I didn't like the customer service before leaving.I asked the worker f I could get my pd measurements and he said he couldn't do it unless I made a purchase, that to ask pearle vision for my measurements. Upon leaving he laughed. I'm a paying customer and not planning on coming back to this location 😤 again.

The Eye Dr who did my yearly eye exam at Lens Crafters on Eastern was great! Very thorough & very informative with me. So glad that my kids was seen by Dr. Hao Van. He examined and required them with exactly what is needed to improve their vision and even ordered a referral for a specialist. What stands out about Dr Van is his patience, who genuienly cares, and listens to all of my concerns. My son had trouble with his sight for years, and for the first time of meeting with Dr. Van we are now 2 steps ahead. All the staff are lovely as well, very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic! I was a first-time contact lens patient, and they did an amazing job walking me through the whole process. From the very first phone call, my experience with Eye Docs of Nevada was outstanding. When I called to verify my insurance, I spoke with April—she was professional, reassuring, and had such a pleasant voice that immediately made me feel at ease.
When I arrived for my appointment, April remembered me and greeted me with the same warmth and attentiveness. She handed me my patient forms, which were refreshingly simple—just one easy 1-page form and one HIPAA form. Two pages and done!
Stephanie, the technician, was equally friendly and reassuring during the pre-screen, making the process smooth and comfortable.
Dr. Van was excellent—very informative and thorough, providing important insights about my eye health along with helpful tips I truly appreciated.
The entire experience was positive, seamless, and welcoming from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Eye Docs of Nevada to anyone looking for exceptional care and service. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be back next year!

This place is a scam. The ladies at the desk were extremely unhelpful, and even after showing documentation and my insurance website reflecting valid coverage they refused to check on their end. I don't care how good the doctors are, if you can't get past the girls up front what good does that do anyone?

Probably that you guys should fully check out the insurance and listen to the patient when they’re trying to tell you instead of cutting them off and saying no we do not accept insurance. I even had proof to show the cards and they still said no after the exam was done and I went over to get my glasses from LensCrafters, found out you guys do and I had to pay out-of-pocket was unnecessary .
