The first time I registered for appointment at the front office, I clearly stated that I need A New Retainer, because my current retainer does not fit anymore. The front office asked me to pay upfront $240 charged to my credit card. Unfortunately, I went back home still carrying my old loose retainer. She did not replace my old retainer. By charging me $240 upfront, I was expecting to get a new retainer, which never happen.
