Not sure how this place got 5 stars, but the front office staff seriously need some training. I called and a gentleman with a heavy Indian accent answered. I asked him if they were accepting new patients. He paused and asked what I was coming in for. I told him I was coming in for a routine checkup. He then told me they don’t accept new patients.

I find the whole exchange extremely silly. Why even ask what i’m coming in for when I had already clearly asked whether they were accepting new patients? The whole conversation was confusing and gave me a pretty poor first impression of the office.

EDIT: I was simply stating the facts. When I called, the staff member with an indian accent who answered asked what I was coming in for. If your office does not accept patients for routine checkups, that information should be clearly communicated to prospective patients.

Update your website to accurately reflect the services you currently provide. It is frustrating and inconvenient to spend time contacting an office only to discover that the information advertised on the website is not accurate. I would appreciate it if the website were corrected so other potential patients are not misled.

EDIT: If you only treat immigrants, isn't that discriminatory toward american citizens? You should remove your business from google, because your office comes up when i search for internal medicine. If you have restrictions on who you treat, that should be clearly stated.

من برای انجام آزمایش‌های پزشکی مورد نیاز USCIS به این مرکز مراجعه کردم و واقعاً از برخورد و تخصص این پزشک بسیار راضی بودم. ایشان با دقت و حوصله شرایط من را بررسی کردند و با انجام آزمایش خون و بررسی سوابق ایمنی بدنم، توانستند مشخص کنند که بسیاری از واکسن‌هایی را که قبلاً دریافت کرده‌ام، نیازی به تکرار ندارم.

اگر ایشان من را راهنمایی نمی‌کردند، احتمالاً مجبور می‌شدم هزینه زیادی برای تزریق مجدد واکسن‌ها پرداخت کنم. ایشان بسیار مهربان، حرفه‌ای و آگاه بودند و به من توضیح دادند که می‌توان با آزمایش خون مشخص کرد بدن در برابر چه واکسن‌هایی ایمنی دارد و چه واکسن‌هایی واقعاً مورد نیاز است.

La atención del Doctor y las personas que están en la recepción es excepcional. No tuve ningún problema con el tema de la comunicación, todo fue muy fácil y siempre hubo ayuda por parte del personal. La verdad fue una experiencia muy positiva la que me brindaron.

Very welcoming, I was missing my vacation cards dr. Saran helped me find them, other places would've just send me and spend double the money, also charges very good price blood test included, I really recommend dr.saran, he makes sure your treated well asks a lot questions gives advice, very respectful.
