I had appointment with doctor today for test results and I came out good and he asked me if I was taking the pills prescribed I said no I don’t take pills. He kept pressing it and press it and I don’t wanna argue with him so I just walked out . all his doctors want to do is give you pills and they don’t respect that you want to take any pills in them that’s why I give him a one star reading if I can give any lower I would. The doctor needs to respect it. The patient’s body is there a body not his I think if he can’t respect that he shouldn’t be practicing medicine

I’m very lucky to have found Dr. Zaidi and wholeheartedly (pun intended) recommend him to others!

After suffering a STEMI two weeks before last Christmas (2025), I received stents in both my RCA & LAD coronary arteries at Mountain View Hospital, and was discharged after having spent 2.5 days in the Cardiac ICU. It was shocking and disconcerting to have experienced such a traumatic event. I was in a state of heightened anxiety and depression, (aka. the Cardiac Blues), fraught with uncertainty and lacking any real direction. Making matters worse, the cardiologist assigned to me was absolutely horrible. Just before he performed one of my stent procedures, I asked him if I was going to be okay, to which he responded callously, “I don’t know.” Not exactly what you want to hear before a life-saving surgery. A couple weeks later, I had my follow-up with this same doctor, on Christmas Eve, of all days. He was dismissive, impatient, rude, condescending, and generally lacked any sign of humanity. My wife and I were beside ourselves as victims of his outrageously-bad bedside manner. It’s a wonder how some of these “doctors” are granted medical licenses. They take the Hippocratic Oath, wherein they swear to do no harm. Yet this guy undermined my emotional well-being with his unprofessional attitude and behavior when I was at my most vulnerable mental state imaginable.

Feeling dejected, I was scared about so much, and confused as to where to go for answers. So I went on a search for a well-reputed cardiologist in Las Vegas. It was hard, as many of these top cardiologists are booked solid for months in advance. I also received a few recommendations from friends, but was disappointed by too many negative reviews that seemed to echo my experience. But just when I was losing hope, I finally found Dr. Zaidi. His reviews were invariably stellar, and I was hopeful that he might be perfect for me. Fortuitously, Dr. Zaidi was expanding his practice to an additional location, and I was able to schedule an appointment upon calling his office within just a day or two. Needless to say, I fired my former cardiologist moments later!

At my initial appointment, I was blown away by Dr. Zaidi’s pleasant demeanor: he was kind, listened patiently to, and answered all my questions, and created a “game plan” for my recovery. Since then, I’ve needed to get in contact with Dr. Zaidi several times. The first time, I needed to discuss a bothersome side effect that I was experiencing from one of my meds. I sent him a message through the patient portal and he literally called me about a day later while I was shopping at Trader Joe’s with my wife. The reason I’m saying this is because doctors don’t call anyone anymore! Everything is impersonal, by email, and takes forever. Not Dr. Zaidi! Another time, I reported to his office manager, Jessica, who is FANTASTIC, that my blood pressure was elevated after having started cardiac rehab (I can’t overstate how HIGHLY I recommend cardiac rehab; it has dramatically improved my physical conditioning and mental strength). This time, Dr. Zaidi’s called me at home to check in with me and make a medication adjustment. It was so refreshing.

Back when I met Dr. Zaidi just a few months ago, I was scared of doing any physical activity for fear of having another heart event—I was beyond tentative and chronically worried. Now I’m doing weight training and getting into great shape! I’m also eating a heart-healthy diet, and I have Dr. Zaidi in my corner: a caring and consummately professional Cardiologist.

I deserve the best treatment, all the way around, and so does everyone reading this review. I took the time to tell my story because I want to help those of you that may have experienced similar frustrations with doctors that may be good practitioners, but are missing a compassion “chip," and aren't skilled at treating the whole patient.

Don’t settle for less, especially with something as critically important as your health on the line. I wish you all Godspeed in your recovery.

This is the best cardiologist that money could ever pay for. I don’t think I could’ve Gotten all of my needs met if I went to another. Very low rate on exams I highly recommend this doctor. He is also very attentive and personal. His staff (Jessica) is very detailed oriented as well thank you for such great care

My husband was directed to see a cardiologist due to results of a poorly conducted physical examination required by his place of employment and conducted through Dr. Veronica Allen at concentra. We sought out for a second opinion because the results my husband was given did not line up with any of his medical history nor did she take the time to read the results necessary for medical attention, so we wanted a second opinion. Dr. Zaidi was our first selection and we are so glad to have discovered him! He and his staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to listen to our concerns and give us answers. After our visit with Dr. Zaidi he went so far to go back to his office to adequately read the results of my husbands previous test so that we could have the answers and clarity we were looking for. It’s hard to find a doctor who genuinely cares and is not in the medical business to treat a person as though they were another number. I would highly recommend him to those looking for quality care.

I've recently become a patient of Dr. Zaidi and I have found him to be a very thoughtful physician and most of all....he listens. He has worked with me to identify the meds that are now effectively managing my medical issue and that I have been able to tolerate so far. I appreciate his expertise, that he is very accessible, and uses technology to communicate which allows for a faster response time. His staff is courteous, very professional, and no long wait times. I’ve only been seeing Dr Zaidi for a very short time, but in that time I’ve completely felt that I was in great hands. He’s given me personal attention, and has always been available when I had a question or concern or needed something. I genuinely feel that he takes a real interest in his patients, and takes the time to get to know us, and work with us.
I’ve also found him to be very friendly and personable - I’ve enjoyed just chatting with him.

My name is Cobette Harper. I first met Dr Zaidi December 30, 2012. The date is so vivid in my mind because this is the day I walked into the hospital very slowly with heart failure. At the age of 49. Dr.Zaidi among the other doctors there ,was the most caring and professional doctor that I had ever met. he was on a very direct and specific mission to get my heart back, healthy and strong. God worked through Dr.Zaidi and saved my life for the 2 1/2 weeks. I was there in the hospital. 12 years later, I am stronger than ever and my heart is Pumping strong. I find it very comforting that my doctor is considered one of the best heart doctors in the country. I always enjoy meeting with him for for checks and if, for any reason, an issue with my heart were to come up, he’d be there to help save my life. I’ve known Dr Zaidi since 2017 when I was admitted in southern hills hospital for my heart condition. I can assure you that he is the best or should I say “ the best of the best “ . I had my surgery in about four days and from that time till today, I’ve been with him.
Even now in 2024 I had blood clots in my legs and he advised me to go for surgery.
I have come across so many doctors, but no one takes so much of interest and dedication like him. He is always there for me and my family and is very supportive, encouraging and caring.
I miss him now but I’m sure that whenever I need him he’ll be there for me.
