Sue has been cleaning my teeth for more than a decade. She is professional, skilled and a joy to be around. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. Dr. Ross is kind and so efficient. I always look forward to my dentist visits at Dr. Earl's office. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I prefer a small family office where you are a priority not a numbered room waiting a 1.5 hours to be been by a dentist. I really did have a 5 star visit at Fine Dentistry with Dr. David Ross. He was very thorough in his examination, explained the issue(s) and options clearly. The injection to numb was virtually painless, and the procedure executed promptly. Later when the anesthesia wore off, the filling and bite felt perfect and looks like the natural tooth. My husband had a root canal earlier this week after a few consultation meetings with Dr. Ross. For context on why this statement is so amazing: my husband has a deep phobia of all things related to dentists and teeth. The sort of phobia where getting him to even walk through the door is a trial of blood, sweat, and tears.

This may sound hard to believe but I live in New York and this is the only dentist office I will go to and have gone to in almost thirty years! I first came to Dr. Earl (since retired) after years of not going to the dentist from one after another traumatic experiences. My girlfriend, who was from Las Vegas talked me into seeing Dr.Earl! Needless to say, I had like fifteen cavities from years of neglect and Dr. Earl changed all of my old fillings and fixed all of the damage and even gave me a payment plan because it was so expensive. I didn't even know him or live here and he trusted me with a payment plan! Now, he has since retired and been replaced by his son-in law Dr.Ross who is every bit the dentist and man you would think Dr. Earl would entrust with his practice. He is kind, personable and an excellent dentist. And of course, their staff is awesome too and has been there for years.
Sue, the office hygenist, is the only person that I will allow clean my teeth. She is so patient, thorough and knowledgable. Seriously, she is awesome! And then there is Sharron who is also super kind. While I don't know her as well, she is so sweet and always makes me feel right at home. Best dentist office ever!

I had made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and was very impressed by the way everyone made you feel comfortable. I scheduled for a cleaning and of course Dr. Ross came in for the exam. He introduced himself and gave me a little history in how he ended in Las Vegas and in this office. He's a very likable guy and I love the idea of him being very conservative when it comes to work being done in your mouth. He believes that if it doesn't need to be done right now to put a watch on that tooth and check it each time you come in for a cleaning and see if it has changed. I love that thought process. This is my favorite dentist establishment of all.
I feel like I'm apart of the crew here. Both of the assistants I've had have made my visits really relaxing and nice. I enjoy their company and their efficiency when assisting the doc.
Dr. Ross, on the other hand, haha, no, he's great too. Nice bedside manner, checks on you through out the procedure, explains everything, he even waived a charge to fix a neighboring tooth when completing a filling because to him, it didn't make sense not to.

I would like to share my experience with others. I went to Dr. David Ross because I had had a cap break off at the roots. He replaced that and 3 others that were loose. He did an amazing job. They are temporary as of now, but they look and feel like the real thing. They also happen to be in the front. I would highly recommend him for all procedures. Dr. Ross and his staff are the best! Never have I had a shot that was painless before 😊 And never have I felt comfortable in a dentist’s office before. You will love the waiting room complete with water, juice and snacks...but don’t get to comfortable for I have never had to wait in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. They have even waited after hours for me when I had an emergency and wasn’t even a patient at that point. I live in the Summerlin area but the drive is well worth it. Sue does an excellent job with cleaning and the whole office is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Ross if you looking for a great dentist. We had been going to both Dr. Earls since 1993 and stayed with them until they retired. Rest assure they've left us in the capable hands of Dr. Ross. Very personable, explains everything in detail, knows that I need MEGA numbing and does it with ease. We love Dr. Ross! My son had so many major dental issues. He had lost several teeth and needed work on every tooth that was left. He had been to several dentists, a couple that really were not gentle and had not done good work.
After Dr. Ross did root canals on nearly every tooth, put on beautiful crowns, and basically rebuilt his whole mouth, our son was a new man. He smiles more and is his handsome self again.

Dr. Ross is a great dentist! He doesn't just look in your mouth and send you to a specialist. He will do so many procedures just beyond your basic cavity repair. Refreshing when so many dentists don't do those things anymore. He will take care of you!

I have been a patient in this practice for over 40 years. The treatment has always been superb. The staff is friendly and the office atmosphere is great. My experiences with Dr. Ross have been just as wonderful as they were with Dr. Earl. My husband and my children have all received care here and have likewise had great experiences. Dr. Ross did Invisalign for two of my teenagers and their smiles look great. In fact, my husband is now thinking he will get Invisalign to correct the changes in his smile that have occurred since he got his braces off 30+ year ago. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and this practice.

My family and I have been going to the Dr. Earl's practice since 1981. Both Dr's Lawrence and Gerald Earl have taken care of us for 37yrs. and they were great, that's why we kept coming back! Now Dr. Ross has taken over the practice and at first I was a little apprehensive but I must say that the two procedures that I have had with him have been "Painless" and I like him! He's a cyclist also and that has been my main hobby for 44yrs.! I think I'll keep coming back maybe for another 37yrs., well maybe not now that I am 67 :-)! I've been going to this office for years and have always been grateful because I can tell they actually care about me. Dr. Ross is pleasant, competant, and one thing that impresses me is how much time he's willing to take to numb me up super slowly so it doesn't hurt. He cares about my comfort. The office is clean and comfortable and nice to be in. They have snacks in the waiting room, which I think is a nice touch. Dr. Ross is attentive to questions and doesn't make me feel silly for asking. Overall, it's a positive experience every time I go in for an appointment. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

In my lifetime I have had a ton of dental work done. I have been going to this office for 15 years. From regular cleanings, to root canals, to dental implants, I have experienced it all and believe me there is no one I would rather go to. The staff is great and Dr. Ross is simply amazing! When a routine cleaning revealed a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted he was able to squeze me in, and even let my children watch and explained everything in such a great way to put them at ease. I mention this because he is not only a highly skilled dentist (like knowing how to give novacaine shots without hurting!) He has great bedside manner and understanding that allows him to explain things and put you at ease, rather than talking over your head. I feel bad for people who are afraid of the dentist, because I know it is only because they never had a dentist like Dr. Ross.

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Ross (formally owned by Dr. Earl) Dentistry for 28 years. I grew up with this place literally (from 7 years old to now). They have always treated me as if I was family! They are very gentle and caring. If you have a dental phobia (which I don't), I would go here. They will take care of you! I also finally got my Invisiline done here after years of debate and I'm in love with the results! My teeth are so straight and awesome looking, I'm so mad I didn't do it sooner! I trust Dr. Ross with all of my dental needs. They've also taken very good care of my parents who have both had major dental work (bridges, crowns, etc.). I'm also sure they take most dental insurance plans. Thank you Dr. Ross for your many years, and future ones, of taking care of my family!

My family and I have been patients here since 1984. The concern and care has always been top notch! They have been taking care of our children and grandchildren.
Dr. Ross is continuing this care ftom this family run office. Both my husband and I had to have cavities filled today and Dr Ross explains what is being done and always checking to make sure you understand and feel no pain as he does the procedure. The entire staff is very friendly and caring. We are retired military and our insurance coverage will change Jan 1st 2019. Dr Ross says to be sure to let his office know the change through the military because he wants to do what it takes to keep his military customers. Dr Ross and his staff are the best whet it comes to making a visit to the dentist a very positive experience!! I highly recommend Dr Ross to anyone of any age.

After calling several dentists, I found Dr. Ross’s practice. When I called to set my appointment, it was easy. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I went to see Dr Earl in 2014. I had cracked one of my front teeth eating popcorn for breakfast and I was freaking out, the whole back of the tooth, like, came off. I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 or 20 years. I was terrified. Dr. Earl had been recommended to me, not only did they get me in RIGHT AWAY, but he fixed my tooth on the spot. I don't remember what the fee was exactly since it was three years ago, but I remember thinking it was much less than I had thought it would be. I only had $100 on me, but even though I couldn't afford the whole procedure (which was DEFINITELY under $300, it might have been $220, I don't remember but for as much of a pain in the ass as I was to deal with, it wasn't enough as far as I was concerned, lol) they still helped me by preforming the proceedure and allowing me to pay the balance the following week when I got my paycheck. Furthermore, the MOST AMAZING staff, I can't emphasize it enough; they are not out there to rip you off and milk you for money, they REALLY WANT TO HELP. I was seriously so thankful after my experience there - I was never so happy to pay a bill in my life when I returned to their office a week later to pay the balance.

He basically saved my tooth with a filling. And he did something else, but I don't know how to describe it, but the structure he used on the tooth has stayed in place this whole time. He told me it was only temporary and that I was probably going to need a crown. Well, I never did go get the crown done; but three years later, the TEMPORARY work he did on my tooth is remarkable and has held up, even while a filling I got while in Arizona AFTER the one I got at his office has come apart.

I really do still need to get the work he started finished, and if I can ever afford to get a crown done, I will call Dr Earl. My boyfriend needs some work done so I was looking online to see if he takes Medicaid, but I don't think he does.

Dr. Ross and staff could not have been more excellent. It was late in the day and I had a bad toothache. Everyone was about to leave the office for the evening when I had called with my problem. Dr. Ross is a great dentist. I love his upbeat personality and he made me feel very comfortable. Growing up I was always very nervous about going to the dentist. Those feelings have gone away completely since I have become a patient of Dr. Ross and Dr. Earl. I've been seeing Dr. Earl since I was a child. He's been a wonderful dentist for me and my family! Now we get to see Dr. Ross as well. We are extremely happy with him and this dental practice. Dr. Ross has a great personality and put my kids and myself right at ease. My sons cavity was very deep and Dr. ross was able to fill it without needing a root canal. Both doctors are very gentle and we couldn't even feel the anesthetic injections. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The hygienists are gentle yet thorough. We really highly recommend this dental practice. We moved to Utah a couple years ago and tried a dentist here but decided to travel to Vegas twice a year for our dental work because we live Dr earl and Dr ross so much!

Dr. Earl and Dr. Ross clearly care about their patients. From their great bedside manner to really understanding my concerns and needs to go slowly enough that there was almost no pain they are simply fantastic! I've had quite a lot of work done by this dentist team - root canal, wisdom tooth extraction, crowns, inlays, so many filings I can't count, copied tooth repair, and cleanings for years. Not a single complaint. The staff is great, Sue, the hygienist, makes having your teeth cleaned something to look forward to. Honestly can't say enough good about this dental team. I avoided the dentist for nearly 10 years because of my fear of dentistry. Dr Ross has since done a complete overhaul on nearly my entire mouth which has been a surprisingly pleasant experience from the start.
