Me and the wife went to our first physical therapy assessments a week ago and on that day we set up two more appointments for 10/16/26 and 10/23/26. We told the therapist that we had a pain management appointment on the other side of town for 10/9/26 and would not be available. At 1:53 pm today (10/9/26) we get a text message stating a $50 dollars (each) no show fee has been applied to our account. I called them about the no show fee and told them we had a conversation about the appointment with pain management that has been set for a month and discussed scheduling conflicts with the therapist multiple times before we left. I stated that if we are charged this no show fee we would be canceling all future appointments. They called me back and told me that (she) the therapist did not remember any such discussion so the charges will remain and all appointments have been canceled. BE WARNED IF YOU DO NOT GET ANYTHING IN WRITING THEY WILL BE CHARGING YOU.
I am going to make sure my foot doctor and pain management are warned about First Physical Therapy and to recommend other therapy businesses if possible.
We have went to our pain management for many many years and have never had a problem like this before with someone they have referred us to.
I don't have an issue owning up to a mistake if I make one, but I have a problem when it was discussed a few times during our first consultation and conveniently forgotten about. We should have walked away when we were made to sit outside in the hallway as if we were in trouble for arriving at the 15 minute early "new patient window" until 2 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time.

I have been having physical therapy at this company for a while now. I have been to both locations. I had physical therapy before my surgery and now I am receiving it after my surgery. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They all seem like they love what they do which makes you feel safe and helps you trust them with your care. I recommend choosing them if you need physical therapy.

The entire staff has been amazing throughout my recovery journey. The physical therapy I received helped me regain strength and mobility in my neck and elbow, allowing me to return to my daily routines after a serious car accident.

Perfection, Love the genuine care given and the amazing staff! I recommend them to EVERYONE! Always sing their praises. If you need care RUN to them! I will not use any other pt company.

I've been going here for about 5 months now 3 times a week and Believe me when I tell you that they really know what they are doing and actually take the time to really listen to your needs and create a tailored routine that's best for your injury and recovery💯💯💯.
When I first began my appointments, I couldn't walk, stand, or even sit for more than 20 min & was in constant severe pain 😟😟😟Now I'm able to actually go hiking with my children and ride my motorcycle with moderate issues 🙃

First physical therapy is a great place especially in Centenial Hills. Nolan is fantastic. He should be giving 20 stars if I could do that I would do that. The reason why I’m giving this review only three stars, Is because I have an appointment on Monday and I’ve had to cancel. There is no way to leave a message the night before or on a Sunday in case an emergency happens, Such as a family member of mine is in the hospital and I have to be there on Monday and I can’t reach anybody. So now I’ll be so no-show And even if I do contact them on Monday morning, it’s less than 24 hours so I’ll be charged. No good. Automated and computers and AI Are great, but they can only go so far without being able to speak to a human or at least leave a message. Three stars stands until this changes.

The Cenntenial First Physical
Therapy staff headed by DPT Nolan Daniels with team members Tech Lilyann Tapusoa & Tech Brandy Cortes are professionals and take great care of their clients. Nolan also cured my Vertigo in just one treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy.

I can't say enough great things about First Physical Therapy and the amazing staff. There's never been a time when I haven't walked out feeling better. The staff really takes the time to listen to and address any issues or concerns you may have. Being in a setting where the staff is working with multiple people can be intimidating at first, but i have never felt like my needs and concerns weren't addressed. There could be 10 patients at a time, or sometimes I'm the only one, but the treatment I receive remains consistent. The staff is so friendly, and there's many other places I'd rather be, but having friendly staff and a cute dog makes the experience so much better.

I was super excited to be treated therapy wise and get better after my initial take in where Heather made me feel welcome and a great interest and took measurements of resistance and everything down and really took her time with me...BUT....after that first time I never saw Heather again and was assigned a newbie as far as I could tell. She chewed gum and was always on her phone and talking to coworkers barely acknowledged me. Maybe that's how physical therapy is....but honestly I rather do things at home than go there. I was so hopeful I would get helped with all my issues with pains over many years but just felt like I was just another client to quickly get through. My sessions never lasted the full time and they even brought a dog (not service it was a puppy) into the office which since I have bad allergies just was the last nail in coffin. I'm not one to normally complain.....but I hate how I felt treated here as if I didn't even exist barely. It feels like a bunch of very young girls goofing off with coworkers in a clothing shop rather than actual helpful therapy place. I went quite a few times before quitting to make sure my decision.
