Not a good experience.
Last time i came in the doctor didn’t remove the skin tag on my face completely. She said it’s gone but it wasn’t. On my follow up today she charged me again for removing the stuff she left last time.
I came with my face inflamed and she couldn’t give me an adequate response what it was. They applied sunscreen on me and it made my inflamed areas very red , swollen and itchy.
The receptionist told me to come back when I called. I did . The assistant came out . Told me to put vaseline on it and steroid cream. I didn’t like to discuss my issue in the waiting area in front of so many people sitting in there.
It was a bad experience, doctor rushed the appointment and I still don’t know what’s happening to my skin.
It’s burning and now I have to look for a different doctor to get answers.

I am an existing patient of Epiphany Dermatology with Dr. Call and her staff.
I am writing this review as a result of receiving a series of 2 Red Light therapy treatments for prevention of facial skin cancer formation or growth. This is a legitimate medical option to deal with skin cancer prevention. I am insured by Medicare and they cover this treatment modality if your condition/diagnosis meets certain criteria, such as Actinic Keratosis, etc.
My experience has been that it is a nearly painless option. The process includes a few minutes of preparation, and application of an ointment prior to the Red Light exposure.
That entails 2 sequential exposures of 13 minutes each.
Again, it is not difficult or painful.
If you need to find an effective mode of treatment for this very common, but serious issue, I encourage you to make an appointment to receive a professional, warm, friendly Physician and every member of her staff. They are excellent!

Wow! While I had debated for over a year about seeing a Dermatologist for cancer screening, I am now glad that I did since everyone from the front desk receptionist to Lisa the assistant, and especially Dr. Call were pleasant and professional. While the one lesion I was concerned about turned out to be of no concern, Dr. Call found 2 lesions on my back that I wasn't even aware of since I can't see my back and she performed a punch biopsy to make sure it wasn't something more serious. She also froze several precancerous lesions that I also was not aware of. A very pleasant experience, which is not always the case here in the Vegas Valley medical community.

Today was my first visit to this dermatologist. I was very impressed at how professional they were . The receptionist welcomed me by my 1st name as soon as I walked in . The nurse took me back to the exam room before I could even sit down .
Dr.Call was very professional and took the time to look at my body completly.

I am so glad I found Dr.Call. From the first phone to being seen in the office everyone was amazing! My other skin doctor kept freezing this froth on my leg. Dr. Call cared enough to biopsy, it was skin cancer. They are very understanding and listen. The front office staff is very accommodating.
My insurance changes soon and if they aren’t in network I may consider paying cash because they are that good!

If you are gonna schedule an appointment with this clinic, please be aware of hidden expenses that they probably will not inform you about even if you ask them for a total check, this is what happened to me

They charged me 486.42$ for the first appointment without telling me that it is gonna be so expensive, I was told the price with insurance will be 70$ that I successfully paid, yesterday I got a letter, that they charged me 127.57$ more without informing me at all.

Wanted to find a new Dermatologist in my area and found some great reviews for Dr Call at Epiphany Dermatology. After seeing several recommendations on Next Door and Yelp, I did my due diligence and decided to see her. Went online and was able to secure an appt quickly. Thinking I might have missed something online, I called the office to verify. Vanessa answered the phone right away and assured me that my appt was all set up. I had a specific issue that I wanted to see the Dr about, but was also looking for a Dr that was concerned about my overall body. The last practice I went to would only address 3 things per visit; and that's not the kind of practice I wantes for long term. The office/practice is fairly new. I appreciated that the waiting room wasn't like the DMV. After filling out my initial paperwork, Leslie brought me into the examing room, which was immaculate and very modern. She was a doll and I felt comfortable right away. After discussing what was going on she asked if I'd like a full body check. I loved that the Dr would make time to do this even though it was not originally why I went. Since it's been a while, I agreed. After minimal waiting time Dr Call came in. Another doll! She took her time with me, explained options to treat a couple of other things that was going on and did a thorough body check. I feel confident that Dr Call and her associates are going to take great care of me. She is taking new patients, so if you are looking for a more personal doctor experience, DO NOT Hesitate to see Dr. Call!

This post is being completed by David's wife, Maureen. I was told by a different dermatology clinic that the biopsy of a growth near the tip of my nose was squamous cell carcinoma or cancer. It would require extnsive surgery to remove it. I had no confidence in the doctor at that clinic because of reviews. My husband found Dr. Call. She immediately explained exactly what she would do, and what to expect. She drew lines on my nose with a black marker to show me exactly where she would cut. Leslie, her assistant whom I knew from the other clinic, assured me that Dr. Call would do a great job. When I left from my appointment, I had confidence that Dr. Call would remove the cancer with the least amount of cutting without scarring. Dr. Call will also review the biopsy report before the surgery scheduled in one month. Vanessa, the receptionist was kind and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Calls for over 1 years now. From day 1 the starting with Vannessa who greets you upon arrival was very welcoming. Leslie, the nurse (my favorite) is very in tuned with my needs, sensitive and makes me feel like family.
Over the past 2 weeks I under went 2 MOHS surgery. One on my head (11 staples) and one on my face under my nose. This is where the entire team really brought there "A" game. My face, OMG, my face, I was petrified of the scaring. They eased my mind, assured and reassured me I was in outstanding hands. I did my background homework on Dr. Call and her MOHS expertise. I felt more relaxed and confident I was in excellent hands. My appointment went seamlessly and Dr. Calls voice alone had me relaxed. Leslie and Ashley went above and beyond to keep me calm. Nina, the MOH tech was efficient and completed her work in a timely manner. I couldn't have been in better hands with Dr. Call and her team.
Today was my sutures removal and it looks like the scar I so feared will be invisible. I still have some swelling (it's only been 6 days) and I am fairly certain I will be 100% satisfied.
I am so happy I found this team.

After living in Nevada for nearly 12 years, I FINALLY found a Dermatologist who is knowledgeable about my very rare skin disorder, someone who prescribed exactly the medication I needed to bring me the healing and the relief I had become desperate to find! Dr Whitney Call and her staff, especially Beije, are truly caring and very compassionate professionals who take a thorough history and then recommend the best course of care to treat what for me has been ongoing problems that had not been satisfactorily addressed by other health care professionals in the area since I moved here 12 years ago! If you are looking for a really good Dermatologist, look no more! I highly recommend Dr Whitney Call be consulted for any of your dermatological needs!
** Since I first wrote the above review, I’ve seen DR Call a few more times for follow-up visits. I am pleased to say that my initial impression has not changed at all. I continue to receive professional yet caring attention and my skin is the better for it! ***Updated 8 AUG 26: I just reread my initial and subsequent review and my opinion has not changed a bit! DR Call is THE BEST Dermatologist I have ever visited. She continue to provide thoroughly professional care in a supportive environment and - while there might be other qualified Dermatologists available, I cannot imagine needing to see another doctor for my skin care need! Additionally, and what I wish I had mentioned before, ALL of DR Call’s staff are of the highest quality I’ve seen: Professional, thorough, thoughtful and very caring!
