my brother has an appointment and got reschedule the agent who we spoke to is very rude ! We got reschedule due to no Dr and im trying to resched for my bro , she spoke to him and confirmed and was told if i can do it for him . she said YOUR BROTHER IS 34 YRS OLD AND HE MAKE THE RESECHEDULE FOR HIMSELF ! im not even asking for too much but to check other option, i told her that my brother is disable and i do all the booking for him and drive him around and if i have to fill up a consent form ill do it.After saying that her voice change and says no its okay let me find one for you. It suppose to be his first time visit , nvm itll never be on this location. RUDE

I think almost every pair of glasses I've owned has come from this office going forward they will have none of mine or my family's business. I made an appointment back in October to be called 2 days before my appointment that it hadn't been a year since my previous eye exam which they failed to notice the second insurance that would have taken care of the exam and made no offer to reschedule. I scheduled my dad an appointment in January for may it was emailed with no explanation as to why it was canceled. Than my Dad goes to make a new appointment with Costco only to be told this office was still holding his insurances eye co pay despite canceling the appointment so my wife than had to call his insurance who had to call this office and get it released so he could make the appointment with Costco so you can say good bye to my family's business and us referring anyone there.

Fast friendly service. Great customer service. Even though it was a super busy day Dulce and the rest of the Pearle vision crew were excellent at getting things handled in a timely manner! I had an appointment and filled the paperwork out online before I came and still waited 45 minutes to been seen by the doctor. I filled out a paper selecting to have the Optomap done instead of dilation but the assistant did not perform that test. I was taken to one of the rooms by one of the assistants and seated in the chair when another assistant came to the room with another patient stating that was their room and that they were their first. After a 30 second conversation in another language, the assistants agreed it was not my turn so I was sent out to the waiting room to wait another 5 minutes before I was finally placed in a room. I was seen by Dr. Kelly McLauchlin. She was great and is the only reason I'm even giving this establishment 3 stars. Next time I'll find a different location or establishment to go to.

Honest thorough and efficiency for starters. The eye doctor was meticulously observant as she performed my eye exams and explained every thing in real time detail. Totally comfortable and secure during the entire experience. The eye glass selection process was no pressure as Julio offered me their various selections and pricings. What a nice professional young man to do business with. You wont be sorry you chose Pearle Vision on N.Nellis Boulevard.

One of the best places and best experiences I ever had. I went there looking to replace my current eyeglass lenses and get prescription sunglasses. Upon entering, I was greeted by Rana (Manager) She was very pleasant and directed me around. A few moments later Mary came over and She was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out 2 other Dolce &Gabanna frames, due to a promotion they are having. I ended up getting 2 Dolce&Gabanna frames and a pair of Rayban Prescription sunglasses. I was soo happy and excited. I felt as tho I had won the lottery. Love them both and this Place! This location is Awesome. You all need to go here, You wont be disappointed. Thanks again RANA AND MARY! You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Customer Service- As soon as I walked in they greeted me and made me feel welcome. Julio and his colleagues provided me with detail information on what my plan would cover. Showed me several samples of styles which I liked and did not attempt to force me into a pair glasses I was not interested in. Great Job!!!! I look forward to picking up my glasses when they are complete.

They are very professional and I have been going to them for most of my life. The customer service is excellent. Anytime I needed to have something fixed or adjusted, whether it was recent or years later, they were always willing/happy to help me with all/any of my needs at no extra cost. This place is amazing!!! I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in over 10 years they weren’t annoyed with it at all they were super nice super patient. I had appointments for myself, husband and my son we all went in with no glasses and came out with glasses. We went in on a Friday, our appointments finish just at six when they usually close and we were told our glasses would be ready the next day. Well they decided to get them done that day even though it was after hours. They are great!!

I’ve been going to Walmart for my prescription and nobody cares, came here with my wife and son and it was like we were all Lon lost friends everybody is super friendly with a sense of professionalism that can’t be beat, I sound like I got paid to say this but honestly this place is by far the greatest and the pricing isn’t bad either Danielle didn’t want to just sell a deal she wanted what was best for me. So thank you Daniel and all of pearl vision!!
