Showed up a few minutes for 8 am appt(earliest available we were told) to be asked “ Do you have e an appointment today? “Seeing as i responded yes to both the email AND text I had received the day before, I do.
We were waiting about 15 mins then called back. Ghats where things just went downhill. Still no Dr at almost 10o clock…2 hours past my appt time, as I hears him go into and greet at least 4 other patients. As I had a different appointment at a different location at 11 o’clock, I informed the nurse I was unable to wait any longer to which she replied. Oh sorry well I told you he had other people.
Firstly, I was never informed that there were other people other than walk-ins so I’m assuming she meant they were taking priority over us who had the first appointment of the day absolutely ridiculous will find a new provider. I’ve been here for over 10 years, but today was the final straw.

My telehealth appointment was at 9:30 , no body called me; I had to call after 3 attempts I finally got someone on the line at 10:45 , I was put on hold for about ten minutes so they could put the Dr on the line. Once he came on the line , he couldn’t find my test results in my chart I guess , because he told me “ he will call me back”, he never did .
I waited all day and no call; can’t imagine if I had to take off work!! Very poor experience to say the least.

Not too many clinics answer the phone now a days. I called and they said I could bring my wife in 30 minutes. My wife was having a strong gastritis episode, upon arrival in less than 15 minutes she was seeing the nurse practitioner. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. We will recommend this clinic to our friends and family.

I showed up for my appointment early and Paid my copay. It was not busy at all. There were only 3 people in the building. I was put in a room where I waited over an hour and still had not seen a doctor so I left without being seen. I didn't even ask for a refund.

Dr Pervaiz is very thorough in his examination and evaluation of peoples health. I forgot to list several disorders and in his cross-checking he found them and put them in the system. He has an excellent background which includes cancer. He also has experience with some of the psychological/psychiatric disorders I have problems with. He is over qualified for what he is doing in Urgent care, making good medical care easily available.

Never had any wait time whatsoever... Very courteous and efficient.. I went in for several pre op test and even had to go the other side of town for an X-ray to one of their other facilities... I was still completely done in 2 hours from start to finish... Love these people... Receptionist at the front desk was awsome..

Not to be trusted. Rudd receptionist. Would not call my insurance while sitting doing nothing said I had to do it. The close the doors 12-1 pm lunch you have to wait outside. Ax store front medical practice in a shopping center.
