James T. Overland, Sr., D.C., M.S. was a nice man and his assistant was wonderful and very friendly and caring person thank u both keep up the wonderful job. As for the front desk she needs to go back to traing and learn how to greet the clients w/a smile kinda rude.

I came in to get my tooth pulled I had a severe infection. I came in as a walk in X-rays were done quick the dentist came out greeted me professional friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately my dental insurance coverage was not as promised by my employer. I was very upset not with the dentist office but with my current situation/dental coverage. I left I never had the chance to apologize for leaving so abruptly but the dentist was willing and ready to care for me. Thanks again for your time East Lake Mead Dental Center.

The staff is RUDE when you go into the office, especially the receptionist and they never answer the phone. Probably because the receptionist is always leaving her desk to go gossip in the back. They are very unprofessional. The place is FILTHY, seems to never get cleaned or sanitized. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the doctor is very knowledgeable.

Amazing he does a great job the staff is kind they always do a good job filling cavities or doing x-rays and they never pull more teeth than you ACTUALLY NEED TO GET PULLED LIKE OTHER DENTIST WOULD.

Lets start off by saying he does a good job but my mother had an appointment at 10AM and made her wait 2 hours which is very UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me . Second of all it’s been 2 months and never received a letter for my braces. They did that to my brother as well said he needed braces and never sent him a letter and its been 1-2 years still waiting on that letter.

The dentist is money hungry. I had X-rays done that clearly showed that I had a cavity on 1 (ONE) tooth. He decided to drill 2 teeth because he thought there COULD BE a cavity on the other one too.
Why did I pay for X-rays if he will be doing a guessing game with my teeth? He wanted me to pay to get those 2 teeth removed and get partials. All I needed was a filling on one tooth.
PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T GO to this incompetent JERK!
How ever the dental assistants and receptionists are nice and professionals.

Esté dentista no tiene escrupulos. No se lo recomiendo porque sólo quiere sacarles la lana a todo el que se deje.
OJO.
Se me callo el relleno de una muela. Me informó que necesitaria rayos-X primero para identificar cualquier daño mayor. Dijo que me tendría que limpiar la perforación y hacer mas espacio para que se agarrara el relleno. Sin informarme, este dentista decidió tambien perforar la muela siguient por que creyó que PODRIA tener una carie. Pienso "y para que son los rayos X si van a ser ignorados." Sólo son para sacar dinero. La muela no tenía caries pero yo tenia que pagar más de lo acordado. Me ofreció sacarme las 2 muelas, claro, por más dinero y hacerme un puente por miles de dolares.

Las señoritas que atienden son muy amabres.
Usted decide si va a este Dentista con cara de depravado sexual. Después de su diagnóstico valla a otro para que le den una segunda opinión.

I've been going to Dr. John for over 15 years. His staff is friendly, he has a great demeanor and they are always helpful. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful smile thanks to him. There is a lot of work in there due to some medical issues that affected my teeth and bones , however you can't even tell I have one filling (over 20 and 3 crowns). The building is old and a little worn however it is in the east side, and I came for my teeth not the lobby.
