While IN PERSON, Dr Singh is a nice person… the office is horrible with both bedside manners, not answering phone calls, and just… not getting things done. I had scheduled my normal appointment from months ago… Only to be called and told doctor is not available that day and we would do a video call instead the following week. So I get that call, (apparently video doesn’t work so it’s just a phone call, which whatever; seems very impersonal for a dr appt.) how are we supposed to do an annual exam over the phone?! Anyways, I asked for medication refills, and for a blood panel to be sent over. Of course, they said they would do that, a week goes by, I have my quest appointment scheduled, I even call THE DAY BEFORE To make sure my lab work has been sent through (because it’s not in my email) she told me she would take care of it. So I head to my quest appointment the next morning… Still not even confirmed through my email that my lab work is there. I called their office TWICE Before my quest appointment and no answer. I show up to quest, and yeah- NO LAB WORK. Done with this office as well. Still don’t have medication‘s refilled, and no return phone call either. ✌🏼

What happened? You used to be on top of your patients. I had tests done on March 3. They were sent to your office on the 6th and NOBODY could call me back for my results. Then when I did speak to somebody you all claimed, 3 weeks later, that you still did not receive my results. Trying to get through to your office is ridiculous! When I did finally get a hold of somebody to make an appointment I get a call back a week before the appointment to tell me that your office is closed that day. You used to be five stars! I thought you were my forever doctor. I am so disappointed

First couple appointments went well. Last appointment not so well. We never even saw a doctor for the last appointment, just 2 nurse practitioners. The np's never touched on half of our concerns then gave us incorrect instructions for blood work. Had to schedule a telehealth appointment for the results of the bloodwork. I confirmed my phone number and how telehealth works with reception. Our appointment was for 6pm on 04/02/2026. I never received a call, text, email, or any other form of communication. The next day passed and still no communication from the office and they are closed until Monday afternoon. This office charges a no show fee for missed appointments but I'm sure they don't pay a fee when they miss an appointment. I really liked this office in the beginning but it's going downhill. Will be finding another provider. Thank you for wasting our time, Dr. Singh. I will be filing a complaint with health insurance.

Went today to Dr. Singh for help with the vaccination portion of my I-693 form, a requirement that I need to submit to USCIS based on their request for evidence letter. I appreciate that they didn't insist on doing a full medical exam for me (new immigrant), unlike many other clinics that I've inquired with. Highly recommended!

It's a little hard to contact them via phone, but they respond to emails promptly.

My husband, adult daughter, and I have been going to Dr. Singh for all our health needs for the past 5 years. She and her office staff are knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, and have the best bedside manner. Dr. Singh listens to you which is so comforting when you're not feeling well. It was so hard finding a good doctor when we moved to Vegas 12 years ago and we are so grateful to have found them. Dr. Singh is also a surgeon and works the ER; so it's amazing that she can assess so many health concerns if needed. The quickest way to reach them is via email, but we never have an issue getting an appointment even last minute. We trust her with our lives, literally. I really tried to like this office/doctor but after several different encounters of disappointments, & prescriptions not being sent over, I have washed my hands with this provider. Nothing has ever gotten resolved seeing her. Not only is Dr.Singh NEVER in office but maybe once every blue moon I am also not successful with getting through over the phone with the receptionist, they NEVER pick up the phone, After me calling for a month straight they finally picked up the phone and I was able to get an appointment but was told that Dr.Singh would not be in office, and that I would have to see a nurse practitioner. I took my chances and scheduled myself and my daughter with the nurse practitioner, only to get there got asked a bunch of questions by a student that was training there and didn’t know what she was talking about. The nurse practitioner finally came in, asked a series of questions, She looked very overwhelmed and confused as I stated my issues, literally rubbing her brain. I went there due to not being able to walk or stand, severe back pain due to a pulled muscle which caused me not to be able to work, sit, lay, or stand, frequent headaches, digestive stomach issues, & to get a doctor’s note for work, and a few other issues. My daughter also had a host of issues which we both addressed in detail for a period of 30 minutes each, We were told That different medication will be sent over to the pharmacy to help cope with the pain and issues, doctors note would be given, I was also told that test would be ordered blood test & thyroid test would be ordered, not one of those things was gone. Was a total waste of our time. I got to the pharmacy after leaving the office because I was told that the prescriptions Was already sent over, upon arriving There nothing was sent over For me or my daughter, not one single thing!!! Our appointment was December 22 at this time The office closed For the holidays and would not reopen again until January 5, (Two weeks) After our appointment. I immediately called the office left a detailed message regarding this issue, Now, imagine having to be in pain For the holidays, with no medicine to cope with your pain due to a doctors Lack of care. Today is now January 14 I have yet to receive a phone call from the office regarding our Prescriptions, No apologies and still no prescription has been sent over to date! This is outrageous For a physician to operate a business In such manner. Still have yet to answer the phone. I am now forced to start from scratch and find a new doctor For me and my daughter, because I refuse to have our care continue being ignored And Neglected. & personally Dr.Singh is just not open or there enough for me. This is not OK For any doctor to operate this way. I will also be reporting this office to the medical board because I am sure that I’m not the only patient whose care is Being Miss-handled and ignored, but billing my insurance for care that I never received. They need to do better, or close their practice altogether! I am not sure how this provider has gotten 4.5 stars On their reviews, these people are clearly lying on here. Last year I needed a medical clearance For surgery after I had just been seen by her, and she charged me $50 just to Sign one single piece of paper stating that I am healthy, I should have RAN then! Think twice before trusting this provider with your health & well being!!! Don’t waste your time or insurance benefits. They do not care about patients care. See attached photo of how many times I’ve called this office to try to book an appointment! One day over 13xs, didn’t pick up once! Insane for an office that literally never see any patients because the doctor isn’t there, but the office says open online so their literally ignoring answering the phone. Fire the receptionist she’s lazy & rude & is too comfortable being that way. Good riddance.

I had brain fog, no energy, and two miscarriages. I started working with Dr. Singh because I wanted to find the root cause of my symptoms and heal, but didn’t know where to start. She was able to order testing and explain what is going on with me and provide a clear plan to help me heal. I have NEVER had a two hour appointment with a physician. As background for this review, it's relevant to know that my husband and I have worked with some of the best doctors and health systems in this country, from Chicago's Northwestern and University of Chicago to San Diego's Scripps and UCSD, to Cleveland Clinic (in Cleveland) to Las Vegas. Our challenges have ranged from the mundane, ie, Covid shot's shingles side effect, to metastatic cancer in the liver, traumatic brain injuries, open heart surgery, and thyroid cancer. We know good care, bad care and everything in between. Having lived in Las Vegas nearly 5 years, this review is about finding great care, finally!

Dr. Jonathan Maxham at Family Health & Wellness Center is our Internist/Primary Care go-to doc in Las Vegas! He practices a combination of holistic and western medicine, with broad, deep expertise in both. As a D.O, Dr. Maxham's immediate goal is to get you well, often requiring traditional big pharma meds. What we find compelling is that he also subscribes to the more modern, time proven practice that long-term healing and well-being with 'natural' solutions often yield healthier and even less expensive results. Dr. Maxham listens intently, he's smart, and he's pragmatic; his approach is thoughtful, thorough, patient and kind.

In addition to having a great doctor, the staff at Family Health is also top notch - professional, knowledgeable, courteous.The Physician Associate manages the pre-work in order to make the time with Maxham more productive.The office team manages the schedule efficiently, with little to no wait time. They answer the phone promptly (yes, it's possible) and they follow up with lab/test orders in record time.

The entire Family Health & Wellness Center team makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience, and they make it very clear that you, your time and your money are valued. How refreshing!

When we went to this location on Friday 8/2/2024, at 8am it was closed with the orders outside of the place to be picked up and then we called several times and still no answer we have to pick up a paperwork and already paid over 200 dollars. The Doctor is good but they office staff is terrible when it comes to follow ups. They never call back when you leave a msg. They never call, letting you know the lab results are in. They tell patients to come in and see the doctor for a simple Q&A just so they can bill the insurance company. I called them 7 times for a nurse or doctor to call back, still no reply. Finally, I made an appointment to se the doctor and BAM! That they did. The only reason I still go to this clinic is just because of Dr. Singh. The staff really needs training on customer service and follow ups. Absolute pain point.

Established care 2 visits ago and could not be happier! I had an accident recently and thought her office made more economic sense than an ER or Urgent Care visit. I called Friday 12PM to see if I could be seen last minute. Staff answered my call right away and Dr. Singh was able to fit me in at 2PM. She got me in/ out and all my questions thoroughly answered!

When my Primary Care Physician of 20+ years retired, I had no idea what I was going to do. A trusted Friend referred me to Family Health & Wellness, and I could not be more pleased with my experiences. Dr Singh and her staff are all so friendly, and kind. I was very nervous to see a new doctor and go over all my medical history, but Dr Singh spent time with me to answer all my questions, spent time to explain things to me, but most importantly she listened to me and my concerns. She is very thorough, and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. There were a few times that I had additional questions/concerns after leaving the office, and I was able to call/email and get the answers I needed immediately.

Another great benefit, I love that I can also bring my daughter, and we can be seen by the same physician. Thankful to have her as our Family Doctor!!

I highly recommend Dr Singh and her staff to anyone, because they are hands down the BEST!

My husband & I saw Dr. Singh only once respectively. She is knowledgeable but the facility is not attractive for patients and customer service is awful. Calls are not returned, requests are not fulfilled, errors are made, no follow-ups. It's like nobody cares. No accountability. Do they even communicate & have meetings? If you are considering seeing Dr. Singh, please educate yourself on Nevada Medicine, as her establishment seems to know nothing about it.

Excuse my fake google account, I'm not giving this guys any more of my info. I would go as far to call this establishment a scam. I am looking into their BBB and how I can continue proper action.

My first meeting with them was great. I paid the $150 up front, saw Dr Singh, and continued my current medications. It was all downhill from there. They REFUSED to call in my medicine, insisting I come to their establishment every month to pick up my physical prescriptions. When going on vacation, they did not accommodate me. I have an appointment 2 days before I flew out, and less than ONE HOUR before the appointment I receive a call saying the Dr cannot see me today. They offered to schedule my appointment during my vacation, which I had made them aware of over a month prior.

They want to charge me $75 to "see me" every month so I can pick up my physical prescriptions. They were unwilling to accommodate for my vacation (i'm running out of meds during vacation, they basically said tough luck). I am disappointed and outraged.

Whether they were saying it was not legal or that "most pharmacies don't answer our calls, so we don't phone in prescriptions", it was excuse after excuse with absolutely no true, proper meaning as to why I couldn't get my medicine.

Reviews are not my thing, but I absolutely owe a review to this office, and I can see why Dr. Singh has such loyal customers because I am now one of them. This is only the second time I've had a consistent primary care physician, and there's a reason I chose this one, based on how welcoming the office and whole staff is, and then how friendly and caring Dr. Singh is. She actually listens to me, and my concerns and the details, and genuinely wants to help in the most tailored way for me; never judges and treats you as an equal; she is proactive and really knows her stuff. I RARELY post reviews, but felt inclined to do so to share my positive experience with others. I’ve recently visited Family Health and Wellness by Dr. Singh as a new patient. Upon entering her office, I was immediately greeted by her staff which made me feel welcomed and at ease as I am not fond of doctors offices. The office staff is VERY professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. After being checked-in in a timely manner, I was able to be seen by Dr. Singh. Dr. Singh is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and spent time with me to answer all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Singh definitely went above and beyond compared to my previous providers. After my visit, I was told that Dr. Singh also sees children as patients, which is a HUGE PLUS for me as I have children that are seen at a separate pediatric clinic across town. She also specializes in Wound Care, Women’s Health and Aesthetics & Beauty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this medical practice to anyone seeking a family doctor that provides OUTSTANDING quality of Medical Care and truly cares for her patients. This people are the most inconsistent people. I had an appointment 3 weeks ago to get a referral for surgery. I was promised a call by the end of the 1st week. The next week I called , was told I would get a call back. Nothing. I called at the beginning of the 3rd week and got a laundry list of excuses saying " I called you 3 times.no answer. Your phone must have been off. " yet no message in voice-mail. And she couldn't give me the number or the name of the doctor because she didn't write it down. The actual doctor has contacted me now and gave me a number to a air conditioning place. Lol what is going on........
