I like the medical personnel I see here but this place has just stopped answering the phone most of the time and hardly ever calls back. I have to call multiple times in one day and hope they pick up one of those times to actually get an appointment. Please just answer and put me on hold at least??

Not sure how I feel. I had blood work done a month ago, I still can’t get a prior approval for diabetic medications, I don’t get any return phone calls/follow ups. Feel very disconnected and neglected. Hope for better service soon.

Made an appointment to have them be my PC. After the appointment I was supposed to receive instructions on what to do for the testing I'd received along with scheduling a follow-up appointment. I also requested to make an appointment for the Chiro. I was excited to have all of this available in one place.

No email. No instructions. No follow-up appt scheduled. No response regarding a Chiro appt. Waited weeks (perhaps a month plus).

Called and mentioned that to them and they said they would correct and get back to me. That was weeks ago now.

If I had the option to rate this experience as zero, I would certainly do so. Attempting to call and arrange an appointment is largely ineffective, as they rarely answer the phone. Communicating even the simplest details often feels like a farcical situation. I am currently on my third attempt to obtain a referral that I neglected to request during my visit. Initially, I spoke with Carrina, who did not return my call as she had assured me she would. A week later, I spoke with Lindsey, who expressed her apologies for the lack of communication but ultimately failed to resolve the issue as she had promised. While the staff members are very courteous, their follow-through is nearly nonexistent.

I am giving one star specifically to Anderson. I was scheduling my next appointment with the receptionist in the main waiting area when I felt hands grab around my shoulders and a voice whisper, "You try to be a good girl". I was a bit shocked to be touch by someone I didn't know was right behind me, even more shocked to know that voice was Anderson's, the chiropractor I had seen for the past few weeks. The receptionist and I gave each other uncomfortable looks and I hurried out. I am upset that plain old fashioned sexism is alive and well, especially coming from a health care provider.

Dr. Bennet, the staff, and the nurse practitioner are all lovely and have provided great service. Sad to have to find a new chiropractic team but I refuse to continue being around a creep.

If I could give 0 I would. I was super excited to find a PCP that also took Medicaid AND was taking new patients. After what I thought was a positive visit I was sent emails for mammogram referrals and bloodwork. I was told that it might be a day or so for my prescription. After waiting through the weekend as they are closed on Friday, I called and was told they would call back tomorrow as the provider was not in office. Once again they did not call the next day so I called again and was told to give another few days. After realizing that would put me into another week since they are once again closed on Fridays I called and was told that I should just go to a women’s clinic. I am horrified by the unprofessionalism and complete disregard for my healthcare. I would not recommend them to anyone even if it’s through Medicaid there have to be better providers.

Went here for two appointments before requesting a new referral elsewhere. The women employees that work here were very respectful, professional and informative. The male chiropractor (can't remember his name and his name isn't listed on their website) kept asking me personal questions that were not related to the appointment such as my husband's working status and job history. Again, I was the patient not my husband who wasn't present. He then continued to press for an answer as to why I stopped seeing a pervious chiropractor when I clearly stated it was personal reasons and after getting irritated after being continuously pressed, I informed him why, he had an unsettling demeanor. Then during my adjustment right as he was going to adjust my neck held my head in place and asked another personal question that was not disclosed nor relevant to the appointment. Making the environment tense and uncomfortable. The following appointment I had he then asked again for my husband's work history. These actions he displayed, again made me feel uncomfortable and created a tense environment displaying a level of unprofessionalism for the lack of bed side manners. Not to mention, I noticed after the table was not properly sanitized between each patient. As well as a smell I cannot seem to make out was lingering in the office. Another thing I noticed is how he speaks to the women that work in the office was commanding and appeared to make them tense and unsettled. I do not plan on coming back nor recommend this location especially with the small amount of options for chiropractic care.

Appointment at 3:30 wasn’t called to be seen u til 4:00. Whole place stinks. Smells like fish & Bv throughout a building of women. Very unsettling. Gave me a headache. When we finally get called back we get brought back into an open physical area. We were there for allergy testing… floors not finished & dirty. Looks very unsterile. Then the chick helpin me got mad for pointing this stuff out. Saying it’s a startup. lol your reviews go back 3 years. Cheap don’t cut it. Medicaid or not. Go somewhere better. Would give negative stars if I could off the smell alone.

Love this place! Everyone is extremely nice. I was going 2 times a week for my back and joint pain. I had to stop running for about 6months because of the pain. After my treatment I am able to run and lift weights again. My posture is 100 time better then it was. I now go once a month just for chiropractic. They also do allergy treatment. Highly recommend!

The staff are so friendly and very comforting they know that people are hurting and they are there to provide compassion. Dr. Bennett, NP Rachel are the best and very knowledgeable. Bruno the Active Release Technique (ART) expert did something that relieves my knee pain. The stem cell process they did to me alleviate all my pains and I was able to walk straight again after more than a year of limping. This is an exceptional facility-Aliante branch. Kudos to you all.

Treatment was just okay. The real reason I would never return here is because of a sleazy, tall white male named Justin, I believe he is a chiropractic aide.
He was very catty during the treatment and made continuous passive aggressive comments. The false sense of superiority used to cover his blatant insecurity, is the exact reason white males in today's society have such a bad reputation.

I'd give zero stars if it were an option.

Outstanding! I came in to Summit Integrated Health with some serious back and neck pain. I was met with a very friendly and helpful reception staff who set me up with everything with very little hassle. I was seen and treated the same day and invited back for a consultation appointment to set up my treatment plan. This was all done with in a week. Fast forward to today where I am still being treated and every time I walk in I am met with the same very kind and friendly staff and seen immediately every time. Dr. Bennet is a very knowledgeable and good doctor who works well with his patients. I never thought I would get excited to go to a doctor twice a week but the staff at Summit Integrated Health makes you feel much more than just another patient.

Amazing staff! Came in a few months ago due to some major sciatic pain. Talked to the team about my situation, had some x-rays taken, then received a gentle back adjustment by Dr Bennet, which alleviated a great deal of the pain I was in. Before my next appt, the crew went over the x-rays and developed a treatment plan to get my spine back to where it needed to be. During these treatments, the staff were always friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and I walk out every time feeling considerably better than when I walked in.

I used my Groupon for a Consult, X'ray & a spinal decompression at Summit. Dr Allison did my neck decompression for a start because I was complaining of neck pain for two months. After the treatment it was amazing to feel that the pain in my neck was instantly gone..! I could not explain how it happened because their machines are computerized and top of the line...and all I did was just lie down on the chiro bed...with my neck resting on a sort of "cradle" that is (maybe) hooked to a computer... I did not even feel any movement or pressure but the feeling is so comfortable that I liked to doze off 🤩🤩.

I originally started with Dr. Joshua Purcell my nerves Back to normal status and the neuropathy can be controlled if you don’t eat too many foods on the list you can’t eat peripheral neuropathy especially the dairy but overall I have been shown some new stretches to do at home so all is good and no more walker or cane
Just my personal advice to anybody in pain don’t deal with that call the number and make an appointment

The receptionist, Precious, greets you when you arrive and checks you in. She is efficient and friendly. She has the new therapy tracker ready for you when you are finished treatment and ready to schedule your next appointment. I can recommend this place 100 times. Over and over Again. After I spoke to my nurse and explained my trauma from 2012 she understood the assignment.

She quickly call the chripractor and explain. I appreciate her so much. When he told me laid down my heart was pumping, my hands where shaking I can feel like my life was coming to a end.

He then told me wow your really shaking sweating and crying the must of did a number on you before but he then said " Grab my hands take a deep breath I am here to help you, look at me, look at my eyes I then felt like I can trust him. I felt reliefs. I felt like ok he truly cares for my health.

My neck was so heavy I can hear everyday my bones grinding on bone. After he gave me. One , 2 , 3 snap, Omg I can move my neck like I am 25 again. My back, did hurt allot could not wait to get home to some Tylenol, but I was able to walk better and tolerate the pain after 3 weeks in bed I can walk better Even though I believe having a dislocated hip and my back all twist up I must say he really did take some pressure off enough for me to drive this weekend. I have to thank them all. So nice & polite and the best service. I hated chiropractor, but after that visit I can trust them again. That to me is 5 Star ⭐✨✨✨✨✨ Service...Thank You I am grateful you made me feel safe and ease. My Chiropractor Rocks, Nice Guy. Thank you.

They have done wonders for my issues !!
In a 7 months time I feel so much better in that I'm hardly even stiff & sore compared to when I began my journey of therapy. The key to feeling so great is to do everything they ask of you to get your pain and mobility back to a comfortable normal lifestyle that I remember having 10 to 15 years ago. I am satisfied with everything thing that has been put into place for me to feel better and have so much better range of motion. I have accomplished more than expected!!
When I started I could not walk more than the time it takes to grocery shop without pain& stiffness & tired.
I now can do more around the house and walk 2 1/2 miles 2 - 3 times a week . I can't believe the difference!
I recommend chosing this health care facility.
I also recommend that you follow all instructions given if you wish to feel alive functioning & thriving again!!!

Not a chain strip mall chiropractic care provider. Sure, 10-15mins heat stem treatment with neck and spine adjustment makes one feel relieved that "something" is fixed. Such could also cause more pain and spinal damage.

This chiropractic practice is an extension or precursor to overall wellness. Free consultation is not a quick 15mins of hello and what's your pain issue, but a thoughtful conversation about how your path to pain relief is comprehensive analysis of your condition.
This Practioner will not touch your body without an xray and review of results towards a treatment plan that is uniquely yours.

Dr. Matt Anderson has been fantastic! He healed my shoulder pain in 1 day with one adjustment! He is kind, and listens to me when I tell him about my pain. I even have brought my 11 year old son in to help with neck pain. Extremely gentle! Highly recommended him and his office! Everything is very clean and staff is awesome!

I have been coming to Active Life for a few years now. When I was having issues with low back pain from a bulged disc I was recommended to try decompression a few times per week to help create disc space between the vertebrae. After a few weeks of treatment, my pain slowly started dissipating. I now come fro treatments twice per week to maintain (due to my occupation). The staff and doctors are so comforting and explain the treatment recommended in a manner that is easy to understand. I won’t ever get treated anywhere else. These guys are 10/10.

BUYER BEWARE. I can sincerely say that the staff customer service is exemplary!! However I didn't choose this place for customer service. I choose it for pain relief for my raised hip. With that in mind this establishment is horrible.
I've been in Chiropractic treatment elsewhere in another state for several issues with great results, including
my hip, unfortunately my doctor died or I would travel back to him. I've watched Dr. Anderson preform the same tachiniques on seemly all or most patients. My treatment has not coincided with the hip treatments that I have researched at all for CBP, and after 3.5 mths, I'm still in a great deal of pain and out of a lot of money .

I was pressed for time and had to cancel my first appointment and was able to keep my second. I had visited this location for information that was offered through an online offer. I was able to receive this information without a problem. I appreciated the professionalism from staff. I believe they offer viable options to improve their health immensely.

Everyone is very friendly super clean place but 3 months treatment I didn't get good results. 3 months it wasn't enough I am at the same pain. The after in the before X-ray pretty much the same. I was kind of disappointed the way finished up they just want you to keep pay and keep going. I am very disappointed I didn't get a result really 3 months I should have something change

Everyone was very nice. They make you feel at ease but they are also professional. I was very impressed with everyone's knowledge and the doctor's thorough exam. I am looking forward to my path to correction I was told that I needed a hip replacement. Until I came to Active Life and found out from my exam it was not my hip, but my lower back.

It was a pleasnt experience they exhibited heightened superb customer service relations to us customers, which is unheard of or seen in some places that are supposed to show exemplary customer service. They went out of their way to make everything possible, which is also a blessing. So far as far as I know it's only the beginning; the billing system seems to be reasonable, which is also a plus.
