheduled for a Sunday appointment so when I had no choice but to reschedule, now they don't have Sunday appointments!! No apologies. I can't wait to see how my next "appointment" will go. Rude staff especially the OB floor (except Schwartz & Pediatrician Baidwan from the nellis location we love her and would be the only reason i would refer anyone to SWMA ) never want to see NP Webster again. She mocked me bullied me and mocked my high risk Dr's opinions. SWMA is all bad all together the NP are rude, plus my spouse has a very serious condition but yet gets pushed to NP to NP never to an actual dr who all do the same exact assessments instead to trying to help with his condition. He was given medication that harmed him instead of helping him. All the talk are IFs. Horrible. I can definitely go on that's how upsetting and disappointment this company staff are.

Dont think your going to speak to anyone on the phone. 10 minutes of trying to navigate their atrocious phone system and im told i can have a call back in 2 hours only to be take to a sub menu that doesnt work
