Dr. Hoer did 3 surgeries on me for shoulders and 1 knee. He retired last year. When to see Dr. Robert Birch..
YES, he's young...but knows his field inside out!! I fell last week. The pain has been getting worse each day. I saw Dr. Birch today... nothing broken. They are sprained and a lot of swelling. The xrays I got to see confirmed that. I got 2 cortisone shots, 1 in each knee. After about 2 hours my knees started felling so much better. I still have brusing but it's nothing more than aggravated sprains. Thank you Amanda, for everything you do and have done for me in the past. I love Orthopaedic Institute of Henderson.

The office workers are very good at what they do. Everyone always has a smile and a very professional attitude. Victoria, is absolutely wonderful to work with
She is on her toes and always and make sure everything is done correctly. Dr. Birch
is a very good listener. I had a hip replacement two years ago from another doctor and now my hip keeps popping out of socket. I'm confident in Dr. Birch solving this problem.

Dr. Birch is extraordinary. I fractured my wrist and spent several hours on hold at other offices all around the valley, only to be told they had no appointments for weeks, or on hold waiting to even talk to anyone or couldn’t accept me at all. I was in a lot of pain and it put additional stress on me. I was scared. From the moment I called everyone was so helpful and friendly and I was able to get in the very next morning, the front desk people as well, what a blessing. I can’t believe how fortunate I am. Dr. Birch has taken the time at every visit to answer questions and provided the greatest of care. I have never felt they were rushing me out the door. His assistant Victoria is also amazing. I would highly recommend their services.
