My back and hips were seized up from a long haul flight and ongoing issues, and I needed to be ready for an intense, 4-day Vegas trade show. Dr. Gamero was just brilliant and so generous with his time. He mixed some hands-on work with Tecar therapy, and I left the session with my body feeling the best it had in months. I had an interaction with this Dr Beau Hightower, and he was exceptionally misogynistic, rude and degrading. There are so many professionals in this field, so I would avoid this man at all costs. I also would be worried if you’re bringing your children to this practice… Because children are very impressionable, and it would be disturbing if they took home some of the language he uses.

I was in town for two days and was able to make two appointments with Dr. Gamero. He is a fantastic practitioner with deep knowledge and able to give helpful descriptions of the causes of my pain and solutions both in office and home based exercises that I can do to relieve pain. I went and visited in November and saw Dr.Gamero. I came all the way from Australia to try their unique treatment style and wasnt dissapointed. I had lingering Pain in my Hip Flexors/Lowerback for years. Ive had all kinds of tests on in and saw all specalists from Chriopractors, Osteopaths, masseuses none of them could ever diagnose the issue.

Within 5 Minutes Dr. Gamero was able to do what nobody else could and identify the the issue! After a treatment session which made a world of difference he set me up with an at home plan since I was visiting from another country and the difference is incredible

These guys care more about making YouTube videos and selling products than actually treating patients. I had Dr. Gamero. I opened up to him about issues I've had with previous therapist and then he did exactly the same thing. I had several areas that needed attention but wouldn't treat them all in 1 visit...instead would only treat 1 area spread out over 5 $150 visits. He's a joke. I have a since found an amazing therapist; a Vegas native, that treats my whole body every visit for just $50.

It's been months since I've seen Dr. Gamers, but I'm keeping up with the exercises he gave me and life is sustainable. I originally went because I sprained my knee and I had done regular pt on my shoulder but it didn't help. So I said, let's try the place I saw on the youtubes. Months later I'm still using the exercises me taught me and I'm maintaining pain and motion.

I came to Dr Gamero with neck and shoulder pain. I was in Vegas for a few days and we worked over 2 sessions. Dr Gamero used various techniques including dry needling on all the tight muscles that are the root cause of the pain. Dr. Carlos Gamero came highly recommended to me to help with my shoulder issues. Highly reccomend Elite OSM both the Vegas and Albuquerque locations. Dr. Gamero in Vegas is awesome! No matter your sport, they can help you. I came in with upper body issues from work and lower body issues from Irish Dance training. Loved the different methods they have to address pain: myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, etc. They also send you home with homework: stretches, rolling, PT and more. They work with alot of athletes, and are super experienced. I live in Seattle and can't come to OSM often but they are worth the trip if you are in Vegas or Albuquerque. The advice and treatment they gave in 2 sessions is going to help me train better with less injuries for months. Check them out!

Dr. Carlos is a true miracle worker, in 2020 he help End my chronic back pain I had been suffering with for over 10 years. Today I came to him for my right hip that seem to be out of place cause before the session I could even lift my right leg off the table to have full range of motion with no resistance. High recommend him if you need pain relief, readjustments or just some routine care to the body. Not only does he fix you but gives you homework to help with injury prevention and maintenance for the body.

I do not say this jokingly or lightly... Dr. Sean Plake is my hero!! I thought I was going to be disabled for the rest of my life with a bad hip and knee problem. I went to 1 session, and with just that 1 session he fixed my hip. We still have work to do on my knee, but I went specifically for those issues. I just so happened to mention other injuries I thought had no fix, like my ribs and shoulder and he totally saved my life. I'm almost able to workout again after over a year of not being able to. Decided to give Elite-OSM a try to help with my migraines. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Gamero. After getting some history regarding my issue, he was able figure out the cause of my migraines. I felt amazing after our session and have yet to have an episode. After the session he advised workouts to do to help keep the migraines from coming back. I would definitely visit him again on my next trip to Vegas.

After watching Dr. Hightower's Youtube videos, I decided to fly to Vegas see if Dr. G. could help with my shoulder pain. Each time I see him, my shoulder pain is greatly reduced and returning back to normal. But what's great about Dr. G is he was able to work on my jaw. While sleeping, I grind-ed my teeth so severely that my jaw was out of alignment. Dr. G. was able to hammer it back. The jaw pain is now minimal and I can chew properly again. After an injury to my chest/pec muscle a few months bad, I tried all kind of treatment from massages to chiropractic. None of it worked.

Today after spending an hour with Dr. Gamero, not only is the pain in my neck gone; but the pain and tightness I’ve had in my lower back is also gone.

I haven’t been pain free in my neck in months. I have been pain free in my lower back in YEARS.

I've been living with lower back pain for over 10 years. In the last 5 years, I've been to various chiropractors, tried massages, tried osteopathic manipulation, etc. Almost everything did not work. OMT and the pro adjuster were the best modalities, which unfortunately gave me relief for just a few days, and not much more than a week. I was frustrated that my problem kept coming back. I thought, there has to be a way to counteract this. And I found Dr. Gamero.

After the first visit, I felt about 70% relief, and my mobility was 95% better. Before this, I was unable to even log roll. The next week, probably 80-85% better. I realized I was actually able to fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer; and I didn't have to take ibuprofen all week! Third week, I was at maybe 2-3/10 pain (from 7-8 daily). Fourth and fifth weeks, pain was minimal (1 or less); just discomfort and muscle tightness from working out, work, and activities of daily living.

Dr. Gamero has amazing attention to detail. He is intent at resolving the problem. Each week, we knocked out different elements that contributed to my pain. He taught me exercises to continue at home to prevent those problems from recurring. I am still impressed that my pain has not gone back to what it was 5 weeks ago. When I start to feel pain, I just go back to the exercises.

I finally have faith that I can keep the pain away for good (or at a minimal), and get back in control of my life. Thanks, doc!

I recently flew to Las Vegas for a show and found Dr. Gamero through his involvement with Dr. Hightower. I booked an appointment and was shocked at how effective his treatment was at releasing a painful neck issue I've been having treated for for more than 10 years.
