I absolutely love Dr. Schinitchler, and my child has been seeing him since she was born. I have no intention of changing pediatricians because of this experience.I trust him completely, and I actually appreciate that he would rather see my child in person before signing a medical clearance for anesthesia, As a parent, I believe that is the appropriate and responsible approachespecially when anesthesia is involved

My concern is not with the doctor or the medical decision itself. My concern is with how the information was communicated by the front desk staff

The way the situation was explained to me was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A medical clearance for anesthesia is an important medical matter, and parents deserve clear, accurate information and respectful communication. The front desk staff should be properly educated on these procedures and know how to explain them to patients without creating unnecessary confusion or frustration.

I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Please review how calls and patient interactions are being handled, including, if appropriate, reviewing the office cameras and phone interactions. The issue is not the policy, it is the way patients are being spoken to and the lack of clear communication

I will continue bringing my child to Dr. Schinitchler because I have tremendous trust in him and the care he provides. I simply hope the front office can provide the same level of professionalism and care that I have received from him over the years.

We had my sons 15month check up and he was supposed to get some shots.
He was feeling a little under the weather so
We asked the Dr. if we should
Wait or proceed with the shots.
Our Dr advised us to wait 7-10 business days to make sure his
Symptoms subsided. Great Dr. and we appreciate his help.

Dr snitchler thank you thank you thank you ! Angel slept with zero coughing last night and was comfortable when going to bed we all slept great last night first time in almost over a yr now my brain feels so much better we needed this the breathing treatments worked no extra meds last night either we all woke up so at peace thank you Dr my son was right yesterday you are his superhero! And the good Lord of course! Happy Hanukkah and happy holidays to you and yours this is why we've stayed and fallowed you almost 8 yrs now thank you!

As always, we were treated with kindness and respect during our visit. Both the nurse and doctor took the time to make sure we understood the vaccinations being administered. Dr. Schnitzler has been an excellent and trusted pediatrician in every phase of my child’s growth.

We absolutely love Dr schnitzler, we feel we have a great relationship and connection with him and have no intention of leaving him as a doctor. This review is so he is aware of his staff at the front desk - if I could rate them 0 stars I would. They are rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and every time we have been to the office we have a sour experience. This time took the cake, I wish I got her name but she was so rude and entitled, made us feel stupid and expected us to sit in the waiting room all day to get 1 vaccine. For context we were 10 min late, old policy was 15 min grace period but apparently it’s 5 now (how were we supposed to know that?) we tried calling and were on hold the entire time we were in traffic so we hung up bc we finally got to the parking lot. We stood by the window for 4 min before she finally acknowledged me. The audacity of her - she said “well if you would have stayed on the line they would have told us you were late” okay… we’ve been very good customers and you hardly treat us like we’re people who I don’t know have a baby and got stuck in traffic, Dr schnitzler if you’re reading this we love you but please coach your front desk team on basic CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I started bringing my children to this practice 13 years ago when we moved to Henderson. Every Dr we have met there has been great, with the exception of Dr. Schnitzler. He is short and dismissive, speaks over you when trying to explain symptoms, and made my teenager feel “like an idiot” (her words) for telling her to stop eating Hot Cheetos when she had already explained to him that she hadn’t been able to swallow solid foods in over 7 days. Perhaps if you are a first time parent that is looking for a pediatrician to lecture you on your child’s care, he may be a good Dr for you, but his bedside manor with adolescents is ridiculous. Request a different Dr in the practice!

I absolutely love Dr Schnitzeler and his staff!!!!

He has always made my children,young and old, feel comfortable. He takes the time to talk to them and get to know them, And he is always treated me as a parent with utmost respect.

Anytime there's ever been a problem with prescriptions or referrals or what have you The staff has always gone above and beyond.

I truly cannot say enough about the doctor or his staff!

Hello, I’ve been going to dr.Eugene Schnitzler for 10 years now never been late but now that my son is on crutches, I was five minutes over there 15 minutes grace for the appointment and they turned me away they don’t even look at him. Tell me how to reschedule when my son walked all the way up and crushes I think for being a provider they should be more sensitive and humane and understand people are going through.
Neither my son or my daughter will ever go there again just my opinion I will go to where we are treated like people nut numbers.

Dr. Schnitzler is great. He is all three of my daughters doctor. We drive vrom a fsr distance to see him because they all feel very comfortable with him. The office is clean. Nurses and receptionists are really friendly.

Dr. Schnitzler is the MD for both of my children, one who is a teen and my 5 year old and they both love him. We adopted our 5 year old last year and had NO history on her whatsoever. Dr Schnitzler took his time and listened to all of my questions, all of my fears and came up with a plan to get her vaccinated as she never had been since birth. His team of nurses and MA's have all been great getting us through this and have been so patient with my little one. If you are looking for a no nonsense Doc this is the Dr. for you.
